NH rarely disappoints! Great hotel. One remark: parking is expensive and the price was not communicated before. Rooms are amazing! Especially the superior room! Highly recommended

God beliggenhed, og rigtig dejlig tagterrasse i spa-området med udsigt direkte til bunkeren. Store og indbydende værelser.Vi kommer gerne igen! Tip: Vil man have en rigtig god steak, så vil jeg anbefale et besøg på Schlagterbörse i Kampstraße nær hotellet.

Gute Lage (S-Bahn in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen oder zu Fuß rein nach St.Pauli, direkt gegenüber der grüne Bunker und das Millerntor), komfortables Zimmer (wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht), gutes Frühstück, Parkplatz in der Hotelwirten Tiefgarage (gegen Aufpreis möglich)

Die Hilfsbereitschaft der gesamten Servicecrew war einzigartig. Das Zimmer entsprach der Beschreibung 1:1. Sehr komfortable und sehr großes Zimmer. Auch für Kinder nehmen sich dort die Mitarbeiter am Empfang und an der Bar Zeit ^-^Alles in Allem ein sehr angenhemer Aufenthalt! Auch die kleine Dachterasse zum Entspannen nebst Sauna und Kraft-/Fitnessraum, lädt ein. Und obendrein noch Wasser mit Obst.

Gute Bar, sehr ordentliche und saubere Zimmer. Mit Kind perfekt - unsere Tochter hatte ein großes einzelbett mit Matratze, dass aus einem Sofa gebaut wurde. Zwischen ihr und uns war eine Tür, sodass alle ungestört schlafen konnten

Personal sehr freundlich. Tolles Zimmer. Einziges Manko, die Kaffeemaschine arbeitete nur Tröpfchenweise. Auch positiv, kleiner Sportraum und Sauna (wenn auch zu heiß für mich).

Ein tolles Hotel! Zimmer sauber und gut eingerichtet, gratis Wässerchen, gut ausgestattete Minibar, Kaffeemaschine. Toll. 3 Kissen zur Auswahl und dieses Frühstücksbuffet, ein Traum. Selten ein so üppig und hübsch angerichtetes Buffet gesehen. Personal ebenfalls top und freundlich. Wir kommen wieder! Geschlafen hab ich leider nicht so dolle, aber da kann das Bett auch nichts dafür, war ebenfalls sehr bequem.

Es war super. Klospülung funkionierte nicht so gut. Sonst top.

Sehr höfliches Personal und immer wenn nötig, dem Gast zu getan und hilfsbereit. Die Dusche lief immer über (wahrscheinlich Sieb verstopft), dass war nicht so toll….aber sonst immer wieder Top das Hotel. Wir buchen es immer wenn wir in Hamburg sind. Unser Hund wurde auch sehr fürstlich mit Hundekorb, Futter, Leckerli und Kotbeutel wirklich fürstlich empfangen…das hat man kaum in Hotels. Deswegen kommen wir auch immer wieder.

We recently stayed here for the Hamburg Marathon. The hotel is a short walk from the start / finish area, close to public transport, and many good restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was immaculately cleaned daily, and our room was very quiet and comfortable. We look forward to staying with you again soon.

Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is that the rooms looked larger online (including a sofa and a larger bathroom). The superior room was a bit tight for 2 people for 5 nights. Otherwise, it was an excellent option in Hamburg.

The room was too hot and it couldn’t be cooled down. We slept one night with the window open but it was so loud from the street and fairground opposite. The location however was great.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral am Heiligengeistfeld. Sofern man ein Zimmer nach vor hat, ist es sehr laut, nach hinten gelegen sehr ruhig. 5 Minuten zur U-Bahn

Dejligt ophold på velindrettet og komfortabelt værelse! Eneste minus var at vinduerne ikke holdt støj fra gaden ude om natten.

The USP for this hotel is the room space, it is like an apartment inside with well maintained stylish furnishings. The room has great amenities and is good value for money. I make a point of staying here whenever I visit Hamburg, its that good.

Room was spacious. Staff excellent and friendly. Nothing was a problem. Breakfast timings were brilliant, never felt rushed. Food options at breakfast were good. Perfect place for both business and pleasure

Wir haben uns sehr auf diesen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel gefreut, wurden jedoch leider enttäuscht. Bereits in der ersten Nacht war an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken: Die Fenster waren völlig unzureichend schallisoliert, sodass der Lärm von draußen – sei es Verkehr, Passanten oder andere Geräusche – ungehindert ins Zimmer drang. Zusätzlich funktionierte der Thermostat der Heizung nicht. Statt wohliger Wärme kam nur kalte Luft aus der Anlage, was dazu führte, dass wir tagsüber im Zimmer froren. Erst am späten Abend entdeckten wir nach mehrmaliger Beschwerde eine mobile Ersatzheizung im Zimmer – leider viel zu spät, um den Aufenthalt noch angenehm zu gestalten. Insgesamt war der Komfort mangelhaft, und wir können dieses Hotel daher nicht weiterempfehlen. Wir werden es auch selbst nicht noch einmal buchen.

