I often get here at the ridiculous time of night and they always manage to leave a key for me in the lockbox. I really appreciate that it’s very quiet and comfortable in spite of often being really busy. The parking is easy sometimes I get in so late that it’s a bit full, but there is parking out the back as well. The place is really comfortable, comfortable bed, it’s really clean. If you’re doing a stopover near Coffs, it really is the easiest one of all of them.

Loved this property, located in a cenral position to town, walkable. Pool was lovely after a big drive and we loved that we had access to the anytime fitness gym as part of our accommodation. We did not use the restaurant unfortunately, but the outside dining looked lovely. Staff were so lovely, very friendly. Definitely would stay here again.

Everything was excellent except for parking. There was hardly shy parking available, spaces were very congested and even though it said only one car per room, people had parked trailers etc holding more than one spot. It was very hard to get in and out of the Carpark. We were always worried about hitting other parked cars.

A short get away for a couple of days to gain a taste of Coffs Habour but not wanting to spend a fortune on accommodation as planning to be out and about. While a bit dated, we found the room clean, good shower, and a comfortable bed. All our requirements for a good stay. Good location. Nice looking pool if warm enough to get in.

Room was immaculate, we have stayed here on a few occasions, parking a little tight although manageable, convenient to shops and restaurants( 10 minute walk). Would recommend this Motel, we were traveling with a pet so no issues here. Have previously stayed at three Motels (pet friendly) in Coffs Harbour this one would be the better one.

Unfortunately the room was not clean with black dog hair over floor and bedding. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned and was dirty. The room had a damp, stale smell.

Bedding had stains on all layers including bloodstains - discovered too late to rectify. Mini fridge does not sufficiently cool to safe temperature. Bathroom had not been cleaned properly - rust, mildew and other stains. We have booked for our way back journey out of necessity and hope our next room improves! We are so so grateful for pet friendly accom but biohazard is not okay.

Overall room was poorly cleaned. Hand marks on windows, floors not clean in bathroom, stained pillowcases and very aged and uncomfortable furniture. Chairs broken, not all lights works. Shower poor pressure not even enough to wash off soap.

Management were professional and friendly. The bathroom was lovely modern and clean. Plenty of hot water. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was of a high quality. Well located but close to the highway. I would recommend this hotel

This hotel is ideal if needing somewhere to crash overnight whilst travelling the Pacific Highway. Staff were very friendly and check in was quick and efficient. Parking on site was free and easy to get a spot. The rooms are basic and could do with a refresh. Some of the furniture was scruffy and in places unclean. The fridge was also not clean. Saying that, the bed was comfy and I slept well. Again, perfectly fine for an overnight stop on the road but wouldn’t stay here any longer.

The room had everything you needed, a tv with streaming services, a lounge, clean room, comfortable bed. It was a little noisy but I was so tired I didn’t have any issues falling asleep.

Friendly check in staff…… ample free on-site parking. Comfortable bed, and good shower. Walking distance to the main shopping area. However, the hotel is at a busy road junction and the rooms have zero sound insulation. My room was very very noisy and I found it hard to get to sleep, and was woken very early with the amount of traffic around the hotel. If you’re a heavy sleeper, need a reasonably priced place to stay in the area, then it will be fine. For me, not again due to the traffic noise.

The day when I arrived the old lady was upset, even my 9yrs old son noticed when she rolling eyes because we arrived 1 hour late due to time zones between QLD and NSW, but that wasn’t all, I tried to apologize and she started to shouting out, she did 3 times and she asked me to Don’t talk to here because she had a long day. it was a little bit confused because they supposedly work 8am to 8pm but it was 26-Dec. nevertheless whatever happened to her she shouldn’t shouting anybody, It was disgusting and disrespectful at all.

Staff were amazing - front desk guy was beyond helpful- even when the bed configuration wasn’t like it was meant to be he went out of his way to sort us out! We stayed at another hotel on the way home which was a 4 star rated resort and the zebra motel was much nicer and better! Wish we had of stayed here again. Will 100% be staying here every time now

I have stayed in many places and never been treated as I was arriving to check in. I booked a king room. I waited 5-10 minutes at check in desk and asked what was the problem. The girl said cannot seem to find your booking and went and got another girl who seemed more experienced. She said we will just add you in as booking as not there as can take a while when booked through a third party. Was given a key and found my room was not a king room. I went back to reception and was told by the original girl who seemed fairly new that they didn’t have a king but they had not told me that at time of giving me the key. I said what can they do and the more experienced girl gave the other girl a room key to give me and I said so how did you suddenly find a king room and she said it was for someone that had not checked in yet. She said you have what you want in a agro way. I said why are you being so rude to me and so angry. She raced from around the back of the desk swearing saying she was sick of this and the more experienced girl ran after her and left me standing there! I told the experienced girl when she came back that the other girl was not suitable to be on the front desk welcoming people. I would never recommend this hotel. If I was the owner I would seriously be looking at the staff greeting people to their hotel. Some sort of uniform would look smarter and create a better impression.

In a bit of a sketchy part of town. Homeless behind the hotel. We were very aware of our surroundings while there. Minimal room amenities. Did provide shower soaps. Ok for a nights stay.

Very average motel. Not worth the price. Night truck noise was terrible. Shower& bathroom poor and small. No restaurant open. Really don’t go there

Shower leaked all night. Had to put towels in bottom of shower to try to stop the noise. Saturday night and dining room closed. Ran out of hair conditioner and tissues. Only one face washer provided for a 2 x queen bed share. Noisy, on the highway. Would not stay again.

I have stayed at this Hotel many times in the past as a Sales Rep. I was amazed that there was no restaurant onsite for dinner or breakfast. I recall the "African" style menu for dinner was a real crowd pleaser and that coupled with a couple of drinks just completed the day nicely. The exhaust fan in room 9 didn't work and at night we were visited by a rather large cockroach that I'm sure house keeping have removed after my wife accidently stood on in the middle of the night. Apart from that all was good

A short getaway where we knew we would only be sleeping at the motel so good price point with that in mind. Swimming pool looked nice. Clean enough, good shower, comfortable bed.
