Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The property and amenities exceeded our expectations. The house is thoughtfully furnished, spacious, and set up to entertain. The lagoon and slide kept us occupied most of our stay. Outstanding aesthetic all around, and so much fun. The grounds and the river are beautiful. You have easy access to the clear, clean spring fed river. We really enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards provided. The hosts were friendly and very easy to communicate with. We had a truly unique, amazing time and we hope to return for a longer stay.

The property was as awesome as the listing describes! We spent every day fishing, kayaking, seeing manatees, turtles and more. Everyone had a great time. The owner was excellent with directions and instructions of how to use all of the equipment and checking in. The downstairs was packed with floats we used every day, outside games, water shoes even! Plenty of dishes and a nice kitchen to do all of your cooking, along with a great fire pit for roasting marshmallows. The kids were excited to see a Mama and baby manatee and even a lady who sells popsicles on the river, definetly a great trip for all!

We have stayed in many high-end rentals including on the Gulf, oceanfront, and with views of Mt. Rushmore. Our experience here has topped them all. To start, Veso is the most gracious host (extremely friendly, quick to respond, highly informative). The house itself is homey and comfortable, fully equipped with everything you need. The gem of this property is what lies outside the back door - the lagoon, slide, multiple patios, firepit, grill, tons of water toys, yard games, crystal clear river. With just a few minutes of paddling, you will be just outside the state park where there are manatees galore. We also saw many varieties of birds, fish, dolphins, otters, and other wildlife. This was a family vacation that we will never forget and look forward to repeating in the future!

We booked this house last minute for a birthday trip with adults. Brought up our 13’ whaler which was the perfect size for the area- boatable to 6 restaurants/ bars. Close to the public boat ramp, with a perfect covered boat slip. No issues with depth to and from boat ramp and around the area. Crystal clear spring water at the property. Photos do NOT do it justice. We had manatee encounters daily, numerous. Otters, ducks, plenty of fish. The mostly fenced property was incredible for our dogs. Most places near by are dog friendly on patio. The screened in porch was a bonus, however the bugs weren’t bad at all!The pool and slide were a blast. Floats, life jackets, paddle boards, kayaks for everyone. Fire pit was beautiful, and love the variety of seating areas around the property. Couldn’t be easier to hop in the water and onto your paddle board and be right at the spring head! Loved the night lighting around the patio and pool. Didn’t use the sauna but plan to if we come back in the cooler months. Close to Publix and Walmart. Great grill, open kitchen for cooking and eating together. Great floor plan for two families. I can’t WAIT to come back !

The Backyard Manatee Club was a wonderful experience! The adults and kids enjoyed the slide and the private lagoon/pool. We also enjoyed paddleboarding and kayaking the crystal clear river. We were able to view fish and manatees, snorkle spring boils, and swim with very little boat traffic. If the spring water is too cold for your enjoyment there is also a sauna on the property grounds! The house is setup nicely for two families to each have their own “wing” with a common area in the middle that contains the kitchen and livingroom. The property is also close to grocery stores and local restaurants.

We stayed for 4 nights with our five year old and some friends with children the same age. The house layout was wonderful for two families giving us each our own side. The property was amazing and the backyard lagoon and slide were a hit! Unknown to the host, some of the kayaks were in poor condition. They were very responsive about the situation though and it didn't put a damper on our trip. We rented a pontoon boat one of our days which I'd highly recommend. We pretty much cooked all of our meals at the house, but if you have younger kids I'd definitely suggest Crumps Landing for a meal out. We ate there one night and there is a playground right near the outdoor seating. Perfect for parents to let their kids play while you enjoy a moment within eyesight. Overall it was a wonderful house, great location, very clean, and we would go back in a heartbeat!

