We stayed at the Burlington for only one night but had an excellent experience. The staff was extremely helpful. We ate at the hotel restaurant and had a lovely dinner. The location worked out well for our remaining plans although we wish we'd had time to explore the town.

Disabled room was excellent! Plenty of room for wheelchairs to maneouvre. Clean and comfortable. Also dog friendly too in the rooms, bar and restaurant. Parking is very tricky though with only a handful of spaces.

We had a lovely stay at the Burlington Hotel in Folkestone. We booked the Deluxe Room with the four-poster bed, and it was spacious, comfortable, and full of character. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel itself has a beautiful, traditional charm. The only downside was that there is no air conditioning (or at least none that we could find anywhere in the building). There was a table fan provided in the room, but during the recent 26°C+ weather in the UK, it simply wasn't enough to keep the room cool, especially overnight. If you're staying during the cooler months, I imagine this wouldn't be an issue at all. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, but air conditioning would make a huge difference during the summer months.
