Hotel is quite good. Like most hotels in England it’s a bit soulless. But it’s fine. Watch the parking situation - although I checked with a staff member about parking charge (and being reassured I was ok) I got £120 fine. Staff thee sorted it for me ok, but because I was in hire car aero car are looking for £50 off me.

Room was great, staff was great Had to pay for parking but plenty of it. Did not realise it was a spa when we booked or would have carried a swimming costume!!!

The staff was very unfriendly, We booked a PREMIUM ROOM and paid £414 for 2 nights. There was only one double bed in the room. We got to dinning for breakfast, they said they can only give one breakfast and when booking paid for 2. There was no complimentary drinks in the room. The staff promise to do something and they did nothing.

Common areas are ok but bedroom was awful. Tiles falling off the wall in n bathroom. Grubby carpets , corridor carpets with holes in ! Very minimal facilities in room. Well overpriced for a very poor hotel. No EV charger - was directed to a Tesco some distance away. Food fine.
