Stayed 4 nights

Hotel dirty, dated, mattress old and uncomfortable. Stayed for 4 nights room not made up during that time and the 2 tea bags provided were not replenished. The remote control was filthy, as was the carpet with stains all over and fraying at the corners, chair, and bedside table also very dirty. I cleaned the room myself with antibacterial wipes. No alternative to diary milk was provided. A continental breakfast was provided at extra cost, no option for cooked breakfast. The best thing about it is the location and parking.

Stayed 1 night

The staff were nice. But there were no reading lamps in the bedroom. The shower was not good. The furniture was falling apart. The beds were ok for one night. There was a bit of trouble parking the car, due to lack of space.

Stayed 1 night

Very cheap and cheerful. Stayed the night before getting the ferry from Dover But wish spent a bit more on something better as this was very dated and in need of refurbishment. We stayed at the Grnad Burstin last year which was also terrible so not having much luck with properties in Folkestone. Guess you get what you pay for…..
