Terrible!!! They do not have enough parking space. (Actually only 20 small places and they have more than 70 Rooms). So when I arrived really tired after 6 hrs drivng they told me there was no parking left and that I should go and find a parking lot open somewhere around. Obviously I have to pay for the time the car was in there (a higher rate than usual because of the time of my arrival ). I had to hurry up taking my car there because they close at 11pm and I wouldnt be able to take my car out until the day at 9am. Finally when I get the room, The TV didnt work. They try to fix it 3 times but it didnt work. They moved me to another room in which the shower didnt work. As you can see a nightmare!!!

It was noisy with kids running around adults talking loud an laughing. We also asked for a blanket were told no blanket available but could send extra sheets, we said yes please. After an hour called again and they said will take them right away. For whatever reason they never made it to room. Need NEW towels too. Towels are very rough and look brown instead of white. They are gross. Had to go and by me towels cuz couldn’t get ourselves to use there’s.

The towels and sheets were all very dingy. I expected white sheets and white towels and we had beige towels and sheets. The bathroom itself needed love especially around the shower door. Not unlikely to stay there again.

Comfortable bed with great pillows. Zero sound proofing. Teenagers running & screaming in the halls till almost midnight & hotel staff never shows any concern. 10 day stay & never once was I greeted entering/leaving the hotel. There must be better options in downtown Guadalajara

We loved the location in the historic district. The staff was kind and helpful. Our room was #102. I had only one window that faced the hallway, so no natural light. The design in the shower allowed the water to spill out onto the bathroom floor. There was noise from next door, either the hotel laundry room or elevator at all hours. A few issues with the room, but other than that a good stay. Bed was comfortable, room was clean.

It’s only just ok, nothing too great… got a room with no AC but then I was moved to one with an AC and a view. Stayed in a suite, the room was big and had a good view of Ave Juarez once we got moved.

Was originally given a room, king size bed but as I walked in I noticed the loud noise from a vent. I requested to change my room since it’s impossible to sleep with the vent sound. I was told that he can’t change the room because I already used the toilet to pee. That’s the most ridiculous reason I’ve ever hear. I insisted and finally got a transfer. It shouldn’t be an issue to change but the hotel it like one.

Las toallas estaban percudidas lo que sigue de viejas, el personal te brinda una pésima atención 2 veces me hicieron bajar para pedir mi factura porque Manuel el de la recepción No podía generarla igual el del restaurante para emitir la Factura te ponen mil pretextos , la llave de la habitación se desmagnetizaba y no se podía abrir, tenías que volver a bajar a recepción para que las magnetizaran otra vez No vuelvo a hospedarme ahí y tampoco lo recomiendo

En lo general la estadía fue muy buena, buen trato del personal, habitación muy limpia, muy silencioso a pesar de estar en el centro, nos sentimos siempre muy seguros, le aire acondicionado sin falla; lo único incomodó es que al llegar no pudimos entrar a la habitación hasta las 4 y tuvimos que esperar esa hora en lobby, pero comparado con lo comodo y bien que lo pasamos no es problema alguno.

Close to downtown tourist areas, feels unsafe outside at night, hotel clean, rooms and bed/ linens comfortable, breakfast buffet great with chef cooking whatever you like. Hotel has there own taxista to safely take you wherever you want .Travel in the evening bad if moving around the city .

Overall this hotel has everything for what you paid for. It has lots of good dining options near the hotel. The hotel is always clean and has everything for basic needs. Staff was helpful and friendly. If it’s your first time going to Guadalajara and you are concerned about safety, there’s a guard 24/7 at the hotel.

Older building but you could tell they took pride in their guests experience. Very clean, daily room cleaning. House keeping respected when we didn’t want the service. Front desk was helpful and accommodating. Every employee we encountered was pleasant. Lots of things to do in walking distance. Right in the center of downtown. Will be staying again.

Good: The location was great. Hotel and streets felt safe. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. Staff were very nice and helpful. Quiet. Quick check in and check out. There was parking. Price was affordable. Bad: some of the surfaces in our bedroom were somewhat dirty. No wash cloths in the bathroom. The dinner in the hotel restaurant was not tasty. Had chicken soup, tasted like microwave food. Had guacamole, was very salty, and the ships were very hard and tasted old.

My mom and I stayed here this past weekend and we really enjoyed our time here. The staff was very friendly and helped us with all of our questions. The morning buffet and restaurant had very good, fresh food! Stay here if you want to be within walking distance of lots of shops and sites. We will be staying again!

Decepcionante ver como ha bajado la calidad de un hotel que fue magnífico. Desde la entrada ya se nota el cambio, El lobby que antes lucía alumbrado con un hermoso y enorme candil ahora es oscuro y avejentado. En la habitación las cortinas rasgadas, las charolas con las que da el restaurante el servicio a cuartos están todas rotas. En el restaurante el servicio lento, el cajero prácticamente con actitud desganada. Nos sirvieron unos totopos viejos y duros. Y aunado a esto las meseras haciendo un ruido terrible con los platos, parece que los avientan al recogerlos de las mesas. Las camaristas se olvidan a veces de dejar toallas suficientes o el tapete para salir de la regadera y además de que las toallas y tapetes lucen percudidos. Definitivamente no fue ninguna buena experiencia salvo por los “botones” quienes son muy amables, serviciales y atentos. Definitivamente no se entiende como la cadena Holiday Inn ha descuidado tanto este hotel.
