One of the worst Hotels we stayed at. Parking is based on first come first serve. The rooms are super noisy, rooms face a super busy street. You cannot switch on the AC, as it makes additional noise, preventing you from sleeping. When raised our concerns at the reception, a complete disregard to any of these concerns. The list got longer and longer… if you like a pricey hotel with amazing noise levels and indifferent people…. It’s your place to go…. If not… any other hotel would do.

The Hotels.com description of our room was flat out incorrect. We chose the room specifically because it described the room as having a separate sleeping area (queen bed) and queen sofa bed. As we were travelling with her 7 year old son, this directly affected our decision to book. What we got did not allow us the privacy we specifically looked for. The bathroom had loose and missing fittings. Definitely NOT a "superior" room. Staff were welcoming though, and very kind.