What a beautiful, peaceful get-a-way! We were a family with two toddlers and two teens, plus adults, and the layout of the house gave everyone the opportunity to have privacy and quiet when it was needed. The kitchen was well stocked - we were able to prepare our traditional Thanksgiving dinner with room for all of the cooks :-) participating. The outdoor space... I can't imagine a more perfect setting. Even though it was chilly, the waterslide was so much fun that everyone was in the water despite the temps - of course, to warm up afterwards there was the sauna... We kayaked and swam and ended each day roasting marshmallows over the fire in the firepit. It more than met my expectations in every way. This is the best part of Florida, beautiful surroundings, crystal clear water, manatees, stingray, fish all in a quiet, tranquil environment. Vesco was thoughtful and quick to respond to any requests. Highly recommend!

What a great place to stay! The home is comfortable and nice but the real enjoyment is the backyard. From your own private swim lagoon, lots of river access, and your own private dock. They had lots of toys, games, kayaks, and floats for the entire family to enjoy. The yard and activities were great for a family to spread out and enjoy the Memorial Day weekend! What a great Oasis!

The layout of the house was perfect for us. The property is beautiful. You are provided with so much to do for no additional cost! Most rentals want to charge you extra for kayaks, paddle boards, floats, etc but not here it is all included! We had an amazing vacation and saw so many animals right from the backyard.

We had multiple families stay in this home with us and we couldn't have been more impressed. The wildlife is amazing (from the back yard we spotted: manatees, turtles, frogs, fish, birds, and more). There is an abundance of kayaks and paddle boards. Not to mention being situated in between two different springs that are both just a short paddle away. As if the river and springs weren't enough - there is an amazing natural pool right in the back yard. As well as a dock for the boat. Publix and many other stores are within a 5 minute drive. The house was very well equipped with extra linens, towels, dishes, air mattresses, etc. We cooked almost all of our meals and never found there was anything needed that we didn't have. There's also plenty of seating outside and inside which is always a plus at any rental. The host was SUPER communicative and helpful. Responding quickly to any questions that came up. We will 100% be returning to this beautiful home.

Love this property so much! We love it so much, we are “repeat guests”! Unfortunately our recent stay came right after Hurricane Debby left the area. However, our host, Veso, was extremely communicative even days before our stay. He provided updates on storm aftermath daily and worked very hard to get the property cleared and ready for our arrival. Despite the River breaching the property (as expected during a hurricane), everything met our expectations! Looking forward to future family time here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All of the rave reviews are accurate from how wonderful Veso is to the incredible house and springs. It was just the family escape we were hoping for. The spring water felt magical to swim in and we spent hours in the pool (kids 7 & 9) and also enjoyed kayaking, reading in the screened in porch and playing basketball on driveway. The house was incredibly clean and well stocked.

This is a gem of a location, the best of all the waterfront backyards around. Checking in was a breeze and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The house is nothing fancy but it was clean & organized.

This property is everything it claims to be and more. The river access is so convenient. We brought down boats and had no issues finding the property or storing the vessels at the docking area. The setup is perfect for two families with the four bedrooms equally divided by the living space. The home was clean and well-equipped. The wildlife is abundant; we saw manatees every day as well as fish by the hundreds and tiny frogs (so cute). The lagoon, WOW! We were a short (under two minute) paddle to the most magnificent sandy area that rivaled water only found in the Caribbean. The road coming in is kept mostly natural and it was beautiful but very narrow (be aware if you plan on bringing trailers). We didn’t want to leave and are already discussing our return trip!

Our stay on this property was .... stunning! Came with my kids and grandkids (3-8 yrs), and the property was just wonderful. The house was lovely with 2 separate wings, and stocked with EVERYTHING we could possibly need. The lagoon with slide was the most fun we've had in ages! The kids loved kayaking, and learned to paddle board. We saw manatees in the river outside the house. We went on lovely adventures just minutes from the house - the zoo, the mermaid show, and a rented pontoon boat. We're recommending this house to all our friends, and can't wait to come back!! The property was all that was promised and then some! It was definitely a slice of paradise on the beautiful spring. My husband and I brought our 3 daughters ages 23, 24, and 27 along with their significant others and grandson who is 8. Everyone had a blast. It doesn’t matter your age there is something here for everyone. Property was clean and well taken care of as well as all the extras. Instructions on everything you needed while using the property. We would absolutely stay here again. The only bad part was leaving.

