Hotellet er stort og fint, dog er det ikke er spa hotel men et “wellness” de har i alt fald en sauna. Men ingen pool eller spa område. Ingen mulighed for at lade i p-kælderen hvilket der ellers står man kan. Ret dyrt at parkere i deres p-kælder. Ekstremt meget kø og ventetid ved morgenmaden. Ellers fine værelser og ret centralt beliggende.

Til rette vedkommende Vi bookede værelset over hotels.com med den forventning om, at der var en pool til rådighed på hotellet. Dette var hovedårsagen til, at det netop var jer vi valgte fremfor andre hoteller, da vi havde set frem til at spille trøjtel. Morgenmad kaotisk - udvalget begrænset. Manglede skyr, svesker. Grønt. A brilliant base from which to explore Hamburg, with shops and places to eat 10 minutes away. I ordered room service breakfast and had a breakfast in the restaurant. There was a choice to meet with all dietary requirements. The room was spacious and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was clean and tidy, although the ceiling tiles needed replacing as they were discoloured. You had to be patient whilst waiting for a lift, there are three of them, but one was out of commission. The option of getting to the foyer by stairs wasn’t possible. The stairs led outside in case of fire. I would stay again because of its position.

The hotel is very comfortable, conveniently located within short 10 min walk of the U Bahn, and in a upscale walkable safe neighborhood. Service is very good. It was very busy when we visited in October, we had to wait to be seated at breakfast. They suggest „less crowded“ times, but seemed to be the same regardless. Exercise room has dumbbells, weight machine, elliptical and treadmill. All in excellent condition, but also popular. Overall, it’s a very good choice, just be prepared for the crowds. We would stay there again.

Dejligt hotel med god beliggenhed. Med bus er du i centrum på 10 min. Hvad der ikke var så godt var prisen som hotellet charger for parkering i deres p-hus. EUR 22 pr nat! Det er simpelt hen overpris og lægger betragteligt til hotelværelsets pris. God morgenmads buffet.

Service er god - venlig. Rengøringen kan vel nærmest ikke fås bedre. Sengene (King Size) var superbe. Badeværelse/bad var super.. Der er i øvrigt pinligt rent alle steder. Morgenmaden er fin og med et godt udvalg. Aftenbaren/loungen er ren og pæn og med en udstrakt venlig service. Kaffemaskinerne ved morgenmaden lidt vanskelige at gennemskue, hvis man bare vil have normal sort kaffe. Men ellers et stærkt anbefalelsesværdigt hotel at besøge

We stayed for 5 nights in this hotel and were very impressed with its cleanliness and general condition. The King size room with a lake view was ideal for our stay. Sufficient space and amenities within the room. The hotels great location is very convenient for exploring Hamburg within walking distance to the central station and also close to bus and MRT stops. The nearby lake is great for walking or cycling around. We didn't eat within the hotel as there are many good options nearby and also a well stocked supermarket

Bereits zum dritten Mal ging es ins CP in Hamburg. Auch beim nächsten Mal gehört es sicherlich in den engeren Kreis der Auswahl. Leider war dieses Mal keine Zimmerreinigung (Betten, Mülleimer, Badezimmer, WC) durchgeführt worden. Eigentlich kein Problem, wenn zumindest das WC-Papier aufgefüllt wird. Handtücher nutzen wir bei einem Wochenende durchgehend, brauchten wir auch nicht neu. Dass die Betten nicht gemacht wurden, ist auch mal zu verschmerzen, aber wenn man dann extra zumindest Toilettenpapier nachordert und dies auch bestätigt wird, ist es weniger cool, wenn dies bis Mitternacht nicht passiert. Es reichte glücklicherweise noch für die eine Nacht. Beim Auschecken wollte ich es zumindest dann erwähnen, wenn ich, wie immer, gefragt wurde, wie denn der Aufenthalt gefallen hat. Diese Frage wurde aber leider gar nicht erst gestellt.

U-Bahn (U3) „Uhlandstrass“ oder Bushaltestelle „Mundsburger Brücke“ fussläufig schnell erreichbar. Frühstücksbuffet lässt (für mich) keine Wünsche offen. Von Müslis bis Omlett, von Fisch, Wurst, Marmelade, Käse, alles in guter Auswahl immer frisch und über die gesamte Frühstückszeit verfügbar. Verschiedene Kaffee, Tee, Säfte, Wasser mit Zitrone etc. zur Selbstbedienung. Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und auch die Zimmer selbst waren sehr ruhig. Zimmer zwar recht klein, aber toll renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Lediglich mehr Wandhaken für (nasse) Jacken/Mäntel wären wünschenswert. Modernes Bad mit Regendusche und heißem Wasser. Wlan funktionierte gut. Alle MitarbeiterInnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Frühstück war viel los, da könnte noch ein Mitarbeiter mehr abgestellt werden und grundsätzlich mehr die Sitzmöglichkeiten der Bar genutzt werden. Begeistert war ich vom Wasserspender in Lobby und Fitnessraum (geeignet für max. 0,75l-Flaschen). Die Bushaltestelle ist 3 Minuten entfernt, mit der Linie 17 und 6 ist man in ca. 15 Minuten an den touristischen Highlights. Wir waren begeistert und kommen wieder!

