Das Vier Jahreszeiten ist sicher eines der renommiertesten Hotels innHamburg. Die Lage direkt an der Binnenalster ist ja auch hervorragend. Die Einrichtung entspricht einem Grand Hotel komplett. Der Service an der Rezeption und an Raucherbar war perfekt. Wir hatten ein Abendessen im Grill, welches auch sehr gut war, allerdings war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis schon an der Grenze. Es toll, wenn die Kellner versuchen sich jede Bestellung zu merken um nicht mit einem Zettel oder Handy rumzufuchteln, sinnvoll ist es aber nicht, weil halt auch öfter etwas falsch kam. Was nicht geht, ist das die Sauberkeit der Toiletten in der Lobby nicht perfekt waren. Außerdem war ein Pissoir über 3 Tage defekt und ziemlich primitiv mit Folie abgedeckt. Im an sich sehr schönen Zimmer war die Logik der Lichtschalter am Bett seltsam, es gab nur einen Hauptschalter, der nicht nur das Licht im Zimmer, sondern gleich auch im Bad abgedreht hat. Alles im allen also ein tolles Hotel, aber in einigen Punkten noch mit Luft nach oben.

The staff here was absolutely amazing from the martini bar to the group that worked in the grill bar or just among some of the standout staff. One of the best days of customer service I’ve ever had and I’ve stayed a lot of properties. I feel like once you got to know some of the staff after staying for multiple days, I had some really enjoyable conversations on top of a really amazing stay with perfect amenities and room on the upgraded suite that I booked with the Butler service. Next time I’m back in Hamburg that is my go to spot.

Loved this hotel. Staff was incredibly nice and attentive. The room was big and spacious and i didnt hear a peep outside. Enjoyed the hotel bar. Quaint and pleasant barkeeps. Highly recommend if you want to be pampered. Would stay again

Fantastisk hotell. Vänlig och trevlig personal. Fin miljö och god mat i restaurang "Grill", den tjocka plånboken fär vara med.Frukosten var fullkomlig. En sak som vi blev lite ckockade över var att man fick röka inomhus i den ena baren 2024 ?👎😞 Det måste dom ändta på ! Die Zeiten sind vorbei !

Helt fantastisk hotel, værelse, komfort og service! Eneste minus. Desværre et kæmpe minus, er at der inde på hotellet er en bar hvori man må ryge! Denne røg bar havde åben dør lige ind til lobby/hotel Hele hotellet lugtede af røg, cigar og cigaret røg. Lobbyen var meget slem og vi kunne lufte røgen allesteder. Det vil desværre, for mig, betyde at jeg ikke kan bo der før der er røgfrit. Virkelig ærgerligt!

Room very clean, but I booked one of the less expensive rooms and you immediately regret it… It was in the first floor with a view not nice at all and with outdoor benches right outside our toilet window that had no curtains, so it didn’t feel very private… Also the service in general was nice, but too “clinical”… I would definitely go back, but wouldn’t book one of the more basic rooms as they really make your stay feel basic for being in such a nice hotel…

Kluft zwischen Anspruch und Wirklichkeit: überfordertes Guest Relation-Team, holpriger Check-In-Prozess, Zimmer meiner Meinung nach viel kleiner als die gebuchten 36qm, anstatt Zimmerwände eher "Pappwände", durch die man das Gebrabbel aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören konnte. Nach 4 Stunden habe ich vorzeitig ausgecheckt, ich hatte ursprünglich für 2 Nächte gebucht.

Leider war es mir an 3 Tagen und Nächten nicht möglich, im Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in Ruhe zu schlafen. Auch tagsüber vom Zimmer aus arbeiten ist aufgrund der Geräuschkulisse nicht möglich gewesen. Die Wände scheinen so dünn zu sein, dass man auf den Zimmern ununterbrochen einer nervtötenden Lärmbelästigung ausgesetzt ist - so hört man das Housekeeping-Personal auf dem Flur quatschen, die Stimmen der Gäste im Zimmer nebenan, Möbelgeschiebe über einem, laute Musik im Zimmer drunter. Ich habe während meines Stays drei Mal das Zimmer wechseln müssen und trotzdem an drei Nächten kein Auge zubekommen - schlafen ohne Ohrstöpsel unmöglich! Der mir dadurch zugesetzte Stress und Schlafmangel wurde widerwillig mit der Erstattung einer von drei Nächten kompensiert. Das sollte dem Hotel aber nicht weh tun, da ich ca. 800€ an Extras auf der Rechnung hatte. Das Management legt eine unangemessene Arroganz in der Kommunikation an den Tag - es war bekannt, welchen Unannehmlichkeiten ich während meines Stays ausgesetzt war, dennoch machte man sich nicht in die Mühe, mich beim Check-out noch einmal persönlich anzusprechen. Ein absoluter Fail für ein Hotel, das sich damit rühmt, das beste Hotel Deutschlands zu sein. Zusätzlich zu der miserablen Schlafqualität, wurden vor dem Stay E-Mails nicht beantwortet und eine Reservierung für Lunch am 31.12 ignoriert. Der Lunch verlief chaotisch - da hätte man den Gast auf eins von vier Gläsern Champagner einladen können - aus Anstand und Klasse!