Our family was looking for a peaceful and pleasant getaway for a few days. This was above and beyond what we expected. I was speaking with my 4 yo nephew at dinner and I said that I thought this place was Heaven. A little while later - he stated that yes, this place was Heaven. The description listed on VRBO is 110% accurate. You will have everything you could possibly need on a vacation whether you are staying for a few days or longer. The house is absolutely amazing and comfortable, the slide and the lagoon were lots of fun, and the river was clean, clear, and shallow for our whole family to enjoy. We used the kayaks and the paddle boards. We use the fire pit every night for s'mores. The yard was more than big enough to accommodate two children that love to run around. The grass is so green and soft - I haven't had my feet in grass that soft in a long time. The hammocks and the swings were a bonus. The interior of the house was lovely! The beds and linens were comfortable. The homeless spotless. This was the peaceful and pleasant place that we were looking for. This is truly Heaven on Earth! We are already planning our next visit! 😎

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The property and amenities exceeded our expectations. The house is thoughtfully furnished, spacious, and set up to entertain. The lagoon and slide kept us occupied most of our stay. Outstanding aesthetic all around, and so much fun. The grounds and the river are beautiful. You have easy access to the clear, clean spring fed river. We really enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards provided. The hosts were friendly and very easy to communicate with. We had a truly unique, amazing time and we hope to return for a longer stay.

We booked this house last minute for a birthday trip with adults. Brought up our 13’ whaler which was the perfect size for the area- boatable to 6 restaurants/ bars. Close to the public boat ramp, with a perfect covered boat slip. No issues with depth to and from boat ramp and around the area. Crystal clear spring water at the property. Photos do NOT do it justice. We had manatee encounters daily, numerous. Otters, ducks, plenty of fish. The mostly fenced property was incredible for our dogs. Most places near by are dog friendly on patio. The screened in porch was a bonus, however the bugs weren’t bad at all!The pool and slide were a blast. Floats, life jackets, paddle boards, kayaks for everyone. Fire pit was beautiful, and love the variety of seating areas around the property. Couldn’t be easier to hop in the water and onto your paddle board and be right at the spring head! Loved the night lighting around the patio and pool. Didn’t use the sauna but plan to if we come back in the cooler months. Close to Publix and Walmart. Great grill, open kitchen for cooking and eating together. Great floor plan for two families. I can’t WAIT to come back !

The Backyard Manatee Club was a wonderful experience! The adults and kids enjoyed the slide and the private lagoon/pool. We also enjoyed paddleboarding and kayaking the crystal clear river. We were able to view fish and manatees, snorkle spring boils, and swim with very little boat traffic. If the spring water is too cold for your enjoyment there is also a sauna on the property grounds! The house is setup nicely for two families to each have their own “wing” with a common area in the middle that contains the kitchen and livingroom. The property is also close to grocery stores and local restaurants.

We stayed for 4 nights with our five year old and some friends with children the same age. The house layout was wonderful for two families giving us each our own side. The property was amazing and the backyard lagoon and slide were a hit! Unknown to the host, some of the kayaks were in poor condition. They were very responsive about the situation though and it didn't put a damper on our trip. We rented a pontoon boat one of our days which I'd highly recommend. We pretty much cooked all of our meals at the house, but if you have younger kids I'd definitely suggest Crumps Landing for a meal out. We ate there one night and there is a playground right near the outdoor seating. Perfect for parents to let their kids play while you enjoy a moment within eyesight. Overall it was a wonderful house, great location, very clean, and we would go back in a heartbeat!