チェックインの時、スタッフ不在で、しばし戸惑いました。呼び鈴もなかったし。 でも、結果的に手続きをしてくれたスタッフは気持ちのいい人でよかったです。

I'll start off by saying, the staff here are fantastic. But cons, then pros. 1. Early check in. When I booked, I enquired about whether I could check in an hour or so earlier. They told me that I can come and ask, but if my room wasn't ready, I could drop off my bags. When I arrived, I was told "Your room is available, but we won't give you early check in unless you sign up to our Rewards program". Being accosted into signing up was an extremely uncomfortable experience. 2. Why am I paying extra for better WiFi? This is, supposedly, a 4 star hotel. If I am paying 175€ a night, I do not, at all, expect to have to PAY MORE for fast WiFi. 3. The Mini Bar prices are insane. Yes, I get it's a convenience thing. But 4€ for a bottle of beer that is 0.80€ in a store is extortionate. 4. The bar selection could use a rethink. A very very basic selection. 5. This is, as I said, supposedly a 4 star hotel. I would argue it's a 3 star. It is certainly overpriced for what it is. Pros: 1. The suites are awesome. Very big, and having multiple spaces is so nice. (But the bathroom has enough space for a bath too) 2. The staff always say hello and are awesome. They even gave me plasters for my feet when my shoes caused issues. 3. The location is close enough to Reeperbahn where you can walk to it or take a 5 minute Uber. But it's far enough away where you dont get thousands of drunk people stumbling around. Overall, returning is questionable.

Personalet i receptionen var ikke særligt nærværende og imødekommende. Rengøringspersonale rigtig søde og hjælpsomme. Er fint hotel, stort og lækkert værelse med fin beliggenhed. Ærgeligt at oplevelse i reception trækker ned.

Rundum zu empfehlen. Gute Lage, große Zimmer. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel um die Ecke, vieles in Laufeistanz erreichbar. Herausragend: der Staff! Selten so freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal im Hotel gehabt. Danke!

The bed was really comfy and the staff were super helpful and friendly.

Modern, clean, spacious, great central location. But the best part of this hotel was the staff, very friendly, helpful and pleasant, and it was genuine. Very happy with our stay here.

Probleme bei der Buchung wurden unkompliziert und zuvorkommend gelöst, sehr zu empfehlen!

NH Feldtstrasse et dejligt centralt beliggende hotel midt imellem Hamburgs centrum og Schantzwn- og Karolinenviertel.

Am besten war die Lage. Zwei U-Bahnlinien in 5 min zu erreichen. Trotz Dom und Zimmer auf die Straße ist es dank der Fenster sehr ruhig im Zimmer. Für Hamburg sehr zu empfehlen.

It’s opposite Hamburg bunker and next to the Hamburg messe. While not near the city centre but walking and jogable distance. I enjoyed my stay.

Et rigtigt godt hotel med super service. Ligger meget centralt med gå afstand til de fleste seværdigheder.

This was a nice hotel located conveniently with parking. It is right across the street from a fun fair (amusement park/carnival) that was aglow. The room was clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel in a great location from which to explore the city. Close to the underground and being right opposite the winter fair when we stayed was an added bonus.

A hidden gem which is centrally located for shopping, sightseeing etc.

Herausragended Frühstücksbuffet.Superfreundliches Rezeptionspersonal

Rent, fanns allt som behövdes, lugnt område. Bra service med hjälpsam och vänlig personal. Nära tunnelbanan. Ett par kilometers gångavstånd till många turistattraktioner. Ingen restaurang på hotellet förutom frukost, som var väldigt bra och fräsch med varierat utbud. Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse.

On the first day, there were no vegetarian options available at breakfast. However, staff were proactive and asked us for a list of possible products we would like. The vegetarian options were available for the remaining 3 days of our stay.

Die Kolleg*innen am Empfang waren super hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich fantastisch!

The hotel was very comfortable, well maintained and perfect for what I wanted. It is opposite the "DOM" amusement park which was in operation when I was there. It did not disturb me at all and I guess if you like that type of thing this is a very good location to be at. The hotel provides a great breakfast but at a price - 26euro. It does not serve evening meals so you need to buy in or go out. You are well served if you choose to go out locally but Hamburg has a lot of cool places to go in the city centre. Access to the city centre is a 30 minute stroll of 6 minutes on the UBhan. I can recommend the DB app if you want easy access to tickets and directions etc. I would stay here again.
