Hotel Clean and Staff was Nice. Here is the Good and Bad. BAD - Breakfast, same thing every day with no changes and coffee provided was bad. The food for lunch and dinner was Not Good from the restaurant. I ordered a "club sandwich", bread not toasted, soggy and they put lettuce on it with Mexican lettuce having a "serious parasite issues". Shower had an adjustable shower head that could not be adjusted. Went and complained, maintenance came and sprayed WD40 and that didn't do much. Strange curtains in the room and one broke, had to be fixed. Three elevators and one was broken the whole 4 days I was there and at one point another one as also broken (2 out of 3). Lighting in the room could be better. Also major construction going on across the street which can be noisy. Good - Staff friendly, laundry service good. Starbucks coffee center in the lobby which was great, because the coffee provided with breakfast was bad. Bed and pillows are ok, bottles of water provided daily. Water pressure was good. Hotel located in a relatively safe area of town. The "Trattoria" Italian restaurant which is Good about 100+ yards from hotel. Taxi service from the hotel is available immediately however it is expensive but safe...

When we first arrived we reported the issue of no A/C in the room they said some one would take a look,no one came or called back. The next day before arriving at breakfast I stopped at the front desk to repost it as well. Time went by spoke to the manager she stated an engineer would go, we spent hours locked up in hot room due to the cartel situation, pool closed no where to go, hot room no A/c no option of a fan or to move us rooms. And not to mention the times they would confused and charge for breakfast that was already paid with the stay included. Very unprofessional.

It is a good and reasonable hotel for business travelers as well as short term tourists. The room is exactly what you expect. A comfortable bed with clean sheets. A bathroom with good towels. The room is a typical upper mid range with all necessary equipment. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Nothing to complain about.
