The hotel is well located close to the AirPort but a short distance by taxi to the centre of the city . ( They also provide a complimentary bus ) . The rooms are comfortable and spacious . Breakfast is a treat - enough variety to satisfy everyone. The pool area and pool itself is well appointed and well maintained . The hotel has various Cafe/bar options to choose from. Hotel staff is very service oriented and caring . We found the food in the all day cafe by Reception very tasty and the pricing for everything was fair and not exaggerated .

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Eastin grand hotel Saigon completely exceeded my expectations. Before arrival, I corresponded with the hotel via email regarding a number of items. Including check in process for late check ins, plug types available in the room, and airport transportation. All responses from the hotel were prompt, informative, and very helpful. Upon arrival, staff were extremely welcoming, kind, and professional, handling our bags with care, and ensuring we had everything we needed. Throughout my stay, staff were very respectful and courteous, and were quick to address any questions or requests I had. Almost all staff spoke English, and even staff who did not speak English as well were resourceful in finding ways to communicate or seeking assistance. The room was extremely clean, and hotel amenities, including the gym and pool, were fantastic. The breakfast buffet was truly the best part of our stay; there was a variety of different cuisines and breakfast items, and the coffee bar was excellent. As someone who does not travel internationally very frequently, the Eastin grand hotel Saigon quickly became our comfort space to come back to after a long, and exhausting day. Thank you to all of the staff for an amazing experience!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff is excellent. They are really helpful, attentive and professional. The room is spacious and tastefully designed. Buffet breakfast has a good variety to choose. I also enjoy the gym and swimming pool. It is close to everywhere. There is a nice vegetarian restaurant and a convenient store right next door. Highly recommended!

Here’s the bad, but I’d stay here again…Room temp stuck on 21.5 no matter what temp I set. Had to wear a beanie. Or, alternate turning AC off and on. Told front desk, they tried to fix it once. Then wouldn’t (didn’t) send another person up to fix it. Great check-in, pool staff, and porters. Nice pool area. Rice Paper restaurant has good food, but is also freezing. On non-pool side, room can be noisy in the morning if they’re (I’m guessing) shredding plant clippings outside (floor 3).

I stayed here every time I go to Saigon, the room is very good size, staffs are friendly, however they discontinued the bus transportation to downtown Saigon. It is very good location if you don’t have a business in downtown, very close to TSN airport.

I booked 4 nights in a superior room in this 5-star establishment in January 2025. Upon greeting at reception I was upgraded to a Deluxe room. I had requested a quiet room, not overlooking the very noisy Nguyen Van Troi Boulevard. I was assigned room 658 facing the rear. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom was also spacious. The furniture is quite old but clean and well maintained. However, I note traces of bird dirt on the windows which does not reflect the 5 star classification of this establishment. The breakfast was plentiful and varied throughout the stay but the orange juice was chemical.

Highly recommended. This is an absolutely beautiful place. Breakfast is big and even vegetarians have lots of choices. There is an India food section. The only drawback is since it is far from District 1, no tour bus will pick you up from here. You will have to take a taxi/Grab to district 1. Hotel staff is outstanding. Always ready to help. Very quick response from housekeeping if you need anything. But they usually cost less than $3. Airport is only about 10 minutes tops. Highly recommended.

Principal point positif : un super petit-déjeuner. L'hôtel est à distance raisonnable de l'aéroport mais assez loin du centre. Très bien dans un contexte business, mais moins pour du tourisme. Le quartier autour de l'hôtel est assez pittoresque de la vie au Vietnam, ce qui est un plus pour moi. La literie est confortable et le lit spacieux.
