Super let adgang og mulighed for parkering. Tæt på midtbyen og lækker udsigt fra Tower Bar.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt; sehr zentral und gut erreichbar. Sowohl zu Fuss wie auch mit dem öV. In der Hotel eigenen Tower Bar (in über 60 Meter Höhe) kann man zudem einen wunderschönen Ausblick über die Landungsbrücke / den Hafen / die Stadt geniessen.

Die Parkmöglichkeit könnte besser sein.

I chose to stay here because it was very close to the water and had seemingly great views. It was a very close distance to the tour boats and has large stairs leading down to the river. It is a very cool property. When booking, I looked at each room and selected this one because it was the only room showing a balcony and river view. When we checked in, I was given a room with no view at all. Somewhat deceived, I called the desk and she had one to switch me into saying I had the choice (I didn’t have any choices at booking.) but I appreciated how easy it was to get what I thought I paid for! The hotel is full of fascinating maritime decor and unique pieces of history - we loved to admire the lobby and hotel bar. Parking our car was pretty in the ramp, and was located directly underneath our hotel tower. The only thing I’m bummed about it that given how I booked this hotel for the view, the tower bar was the largest part of that. It was a big draw. My ancestors emigrated out of this harbor so the view was important to me! The tower bar was closed for maintenance the two evenings we were there… we weren’t even allowed to look at it. Had I known, I would have chose a different hotel honestly. We certainly still enjoyed our stay; but we only stayed two days and one night so I was trying to make the most of it. I would recommend this hotel, and stay there again if we had access to all of the treasures.

Tolle Lage am Hafen. Tolle Bar mit Aussicht im Turm. Frühstück teuer, aber gut.

Overall the hotel was excellent and is in a fantastic location. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The staff professional and helpful. It has great bar and restaurant facilities which are resonably priced. My only criticism is over the cost of the parking facilities. Its underground public parking, but the hotel has elevators directly down there. Given this and the cost of the rooms at the Hafen, I would have liked to see the parking subsidised and not just full public cost (around €30 per day).

Leider ein völlig überzogener Preis für das Frühstück und hohe Parkgebühren für Hotelgäste.

Wir sind sehr nett empfangen worden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Check in und check out zügig und bequem. Koffer konnten wir ein paar Stunden einlagern. Im alten Teil des Hauptgebäudes könnte man den Teppich mal erneuern und auch angleichen. Geht mal in die Towerbar für nen Cocktail und die tolle Aussicht.

Väldigt trevligt hotell, bra läge och nära till det mesta. En magisk bar uppe i tornet med utsikt öve rhela hamnen och Hafen City. Praktiskt att kunna ta S-Bahn direkt från flygplatsen till station Landungsbrücke och ha 200 meter till hotellet.

Typical old hamburg hotel, hotel garage is convenient for very small cars only, no suv, stuff was very friendly and helpfull, old style hotel, for someone like me who loves it

Wir waren in 2 unterschiedlichen Zimmern während unseres Aufenthaltes. Beide waren super sauber & gepflegt. Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden. Das einzige was man dazu sagen könnte, wäre das man zu dem vorhanden dünnen (sehr bequemen) Kissen noch ein größeres bekommen würde. Dann könnte man, wenn man z.B. ein Buch liest, sich besser anlehnen. Aber das ist „meckern“ auf hohem Niveau, da dass Kissen was man dort hat zum schlafen für mich & meinen Partner perfekt war. So eins hätte ich gern auch zuhause. Das Personal war auch sehr zuvorkommend & hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch super da man, wenn man Glück hat direkten Hafenblick hat & keine 5 Minuten zu den Landungsbrücken laufen muss. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, wenn wir das nächste Mal in Hamburg sind.

Grei beliggenhet, og hotellet fremstår fint. Var nok uheldige med rommet hvor det luktet vondt. Ga beskjed om lukten men ingen respons annet enn takk for at jeg sa i fra. Greit med gateparkering ved hotellet. Trivelig spisesal, og god frokost. Kort vei til sentrum. Reiser gjerne tilbake hit, men håper på et rom som ikke lukter så ille.

