Vi blev indlogeret på et værelse på 1. sal (Deres conference-etage), selvom vi havde booket lang tid i forvejen. Værelset fremstod slidt, badeværelsesdøren kunne ikke lukkes, og der manglede pærer i lampen ved sengen i højre side. Den ekstra seng, som blev sat ind, var så dårlig, at vores datter fik ondt af at ligge på den. Der var mug i fliser ved poolområdet og der var sjældent fyldt op med vand i kander etc. som ekstra service. Der var ingen spil i baren, trods reklame herfor på hjemmesiden, og vi måtte flere gange anmode om rengøring af værelset, selvom vi allerede havde rykket for det. Endnu engang en fantastisk afslappede oplevelse, med venligt serviceminded personale. Dejligt at kunne stille bilen foran døren og personalet så køre den i parkeringshus og er hurtige til at hente den igen ved afrejse. Central placering.

Meget pænt og flot hotel med en super lækker restaurant og god beliggenhed. Lidt skuffet over “spa-afdelingen” som egentlig bare består af en lille pool og et damprum og sauna. Vi havde forventet, at boblebadet i det mindste ville være opvarmet og lidt mere plads til den størrelse hotel.

Fantastic hotel, highly recommended and a great location to everything you want to see in Hamburg. Room was clean and well presented. Staff were very friendly and accommodating the moment we walked through the doors. Lovely pool and gym amenities. If you have a late flight they will let you stay an hour 3-6 hours for a fee but it's worth it if you don't want to carry your bags everywhere. Thanks for a great stay!

Also, sehr unerfreulich ist, dass man nur am Wochenende gratis ein Sektglas zum Früfstück erhält….bei diesem Preis für das Frühstück gibt einem das schwer zu denken. Sonst reichhaltiges und gutes Ftühstück. Indoor Pool ist ungenügend….wenn jemand abderer im Pool ist, kann man nicht schwimmen……war an zwei Tagen mehrmals in unten, konnte aber nie wirklich schwimmen!!!!

Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and the amenities were up to standards for the price. However, they made some shortcuts when tidying up the room so I have to knock them for that particular service. Other than that, stay was good.

Havde 2 overnatninger, og det var en jævn oplevelse. Sød og venlig modtagelse i receptionen. Meget almindeligt værelse, som slet ikke blev rengjort på noget tidspunkt. Deres Spa er ganske fint, og aften restauranten, som er en bøfrestaurant er også rigtig fin. Derimod er kvaliteten af morgenmaden langt fra pengene værd. Så alt i alt en femmer ud af 10:-)

Wie immer sehr, sehr schön! Sehr zentrale Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, super Service, sehr freundliches und korrektes Personal. Zimmer auch wunderbar...hier und da ist es aber sichtbar dass das Haus 12 Jahre benutzt wurde...! Frühstück wunderbar!

Die 5 Sterne sind eher „kann“-Sterne als „muss“-Sterne. Formal ist alles da. Das Personal freundlich etc. Die Lage ist gut. Für meinen Geschmack ist das Ambiente und die Zimmer Seelenlos. Viel Plastik, schlechtes Beleuchtungskonzept. Was auf dem Fluren irgendwie noch „modern“ wirkt entpuppt sich im Zimmer als „krankenhausambiente“. Preis lag bei rd 250 EUR für ein Standardzimmer. Ok… aber das nächste mal lieber wieder ins Frasers.

Nice hotel, very nice spa. My phone didn’t work in my room and my tub would not drain. It was complicated to figure out how to turn off the lights while keeping the electricity on. I would stay again.

Super fin og god indtjekning, hvor vi desværre fik værelse 716. Det betød ikke dækkende mørklægningsgardin, samt fest på tagterrasse lørdag nat, hvor vores værelse lige under. Det er vel 10. gang på SIDE og har altid været ovenud tilfreds, men lidt laissez faire denne gang desværre 😔.

Lækkert hotel med god service. Det eneste negativt er, at der fra værelset var en del støj fra gangen og overdragen (hvor terrassen er ), mit værelse var på 7 etage.

The hotel staff was fantastic! Especially the team in the restaurant. I was not very happy with the curtains/blinds in the room. Did not block out enough light, Which made it quite difficult to sleep after 5 am. Sleeping in was not an option. The hotels AC system was also down while I was there, which did not help my sleeping situation. Overall, hotel is nice. Location is amazing. The hotel team was the real highlight.

Dejlig centralt hotel. Også skønt værelse. Få minusser. Enormt larmende aircondition. Håndværkere borede kl 09 om morgenen og dagen efter blev vi kl 08.30 kaldt ud af hotellet x 2 pga teknisk fejl på brandalarmen.

The hotel is great, service is terrible. We travelled with two friends - stayed Friday-Sunday. Saturday morning, we could not get a breakfast table for 4 persons, 2 tables were "free" but reserved, we were told quite harsh. Saturday evening, we booked a table for 4 persons in the reception - for Sunday morning no problem. Then Sunday morning, the same waiter (Yara), told us is was not possible to reserve tables for breakfast, so she refused to seat us at a 4 person table. We really felt not-welcome - it was unpleasant. I reccomend the hotel, but find your breakfast somewhere else.

My friend and I stayed 2 nights here this month. The location was great, walking distance to the attractions we wanted to see in the city and easy to access by public transport from the airport. We used the pool and spa facilities twice during our stay and they were great. Our room was spacious and comfortable. During our stay I suffered a medical emergency due to a pre-existing condition and as a result had to go to hospital. Throughout this emergency the staff were amazing. They looked after me and my friend and were so accommodating after our stay. I am very grateful to them, in particular David.

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und modern. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man startet mit einem unglaublichen Frühstücksbuffet in den Tag, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir haben sogar glutenfreie Pancakes bekommen. Der Spabereich nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt rundet den gelungen Aufenthalt ab.

Havde 2 overnatninger, og det var en jævn oplevelse. Sød og venlig modtagelse i receptionen. Meget almindeligt værelse, som slet ikke blev rengjort på noget tidspunkt. Deres Spa er ganske fint, og aften restauranten, som er en bøfrestaurant er også rigtig fin. Derimod er kvaliteten af morgenmaden langt fra pengene værd. Så alt i alt en femmer ud af 10:-)