방이 너무 추웠습니다. 10월 마지막주였는데 자는 동안 코가 시려웠습니다. 아침에 일어나 이불 밖을 나오니 몸이 덜덜 떨렸습니다. 사진과 같이 히터를 풀가동했는데 오히려 찬바람이 나와서 끄고 잤습니다. 그래도 춥습니다.

방이 너무 추웠습니다. 10월 마지막주였는데 자는 동안 코가 시려웠습니다. 아침에 일어나 이불 밖을 나오니 몸이 덜덜 떨렸습니다. 사진과 같이 히터를 풀가동했는데 오히려 찬바람이 나와서 끄고 잤습니다. 그래도 춥습니다.

Ganz okay, abgesehen davon dass man bei Buchung via Expedia keine Rechnung erhält vom Hotel und auch nicht von Expedia. Für Geschäftsreisen daher ungeeignet. Hotel wird viel von großen Gruppen frequentiert - Airline Crews, Reisegruppen. Manchmal ist es daher an der Rezeption sehr sehr voll. Zimmer sind okay aber nicht einfach heizbar, Kissen und Decken sehr einfach

I left my room and returned I found that my personal belongings that were supposed to be inside the lock were on the table. I tried to open the lock but the PIN that I had set up was not working. I asked the hotel reception for assistance and they came to the room and opened the lock. I noticed that my money was missing and my things were messed up. I immediately called the police who requested the hotel to provide a list of access to my room. To my surprise, it was noted that someone from the hotel staff, other than the housekeeper, had opened the room during the afternoon without any reason. The hotel manager arrived the next day but did not provide any explanation for the intrusion. After a brief conversation, he simply said "we finish" and left me alone.

Sehr gute Lage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 6. Etage mit Blick auf die Außenalster. Der Stadtteil St. Georg hat einen besonderen Flair. Optimale Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sind gut zu erreichen.

De gemiddelde wachttijd om te mogen ontbijten is 20 minuten, het is ook nog eens heel druk. Wij werden met andere mensen aan een ontbijttafel gezet zonder met ons te overleggen. Dit hebben wij als onprettig ervaren. Ook is het hotel best wel ver van het centrum.

We stayed for 5 nights in this hotel and were very impressed with its cleanliness and general condition. The King size room with a lake view was ideal for our stay. Sufficient space and amenities within the room. The hotels great location is very convenient for exploring Hamburg within walking distance to the central station and also close to bus and MRT stops. The nearby lake is great for walking or cycling around. We didn't eat within the hotel as there are many good options nearby and also a well stocked supermarket

Dejligt ophold - 4 dage på et godt beliggende hotel med et fantastisk personale. Hotellet fremstår meget velholdt med en fremragende morgen buffet. 500 meter til U-Bahn eller 20 minutters gang til Mönckebergstrasse/Hovedbanegården.

Dejligt hotel i hyggelige omgivelser. Men grundet ferie var der mange gæster, hvilket udløste en flaskehals til morgenmaden. Vi stod i en lang kø indeni vi fik henvist bord og flere gange blev vi henvist til et konferencelokale , som var et meget ucharmerende sted at indtage en ellers lækker morgenmad. Der blev lidt langt til buffeten og vi oplevede flere gange ventetid , da der løbende var ting man “ løb tør“ for , eksempelvis boller , røræg , bacon - og det på trods af at personalet løb rundt. Men god seng, pænt og rent og som sagt hyggelige omgivelser. Busstoppestedet tættest på hotellet var desværre lige nu nedlagt , men små 500m derfra lå et andet stoppested hvor man kunne tage flere busser med centrum og 2 stoppesteder væk ligger Lange Reihe hvor der er et utal af hyggelige restauranter .

Room was clean. Stuff was very polite and helpful. But in peak hours there were lines in check-in and out desk. It should be automatic check out at least (optional) and breakfast was very good they lead you the was to seat and it is unnecessary I guess there were lines at the entrance of the breakfast lounge. Room was a little bit cold even if I tried to make hot it does not I think since it’s summer. But Hamburg is very cold.

The hotel itself was ok. But: Parking at the hotel was either difficult or very very expensive. 30 EUR for parking one night. The guy in the reception misinformed about the parking rules of the public parking and in the area, hopefully only because he did not know better. A city tax for spending the night must also be paid, which hotels.com did not inform about.
