On two occasions, we requested another bath towel and it was brought an hour later and the last time we requested one it was never brought to our room!

Very convenient to walk around downtown But I did not like my room. It was very depressing because I had no window access and when I made my reservation there was no information saying that I will have a staircase blocking the window