What a beautiful, peaceful get-a-way! We were a family with two toddlers and two teens, plus adults, and the layout of the house gave everyone the opportunity to have privacy and quiet when it was needed. The kitchen was well stocked - we were able to prepare our traditional Thanksgiving dinner with room for all of the cooks :-) participating. The outdoor space... I can't imagine a more perfect setting. Even though it was chilly, the waterslide was so much fun that everyone was in the water despite the temps - of course, to warm up afterwards there was the sauna... We kayaked and swam and ended each day roasting marshmallows over the fire in the firepit. It more than met my expectations in every way. This is the best part of Florida, beautiful surroundings, crystal clear water, manatees, stingray, fish all in a quiet, tranquil environment. Vesco was thoughtful and quick to respond to any requests. Highly recommend!

The layout of the house was perfect for us. The property is beautiful. You are provided with so much to do for no additional cost! Most rentals want to charge you extra for kayaks, paddle boards, floats, etc but not here it is all included! We had an amazing vacation and saw so many animals right from the backyard.

We had multiple families stay in this home with us and we couldn't have been more impressed. The wildlife is amazing (from the back yard we spotted: manatees, turtles, frogs, fish, birds, and more). There is an abundance of kayaks and paddle boards. Not to mention being situated in between two different springs that are both just a short paddle away. As if the river and springs weren't enough - there is an amazing natural pool right in the back yard. As well as a dock for the boat. Publix and many other stores are within a 5 minute drive. The house was very well equipped with extra linens, towels, dishes, air mattresses, etc. We cooked almost all of our meals and never found there was anything needed that we didn't have. There's also plenty of seating outside and inside which is always a plus at any rental. The host was SUPER communicative and helpful. Responding quickly to any questions that came up. We will 100% be returning to this beautiful home.

This property exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a tranquil paradise, this is it. Location is perfect. Secluded, but close to everything. We were a group of 6 adults and had plenty of room and some. Lagoon was wonderful, as was the beautiful crystal clear river. Enjoyed the kayaks! Saw manatee, stingrays, blue crab, wood ducks and lots of fish. This was, by far, one of the nicest vrbo's we've stayed in. Thank you to the owners for an amazing stay and for being pet friendly! Our dog loved it. We are a bit heartsick to leave. Would love to return.

Love this property so much! We love it so much, we are “repeat guests”! Unfortunately our recent stay came right after Hurricane Debby left the area. However, our host, Veso, was extremely communicative even days before our stay. He provided updates on storm aftermath daily and worked very hard to get the property cleared and ready for our arrival. Despite the River breaching the property (as expected during a hurricane), everything met our expectations! Looking forward to future family time here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family and I rented the house with some friends for 5 days! It was the best place we've ever rented! The house has everything you need to cook. Also a lot of games to play. The backyard is an amusement park for both, adults and children! We loved it a lot. The owner was very kind and fast with the answers. We definitely want to come back. I highly recommend it.

The property was as awesome as the listing describes! We spent every day fishing, kayaking, seeing manatees, turtles and more. Everyone had a great time. The owner was excellent with directions and instructions of how to use all of the equipment and checking in. The downstairs was packed with floats we used every day, outside games, water shoes even! Plenty of dishes and a nice kitchen to do all of your cooking, along with a great fire pit for roasting marshmallows. The kids were excited to see a Mama and baby manatee and even a lady who sells popsicles on the river, definetly a great trip for all!

We have stayed in many high-end rentals including on the Gulf, oceanfront, and with views of Mt. Rushmore. Our experience here has topped them all. To start, Veso is the most gracious host (extremely friendly, quick to respond, highly informative). The house itself is homey and comfortable, fully equipped with everything you need. The gem of this property is what lies outside the back door - the lagoon, slide, multiple patios, firepit, grill, tons of water toys, yard games, crystal clear river. With just a few minutes of paddling, you will be just outside the state park where there are manatees galore. We also saw many varieties of birds, fish, dolphins, otters, and other wildlife. This was a family vacation that we will never forget and look forward to repeating in the future!

An absolutely magical place. The river is crystal clear and having access anytime of day is wonderful.We swam with the manatees that came right to the steps twice! We saw otters, stingrays, crabs, and so much more. The home is beautiful and so peaceful. The kids were in the lagoon every minute they could be. The hosts were kind, caring, and informative. They make you truly feel like their home is your home. The 11 am check out was a huge bonus! We will be back!