The room was clean and orderly in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Rent og pænt værelse. Ikke særlig stort og med delvis udsigt til havnen. Der manglede en plads til kufferten hvor man kan stille den på. Morgenmaden var ikke inkluderet og kostede 27 euro pr person det var vi for nærige til og gik ned til en nærliggende bager hvor man kunne få morgenmad for to personer til 17 euro. Vi har ellers haft et godt ophold.

Leider können wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Dusche: Der Wasserabfluss war verstopft, sodass nach den Duschen der gesamte Badezimmerboden unter Wasser stand. Nachden wir dies gemeldet haben, wurde der Abfluss gereinigt. WLAN: Im Zimmer funktionierte das WLAN überhaupt nicht, was gerade auf Reisen sehr unpraktisch ist. Verlorene Ohrringe: Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit vergessenen, für uns sehr bedeutungsvollen Ohrringen. Wir haben den genauen Standort angegeben, dennoch wurde nur oberflächlich in der Fundgrube nachgesehen. Weder das Zimmer noch das Reinigungspersonal wurde kontaktiert. Statt uns ernsthaft zu unterstützen, wurde die Verantwortung einfach auf uns abgewälzt. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie ist das inakzeptabel und äußerst respektlos. Klimatisierung: Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Bei Außentemperaturen von 35 °C hatte das Zimmer gefühlt 40 °C. Der kleine Ventilator brachte keinerlei Erleichterung. Ein offenes Fenster in der Nacht war keine Option, da die U-Bahn direkt am Hotel extrem laut zu hören ist. Schlafen war so kaum möglich. Personal: Insgesamt empfanden wir das Personal als eher unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. In der Summe war der Aufenthalt leider nicht zufriedenstellend.

Die Lage ist herausragend schön. der Empfang an der Rezeption sehr nett und persönlich - ganz toll! Leider waren die Handtücher nicht sauber und es hat mich verwundert, dass ein Haus diesen Niveaus über keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern verfügt.

Wir waren schon öfter in diesem Hotel und wurden jedesmal freundlich empfangen. Es ist sehr sauber, die Lage des Hotels ist unbezahlbar. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und auch das Abendessen im Port ist sehr besonders. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Zimmer und Bad hätte für den Preis etwas größer sein können.. Frühstück zu teuer... 25€ pro Person ! Sonst war alles okay und sehr sauber.

Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind gut und ausreichend. Allerdings ist die S-Bahn gleich neben dem Haus und fährt aller 5 Minuten quietschend um die Kurve. Ich denke von dem Geräusch sind sehr viele Zimmer, auch die Kapitänszimmer betroffen. Aus diesem Grund würden wir dieses Hotel nicht mehr wählen. Frühstück war super.

Great location, near u/s bahn, harbour and Reperbahn. Be prepared for many stairs to get to the hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. No a/c, so the rooms get very hot! A floor-fan helped a little, but not enough.

Mycket bra läge. Nära till ST Pauli, Hamnen, centrum och tunnelbana. Värt att notera, inga av rummen har aircondition. Jag har bott på Hotel Hafen +20 gånger och kommer bo där igen.

Sehr altes Zimmer an einer Treppe mit Blick auf den Parkplatz. Vorher haben wir das Zimmer gesucht, da uns niemand den Weg gezeigt hat.

Das einzige was schade war, dass bei den Fotos der App Wasserblick zu sehen war aber wir dann in den Hinterhof geguckt haben. Die Dame an der Rezeption sagte, dass es nie garantiert ist bei den Kapitänszimmern. Finde ich schade. Ich würde dann die Kategorien aufteilen und für Wasserblick mehr zahlen wollen und dann sicher haben.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt an der U3. Es war sehr laut, so dass wir das Fenster nicht offen lassen konnten.

There is no coffee maker in the room

The position is fantastic and the restaurant is very good. Rooms are comfy and the shower was excellent complete with towel warmer. Small fridge in the room was appreciated but there was nowhere to make a cuppa, either in the room or a communal area. We were there for the Parade of Cruisers. Excellent weekend.

Tyvärr saknades AC på rummen och det blev väldigt kvavt och instängt. Bordsfläkten hjälpte inte så mycket och väsnades på natten. Bra läge och restauranger tyckte vi men inte prisvärt med tanke på avsaknad av luftkonditionering.

