Clean room, good ammenities in room, however the property in general is a little tired.

Room was great but very hot. Sleeping difficult because of this. Other guests very noisy until after midnight keeping me awake also.

Air conditioning wasn’t working in unit 10 so was hard to sleep the room was so hot. It was better with the fan the second night. Lovely staff and great location

Clean room, great amenities (the bottle of milk was appreciated!) and friendly, attentative and approachable staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Hanmer