This property was beyond perfect for our family trip! The yard, river access, and included kayaks/paddle boards were our favorite parts. The view from the screened in porch was lovely for sipping coffee. We grilled and ate dinners on the main deck, and enjoyed a fire in the fire pit almost every night. Superb location just minutes from the state park and close drive to crystal river, weeki wachi and so much more. We even paddled to a local bar/restaurant multiple times and saw manatees, otters, and a wide range of birds along the way. The hosts were incredibly attentive and kind, providing a wealth of knowledge about the area and quick to answer any questions about the property. We feel grateful to have experienced this absolute oasis as a family, and dream of returning some day in the future. Huge thank you to Veso and Kirsten!!

The property is exactly as described we were on the water every day the private lagoon was awesome on the days the river was busy we were able to relax . The kids loved everything about it we felt very comfortable letting them float around the river. The local neighbors were all very friendly. We got the see the manatee’s almost everyday sometimes multiple times this is a very cool place to stay can’t wait to stay again also Veso is one of the best host very informative and helpful didn’t mind all of my questions

We came here for the first time with friends and family for our son’s birthday and it did not disappoint. The house was perfect and all of the local restaurants were great. We were definitely the envy of the river whenever someone was boating by and saw the kids playing on the slide into the pool. Cannot wait to come back next year. The owners seem like very nice and genuine people as well who wish for you to have the best experience possible.

This property was beyond perfect for our family trip! The yard, river access, and included kayaks/paddle boards were our favorite parts. The view from the screened in porch was lovely for sipping coffee. We grilled and ate dinners on the main deck, and enjoyed a fire in the fire pit almost every night. Superb location just minutes from the state park and close drive to crystal river, weeki wachi and so much more. We even paddled to a local bar/restaurant multiple times and saw manatees, otters, and a wide range of birds along the way. The hosts were incredibly attentive and kind, providing a wealth of knowledge about the area and quick to answer any questions about the property. We feel grateful to have experienced this absolute oasis as a family, and dream of returning some day in the future. Huge thank you to Veso and Kirsten!!

What an incredible place. Veso has done a great job with this property. The house has everything you need to be able to relax, enjoy nature and make great memories with your family. The location is set on a very quiet part of the river. We felt like we had our own private spring. We came across manatees 25 yards from the backyard. Highly recommend this stay.

We had multiple families stay in this home with us and we couldn't have been more impressed. The wildlife is amazing (from the back yard we spotted: manatees, turtles, frogs, fish, birds, and more). There is an abundance of kayaks and paddle boards. Not to mention being situated in between two different springs that are both just a short paddle away. As if the river and springs weren't enough - there is an amazing natural pool right in the back yard. As well as a dock for the boat. Publix and many other stores are within a 5 minute drive. The house was very well equipped with extra linens, towels, dishes, air mattresses, etc. We cooked almost all of our meals and never found there was anything needed that we didn't have. There's also plenty of seating outside and inside which is always a plus at any rental. The host was SUPER communicative and helpful. Responding quickly to any questions that came up. We will 100% be returning to this beautiful home.

This property exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a tranquil paradise, this is it. Location is perfect. Secluded, but close to everything. We were a group of 6 adults and had plenty of room and some. Lagoon was wonderful, as was the beautiful crystal clear river. Enjoyed the kayaks! Saw manatee, stingrays, blue crab, wood ducks and lots of fish. This was, by far, one of the nicest vrbo's we've stayed in. Thank you to the owners for an amazing stay and for being pet friendly! Our dog loved it. We are a bit heartsick to leave. Would love to return.

My family and I rented the house with some friends for 5 days! It was the best place we've ever rented! The house has everything you need to cook. Also a lot of games to play. The backyard is an amusement park for both, adults and children! We loved it a lot. The owner was very kind and fast with the answers. We definitely want to come back. I highly recommend it.