Leider keine Klimaanlage. Es war so heiss im Zimmer und leider konnten wir kein Fenster öffnen da wir die Zimmer im UG hatten. Beim Einchecken unfreundlich und beim Aus Checken ein Zimmer wurden die Zimmerkarten entgegengenommen ohne ein Ton. Beim zweiten Zimmer kam aus dass beim einchecken ein Frühstück nicht bezahlt worden ist. Wir sind total enttäuscht und das von einem 4 Stern Hotel Wir müssen aber sagen Frühstück und das Personal im Restaurant sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Very friendly and helpful staff, no complaints from my instructor Mr Roy Barraclough who enjoyed his stay.

Rude staff, they don’t know their job very well, customer service 0, they didn’t check us in on time (at 3pm) and asked us to return later, we had a job to do and in our return at 11pm, they allocated wrong rooms (against what we paid for and asked) and said we cannot changed it and if you don’t like, you can go to another hotel. Simple! Without saying sorry! Dont expect a nice room with any view, it is a waste of money!

Sehr netter Empfang. Die Einweisung in die Tiefgarage, Koffer wurden uns ins Zimmer gebracht. Rezeption, Frühstück alles wie man es sich wünscht. Personal sehr freundlich und Hilsbereit. Ein kleines Geschenk war in der letzten Nacht am Bett. Wir hatten ein Problem mit unseren Handyaufladegerät. Es wurde während wir das Frühstück eingenommen haben von der Rezeption aufgeladen. Kommen gerne wieder in dieses sehr schöne Hotel. Die Lage ist traumhaft in der City. Auch ideal für einen Theaterbesuch. Auch der Ausblick von der Hotelterasse ist wunderschön.

Wir waren schon öfter in diesem Hotel und wurden jedesmal freundlich empfangen. Es ist sehr sauber, die Lage des Hotels ist unbezahlbar. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und auch das Abendessen im Port ist sehr besonders. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Direkt an den Landungsbrücken.

(ENG) I have stayed here twice passing through the city and both times found it the ideal location. Immediate access to the Landungsbrucken train station and a short walk to many incredible restaurants set the stage for any length of stay in Hamburg.

Schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage.

Perfekt ist die zentrale Lage zwischen Reeperbahn und Landungsbrücken, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war klein, für korpulente Menschen wird es da etwas schwierig, dennoch: alles sauber und in gutem Zustand. Für eine Nacht absolut empfehlenswert, den recht hohen Preis muss man wohl wegen der guten Lage akzeptieren.

It is close to a grocery store, the subway and the water, so getting around is pretty easy.

Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach unschlagbar! Direkt am Hafen, fußläufig viele Restaurants/Cafés/Bars. Hafenrundfahrten, Elbphilharmonie, St. Pauli nur wenige Meter entfernt. S-/U-Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe, ich empfehle, sich die HamburgCard zu besorgen. Unglaublich freundliches Personal, welches viele Tipps und Empfehlungen geben kann! Frühstück und Essen im Restaurant Port mit der wunderschönen Terrasse sind sehr einladend. Das Hotel hat einen individuellen Charme, anders als die vielen Hotelketten. Tiefgarage direkt beim Hotel, ausserdem einige kostenlose Parkplätze mit viel Glück vor der Tür. Das Hotel ist etwas höher gelegen, man muss einige Stufen steigen, falls man mit der Bahn anreist oder vom Hafen zum Hotel zurückkehrt, nur so als Hinweis. Das einzige, was wirklich im Hochsommer fehlt ist eine Klimaanlage. Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen, danke für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

Schöner Aufenthalt in einem zentral gelegenen Hotel. Das Essen sehr gut.

Historical place on a nice location with view at the harbour. Breakfast was amazing (but expensive) and the breakfast/restaurant is beautifully decorated. They have a nice terrace outside.

A lovely comfortable place in a great location to walk in any direction feeling absolutely safe. Great if pricey breakfast but worth it.

Das Frühstück war der Hammer, so viel Auswahl. Die Zimmer sehr schön. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr gutes Hotel, freundliches Personal, sauberes Bad, geräumiges Zimmer. Nur der Preis für das Frühstück ist viel zu hoch, weswegen wir darauf verzichtet haben.

Ein tolles Haus in einer sehr schönen Lage! Das Frühstück ist fürstlich. Sie haben full english breakfast, was ich liebe. Das Essen im Restaurant Port ist ausgezeichnet. Der Blick auch!
