Room was ok. * Could have been cleaner (cobwebs on the light shades) * No bottled water in the room. * Only two teabags / no biscuits (like other hotels) Breakfast was ok * Buffet service - limited selection / machine coffee Desk staff - friendly and helpful

When we checked in the Climate Control was not working correctly and the staff moved us to a new room. The problem was that the room had no climate control either and it was absolutely freezing in the room. The hotel staff was nice and admitted they were having problems with climate control system and said it would be fixed on Monday which is was not. The grout around the tile in the bathroom was missing and the shower hose separated from the shower head. The hotel did repair the shower on the Monday, however, Monday, it happened again. The hotel was a nice property but just need a little extra TLC.

The floor above creaked terribly. I was on the second floor. Very noisy from about 11pm to midnight and again for half an jour in the morning.