The property was as awesome as the listing describes! We spent every day fishing, kayaking, seeing manatees, turtles and more. Everyone had a great time. The owner was excellent with directions and instructions of how to use all of the equipment and checking in. The downstairs was packed with floats we used every day, outside games, water shoes even! Plenty of dishes and a nice kitchen to do all of your cooking, along with a great fire pit for roasting marshmallows. The kids were excited to see a Mama and baby manatee and even a lady who sells popsicles on the river, definetly a great trip for all!

We booked this house last minute for a birthday trip with adults. Brought up our 13’ whaler which was the perfect size for the area- boatable to 6 restaurants/ bars. Close to the public boat ramp, with a perfect covered boat slip. No issues with depth to and from boat ramp and around the area. Crystal clear spring water at the property. Photos do NOT do it justice. We had manatee encounters daily, numerous. Otters, ducks, plenty of fish. The mostly fenced property was incredible for our dogs. Most places near by are dog friendly on patio. The screened in porch was a bonus, however the bugs weren’t bad at all!The pool and slide were a blast. Floats, life jackets, paddle boards, kayaks for everyone. Fire pit was beautiful, and love the variety of seating areas around the property. Couldn’t be easier to hop in the water and onto your paddle board and be right at the spring head! Loved the night lighting around the patio and pool. Didn’t use the sauna but plan to if we come back in the cooler months. Close to Publix and Walmart. Great grill, open kitchen for cooking and eating together. Great floor plan for two families. I can’t WAIT to come back !

We came here for the first time with friends and family for our son’s birthday and it did not disappoint. The house was perfect and all of the local restaurants were great. We were definitely the envy of the river whenever someone was boating by and saw the kids playing on the slide into the pool. Cannot wait to come back next year. The owners seem like very nice and genuine people as well who wish for you to have the best experience possible.

We stayed for 4 nights with our five year old and some friends with children the same age. The house layout was wonderful for two families giving us each our own side. The property was amazing and the backyard lagoon and slide were a hit! Unknown to the host, some of the kayaks were in poor condition. They were very responsive about the situation though and it didn't put a damper on our trip. We rented a pontoon boat one of our days which I'd highly recommend. We pretty much cooked all of our meals at the house, but if you have younger kids I'd definitely suggest Crumps Landing for a meal out. We ate there one night and there is a playground right near the outdoor seating. Perfect for parents to let their kids play while you enjoy a moment within eyesight. Overall it was a wonderful house, great location, very clean, and we would go back in a heartbeat!

What a beautiful, peaceful get-a-way! We were a family with two toddlers and two teens, plus adults, and the layout of the house gave everyone the opportunity to have privacy and quiet when it was needed. The kitchen was well stocked - we were able to prepare our traditional Thanksgiving dinner with room for all of the cooks :-) participating. The outdoor space... I can't imagine a more perfect setting. Even though it was chilly, the waterslide was so much fun that everyone was in the water despite the temps - of course, to warm up afterwards there was the sauna... We kayaked and swam and ended each day roasting marshmallows over the fire in the firepit. It more than met my expectations in every way. This is the best part of Florida, beautiful surroundings, crystal clear water, manatees, stingray, fish all in a quiet, tranquil environment. Vesco was thoughtful and quick to respond to any requests. Highly recommend!

The layout of the house was perfect for us. The property is beautiful. You are provided with so much to do for no additional cost! Most rentals want to charge you extra for kayaks, paddle boards, floats, etc but not here it is all included! We had an amazing vacation and saw so many animals right from the backyard.

We have stayed in many high-end rentals including on the Gulf, oceanfront, and with views of Mt. Rushmore. Our experience here has topped them all. To start, Veso is the most gracious host (extremely friendly, quick to respond, highly informative). The house itself is homey and comfortable, fully equipped with everything you need. The gem of this property is what lies outside the back door - the lagoon, slide, multiple patios, firepit, grill, tons of water toys, yard games, crystal clear river. With just a few minutes of paddling, you will be just outside the state park where there are manatees galore. We also saw many varieties of birds, fish, dolphins, otters, and other wildlife. This was a family vacation that we will never forget and look forward to repeating in the future!