Loved this hotel. Staff was incredibly nice and attentive. The room was big and spacious and i didnt hear a peep outside. Enjoyed the hotel bar. Quaint and pleasant barkeeps. Highly recommend if you want to be pampered. Would stay again

Leider war es mir an 3 Tagen und Nächten nicht möglich, im Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in Ruhe zu schlafen. Auch tagsüber vom Zimmer aus arbeiten ist aufgrund der Geräuschkulisse nicht möglich gewesen. Die Wände scheinen so dünn zu sein, dass man auf den Zimmern ununterbrochen einer nervtötenden Lärmbelästigung ausgesetzt ist - so hört man das Housekeeping-Personal auf dem Flur quatschen, die Stimmen der Gäste im Zimmer nebenan, Möbelgeschiebe über einem, laute Musik im Zimmer drunter. Ich habe während meines Stays drei Mal das Zimmer wechseln müssen und trotzdem an drei Nächten kein Auge zubekommen - schlafen ohne Ohrstöpsel unmöglich! Der mir dadurch zugesetzte Stress und Schlafmangel wurde widerwillig mit der Erstattung einer von drei Nächten kompensiert. Das sollte dem Hotel aber nicht weh tun, da ich ca. 800€ an Extras auf der Rechnung hatte. Das Management legt eine unangemessene Arroganz in der Kommunikation an den Tag - es war bekannt, welchen Unannehmlichkeiten ich während meines Stays ausgesetzt war, dennoch machte man sich nicht in die Mühe, mich beim Check-out noch einmal persönlich anzusprechen. Ein absoluter Fail für ein Hotel, das sich damit rühmt, das beste Hotel Deutschlands zu sein. Zusätzlich zu der miserablen Schlafqualität, wurden vor dem Stay E-Mails nicht beantwortet und eine Reservierung für Lunch am 31.12 ignoriert. Der Lunch verlief chaotisch - da hätte man den Gast auf eins von vier Gläsern Champagner einladen können - aus Anstand und Klasse!

The staff here was absolutely amazing from the martini bar to the group that worked in the grill bar or just among some of the standout staff. One of the best days of customer service I’ve ever had and I’ve stayed a lot of properties. I feel like once you got to know some of the staff after staying for multiple days, I had some really enjoyable conversations on top of a really amazing stay with perfect amenities and room on the upgraded suite that I booked with the Butler service. Next time I’m back in Hamburg that is my go to spot.

Det fedeste hotel vi har prøvet i Hamborg, vi har næsten prøvet dem alle :) Super lækket og betjeningen helt i top, det eneste jeg er lidt skuffet over er at der ikke er afterafrydning på sengen. Sengen lækker med lækker dyne og puder. Morgenmadsbuffet lækker, med mange varianter af æggeretter, friskpresset juice MUMS. Alt i alt vi kommer gerne igen <3

Das Vier Jahreszeiten ist sicher eines der renommiertesten Hotels innHamburg. Die Lage direkt an der Binnenalster ist ja auch hervorragend. Die Einrichtung entspricht einem Grand Hotel komplett. Der Service an der Rezeption und an Raucherbar war perfekt. Wir hatten ein Abendessen im Grill, welches auch sehr gut war, allerdings war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis schon an der Grenze. Es toll, wenn die Kellner versuchen sich jede Bestellung zu merken um nicht mit einem Zettel oder Handy rumzufuchteln, sinnvoll ist es aber nicht, weil halt auch öfter etwas falsch kam. Was nicht geht, ist das die Sauberkeit der Toiletten in der Lobby nicht perfekt waren. Außerdem war ein Pissoir über 3 Tage defekt und ziemlich primitiv mit Folie abgedeckt. Im an sich sehr schönen Zimmer war die Logik der Lichtschalter am Bett seltsam, es gab nur einen Hauptschalter, der nicht nur das Licht im Zimmer, sondern gleich auch im Bad abgedreht hat. Alles im allen also ein tolles Hotel, aber in einigen Punkten noch mit Luft nach oben.

Best hotel Experience ever, Fairmont Vier Jahrzeiten is a high end hotel and every little detail is impeccable, staff smiling and ready to help every second of you stay. Comfort is perfect and breakfast and their restaurants er totally awesome, Haerlin with 2 Michelin stars tops, but Nikkei Nine and Condi Grill are both top eateries. Ask for anything and staff brings it minutes later. Loved every minute of the stay
