I've stayed many times at this hotel and it still is a very good value. However, this particular time I had a terrible experience with the WiFi. I was assigned a room on the 5th floor and the signal there was worse than dial-up in the nineties. Horrible! I had to go to the lobby first and then to a coffee shop two blocks away so I could work. When I flagged the situation to a front desk staff member, he simply couldn't care less. He literally said that "He had just arrived to his shift and he had no idea". In spite of this incident, it was a generally speaking good experience: nice, spacious room; good bed, good shower pressure, etc. I just hope they fix the issue.
