We had a fantastic time at The Rockley! The room was very comfortable and clean with strong AC (very necessary), and welcome drinks and cold towels provided on arrival. The drinks and pool area were great, and the hotel had fun events planned every night. The beach is just across the street, and towels, chairs, and umbrellas are provided. The beach was lovely, and there were plenty of walkable dining options as well. We felt very safe in this area. Our only complaint would be a faint smell of mildew in the room, but I think that's to be expected in beach conditions. Would definitely recommend!

This was my first trip to Barbados. I selected this hotel specifically for the design, decor and aesthetics.... and yes the hotel is as beautiful and vybesy as pictured. Like you walk up the stairs or pull your suitcase up the ramp and you enter this vibrant place of paradise. Friendly staff greeted me daily and at the time of check in I was greeted with a cold towel ( Barbados is hot af) and a welcome drink. Shonta, Olivia, Zachary, John and Lydia were a few of the memorable staff on my stay but collectively everyone worked well as a team ensuring that they delivered top notch customer service. My junior suite was better than expected, as I entered the room ( every time I entered the room) I smiled. Lovely layout, thoughtful furniture and light placement, great view. The pool is such a great focal point at the hotel couldn't walk pass it without wanting to get in. The drinks at the bar were all refreshing and delicious and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable with giving recommendations. I love that food and drinks could be delivered to you around the pool and the hotel had the most efficient food tray container that made eating and swimming very convenient as food was secure when you were away. I have stayed in quite a few hotels and at the Rockley I felt the hotel, its staff, the food ( make sure and get those seasoned fries) , the location, the drinks, the atmosphere, the energy definitely elevated my amazing stay in Barbados.

The property is a newly renovated, unique hotel, eclectic in its style but still very true to its Bajan location. All about the hotel, including the throw cushions you learn about the slangs and expressions true to the Barbadian culture. The rooms are spacious, colourful and clean. The service is really good. The breakfast is simple but effective, some diversity would be appreciated. A challenge of mine was parking; the hotel has 4 parking spots to the front of the building that are usually full so off loading luggage is difficult. Parking is available across the road, but it’s poorly lit at night, some what scary for ladies who wish to venture out at night. Another curious thing was no visitors after 10.30pm, I think this should be listed on Expedia before booking. I did experience a few small roaches in my room, I informed front desk upon leaving, I trust they will sort it out. The good with the bad, I would give this hotel a 7.5 out of 10. I would stay there again.

Very large and clean room. Air conditioner was on point. Staff was very friendly. Close to beach and restaurants. Great and affordable spot. Downside is lack of parking but it was ok to park across the street for free. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my stay at The Rockley hotel. It was a convenient stay. From the beach right across the street to the hotel pool area. The reservations come with breakfast, lunch is provided but you’ll have to pay and dinner you can find in any of the local food areas around. -there’s also happy hour during certain times of the day which is always nice. The plaza next door has alittle of everything you need gift shop, electronic, ice cream (make sure you have cash), coffee shop, and a few other shops. Recommend taking out Barbadian cash, some places require it and just calculate just incase how much you’ll need, it’s double our money so you end up spending less in actual Dollar$. I would say the hotel does need alittle self care if you’re looking at the little nooks and cranny but from afar the colors, decor are beautiful and very picturesque. They have a lot of seating areas which are pretty cool. I would recommend staying here and would love to come back to Barbados.

The staff, the staff, the staff! They are all welcoming and make sure that you are satisfied. I didn’t mind crossing the street to get to the beach and a small strip mall is right next door. The food is amazing (Hi, Krystal!) and the drinks kept me returning to the bar for another ginger and tamarin elixir. Yum. The rooms are in very good condition and my balcony was right above the pool. Loved the Bajan sayings on all of the pillows and dispensers.

Location, surrounding (restaurants, market, pharmacy, etc) and kindness of staff are the main highlights of this hotel. An unexpected maintenance had to take place during night and the hotel management proactively placed us in another room so that we will not be bother with the potential noise. That is great customer service. Hotel has also chair and towel service on the beach. If there is something to improve would be the fruit options available at Breakfast. Other than that there is nothing wrong with this hotel. We will be back!

My friend and I stayed at the Rockley Hotel for one night and It was an amazing experience. Upon entry, you are greeted by the polite concierge who ensured that we have everything we needed for our stay such as a day passes to the nearby beach, access to amenities, and a welcome cocktail. The hotel is very artsy and has a modern feel. The room was very clean, stocked and had an amazing waterfront view. In addition to closeness to the beach, there are a number of restaurants, bars, and shopping stores walking distance of the hotel. The airport is also 15-20mins away. The staff was exceptionally accommodating when our flight got delayed for a few hours, allowing us to have access to all amenities as we wait for departure. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent location just across road from beach. Spotlessly clean and staff so friendly and helpful...any issues raised were resolved immediately. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and convenient for venturing further afield as bus stop and taxi rank on road outside. Definitely recommend.

Great hotel!! Every single staff member is very friendly (from the maintenance staff to the hotel manager). I can really tell that they will go above and beyond for you and your needs. The location is fantastic. Walkable to many restaurants and taxis pass by the hotel every 30 seconds (seriously). The rooms are clean and spacious and comes will a full kitchen (so it was nice to keep our drinks cold or frozen when the weather was scorching hot). The breakfast included was better than I thought! The quality is good but the variety could be better. Think continental breakfast with a Bajan twist. Don’t sleep on their local hot sauce!

