Very nice location and price and the shower was excellent. The bed was hard not rock hard but close. The front desk personel were not the warmest and the”gym” was really lacking. Overall the price was the most outstanding feature. Did not eat theere.

Todo bien lo único malo es el estacionamiento q está súper reducido y a la hora de q te dan el estacionamiento alterno tuvimos q esperar más de media hora en q se desocupara el bell boy, pudiéndolo solucionar con el apoyo del personal de recepción q según ellos tienen prohibido apoyar por órdenes de sus gerentes, mientras varios autos en espera de que no entregaran las dichosas tarjetas para ir al otro estacionamiento , todo un caos No volvería a hospedarme Aqi

Todo muy bien, el único detalle malo es el valet parking: como uno se tiene que estacionar o en el garage del hotel que está en la parte de atrás o en el estacionamiento de junto hay que esperar al señor que parece que le vale nada si estás esperando, si tienes prisa, si hay coches atrás esperando en la calle. Ese es el único detalle que yo mejoraría.

En las descripciones de las habitaciones indican que el hotel tiene estacionamiento, el cual es limitado, quizá para maximo 10 autos, por lo que deben de usar el estacionamiento de un lado, pero hay que notificarles cada vez que vas a entrar/salir para que te vayan a abrir la pluma. La velocidad y cobertura del internet/wifi es la peor, no pude usar la laptop ni el telefono con su red, la maxima velocidad fue de 4 mb.

The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and in an amazing location. It is only a 5 minute walk to the cathedral, main square, and light rail lines 2 and 3. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However...I found several roaches crawling throughout my room during my stay. I told the front desk and I asked to speak to the manager. They told me his name was Christian and that he would be available the next day to speak with me. Each day of my visit, I asked to speak to him. He never called me, and he never seemed to be there, morning, afternoon, or evening. The staff did offer to change my room, but the manager never reached out to me despite my repeated requests and attempts. That's truly poor customer service, especially when a guest brings a dead roach to the front desk and says they want to speak with the hotel manager. So, buyer beware with Hotel Dali. it's a nice hotel if everything goes well, but if something isn't right, I wouldn't expect management to be there for you. The staff seems like they care, but the management clearly does not.

Se filtra el sonido y hay mucho ruido, se puede escuchar claramente cómo abren y cierran puertas, además de los sonidos sobre el pasillo, incluso las conversaciones de otros cuartos. Las cobijas me parecieron muy delgadas y no me cubrieron del frío. Lástima porque la atención me pareció muy buena.

Location, service were excellent. Only issue A/C unit not working as it should be and everything operates with door key. Once you leave room a/c shuts off and when you return and insert key A/c turns back on. If your out of room for long period, rooms heats up and takes long to cool off.

Considero que ya deben revisar o cambiar las persianas de las habitaciones o bien agregar las persianas blancas qué impiden el paso de luz, me toco dormir en una habitación que da al letrero y parecía que estabas en un Antro (las luces del letrero cambian de color) y la persiana no servía, solo que me dí cuenta hasta la noche ya había utilizado las instalaciones

There is not rules of noise, people were talking loud on the corridor very late, plus my room was right beside the gym and people were putting music very loud and early and very bad because it was a window dividing room and gym.

El hotel es agradable,solo muy caliente el lobby es como un horno (supuestamente el Ac estaba funcionando).Y otra cosa muy importante los colchones son demasiado duros, casi imposible dormir en esas camas! Nos gusta el hotel pero la próxima lo pensaremos no logramos dormir bien!

Armando is the best! I was feeling very sick and he lifted my spirits. He helped me with my bags even though I was out of time, money & energy. Armando pointed me in the right direction of the pharmacy & always put a smile on my face. People like this are special and rare in this world. He made me feel like I was right at home. This incredible man deserves a raise, a promotion and more vacation time. I’ll never forget him or his kindness. He made my stay easier, comfortable, more joyful, memorable and I’ll definitely be telling my all of my friends and family to stay at Hotel Dali.

Our experience at the hotel was absolutely terrible, due to the poor customer service we received. We had rented 3 rooms, and unfortunately one of the rooms had a broken AC unit that they were unable to fix. We had a set itinerary for our stay which we couldn't postpone, but unfortunately, they only informed us that another room was ready when we were out exploring the city. When we returned, I inquired about the situation to the receptionist, Isela, who had a horrible attitude and rudely told us that there was nothing they could do because we weren't available earlier. When I requested to speak to the manager, receptionist lady with short hair informed me in a disrespectful tone that the manager was not on site. I asked if they could offer a discount or some form of compensation for our uncomfortable stay on the first day, but they simply refused. Needless to say, we will never be staying at the Dali hotel again!!!!

On this visit, I had a terrible experience from the moment I arrived at the front desk. They gave me a room “212,” where the key didn't work. Every time I needed to get into my room, an employee had to come and open the door for me. This happened at least four times, and of course, I had to waste my time waiting for the employee to be available. Another problem was the phone, which didn't work so I could order room service. I had to go downstairs to report the issue so I could order my food, and of course, after that, I had to wait again for the employee to be available to open the door. The woman at the front desk didn't seem to care about my situation. I asked about a room change or an upgrade, and she said she couldn't do anything. So, they didn't care about the VIP service I have through the app either. 😏

We did not get breakfast but there is a small restaurant on hotel property. Lovely lobby and room was great. Would definitely return. Also hotel is very central to downtown attractions.

El lugar es céntrico, muy bonita y elegante decoracion, muy comodo y acogedora la habitación, la srita. De servicio muy amable. Lo que no me gusto es que cada q salia, tenia que pedir a mi regreso que me abran la puerta porque no me dieron llave ni tarjeta para mi habitación .Otro motivo q no me gusto es q tardaron casi 1 hr en subir mi cena a la habitación, pedi un te de manzanilla y me llevaron uno de hierba buena, me dio pena no aceptarlo al menos me dio una solución el (chef) Al otro dia baje a cenar para q no espere mucho tiempo por lo ocurrido el dia anterior y me di cuenta de q el (cocinero o chef, o mesero, que es lo q desempeñaba el sr.) no se como decirle, xq estaba solo atendiendo, muy apresurado el sr, de un lado a otro, haciendo varias cosas a la vez,varias mesas sin levantar los platos, en ese sentido le hace falta mas personal en el area de restaurante para ser un excelente servicio. ( el señor se la rifa) pero no deberia ser asi... La comida con buen sazón. El jugo de naranja excelente.