Very spacious, clean and comfortable room. Complimentary drink and hand towel on arrival. Welcome white wine in the room. I had a night flight but checked out, used the facility and was offered a complimentary bathroom to freshen up before my flight. The only downfall was the weak and unstable wifi signal especially by the pool area.

Everything about the staff was tremendous. Their friendly helpfulness made every interaction a pleasure. The hotel room was a lot more than expected with the kitchenette being a pleasant surprise. The hotel location was just where we like it, out of the city yet close enough to walk.

This place has great access to the ocean and some local vendors right across the street. The room wall are quite thin, people with kids moved in next door and at 4am those kids sounded like they were in our room or running the halls.

I booked this hotel because it had VIP perks but I received nothing. The front desk kept saying that the wine was not delivered by the supplier and I had to leave the room promptly at checkout because it was already assigned to someone else. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen! Es war eine VIP Buchung inbegriffen mit 2 std später Check Out Sollten dafür 50 US Dollar zahlen . Doch nach einem Gespräch mit dem Manager hat es dann doch kostenlos geklappt!

My friend and I stayed at the Rockley Hotel for one night and It was an amazing experience. Upon entry, you are greeted by the polite concierge who ensured that we have everything we needed for our stay such as a day passes to the nearby beach, access to amenities, and a welcome cocktail. The hotel is very artsy and has a modern feel. The room was very clean, stocked and had an amazing waterfront view. In addition to closeness to the beach, there are a number of restaurants, bars, and shopping stores walking distance of the hotel. The airport is also 15-20mins away. The staff was exceptionally accommodating when our flight got delayed for a few hours, allowing us to have access to all amenities as we wait for departure. 10/10 would recommend.

Great hotel!! Every single staff member is very friendly (from the maintenance staff to the hotel manager). I can really tell that they will go above and beyond for you and your needs. The location is fantastic. Walkable to many restaurants and taxis pass by the hotel every 30 seconds (seriously). The rooms are clean and spacious and comes will a full kitchen (so it was nice to keep our drinks cold or frozen when the weather was scorching hot). The breakfast included was better than I thought! The quality is good but the variety could be better. Think continental breakfast with a Bajan twist. Don’t sleep on their local hot sauce!

Helpful staff at reception. Things in the property were overpriced generally. No good public transportation available. We were unable to check out even an hour later without an extra charge.

Location, surrounding (restaurants, market, pharmacy, etc) and kindness of staff are the main highlights of this hotel. An unexpected maintenance had to take place during night and the hotel management proactively placed us in another room so that we will not be bother with the potential noise. That is great customer service. Hotel has also chair and towel service on the beach. If there is something to improve would be the fruit options available at Breakfast. Other than that there is nothing wrong with this hotel. We will be back!

We had a fantastic time at The Rockley! The room was very comfortable and clean with strong AC (very necessary), and welcome drinks and cold towels provided on arrival. The drinks and pool area were great, and the hotel had fun events planned every night. The beach is just across the street, and towels, chairs, and umbrellas are provided. The beach was lovely, and there were plenty of walkable dining options as well. We felt very safe in this area. Our only complaint would be a faint smell of mildew in the room, but I think that's to be expected in beach conditions. Would definitely recommend!

Great location near beach & restaurants, good value for the money ( loved the free breakfast); great “artsy” light & airy decor: almost didn’t want to leave my spacious, clean, lovely room, & the lobby featured local artists. Also: I encountered only friendly, helpful staff members.

I enjoyed my stay at South Beach! The staff there were extremely friendly, the room was spacious & modern and it was in a prime location. (The beach was across the street and the mall was right next door).

Excellent location just across road from beach. Spotlessly clean and staff so friendly and helpful...any issues raised were resolved immediately. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and convenient for venturing further afield as bus stop and taxi rank on road outside. Definitely recommend.

The property is located in a convenient part of the island close to shopping, dining and the beach. Public transportation was easily accessible to take you any part of the island. The room was clean, comfortable and provided all the amenities we needed during our short stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome and appreciated from the time we checked in to check out. Thank you all for making our visit to Barbados a wonderful experience and looking forward to the next time.

A lovely hotel, however there are a few matters to mention. There are only a few sun loungers in the pool/garden area and as usual guests are up early to reserve them by placing towels etc on them. We only stayed a couple of nights and dispite previous comments we found the breakfast quite adequate. Unfortunately and for whatever reason they do not provide and evening meal. There are not many restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. But the main point is that the hotel is on extremely busy and noisy road. The sound of car horns and motor bikes was constant and almost ruined the stay at the hotel. Please bear this in mind if considering book this hotel. Yes, you can close the balcony door but fresh air is far better than air conditioning in the room but of course it's a question of choice.

The individuals who worked at the front desk were outstanding! Everything else about the property was good. I would suggest the bar and menu should reconsider their prices. We found them over priced.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. The room is clean, nice looking and has a balcony. Breakfast was a simple buffet, which would change minimally each day with an egg station. This is a cool boutique hotel and we would stay again.

The reservations come with breakfast, lunch is provided but you’ll have to pay and dinner you can find in any of the local food areas around. -there’s also happy hour during certain times of the day which is always nice. The plaza next door has alittle of everything you need gift shop, electronic, ice cream (make sure you have cash), coffee shop, and a few other shops. Recommend taking out Barbadian cash, some places require it and just calculate just incase how much you’ll need, it’s double our money so you end up spending less in actual Dollar$. I would say the hotel does need alittle self care if you’re looking at the little nooks and cranny but from afar the colors, decor are beautiful and very picturesque. They have a lot of seating areas which are pretty cool. I would recommend staying here and would love to come back to Barbados.
