The property is very nice, rooms are large and clean. The windows are a bit small for such large rooms. The swiming pool on the roof is small - no more than 4 people can swim in the same time. The view is very nice. The staff is very helpful and nice. The breackfast is amazing but the amount of fruits is limited. Overal - very nice place and the price is afordable.

Very good value. There were universal power outlets in every room so you don’t need to worry about adaptors when travelling and they were conveniently placed. Sometimes hotels have them behind the bed which is a hassle, this one had them on the bedside tables. Breakfast buffet was great with lots of options. The pool was fantastic, it is on the smaller side but it on the rooftop (floor 24) with a great view of the city. For a large hotel it was relatively quiet in the pool and gym/sauna area which was a bonus. The location isn’t as great as staying within district 1, but with the free shuttle to that area, it wasnt an issue at all. Highly recommend

Super flot indgang , værelserne kunne godt træge til ,levede ikke op til fem stjerner. Desværre var poolen ikke ren. Varm vandsbadet spaen .Var møg snavset . Med gammel skidt i hjørnerne, en standart man ikke burde møde på et 5 stjernet hotel.

The staff and management at this property are attentive and professional. Laundry service (amazing, comes back to you hung up and lint-rolled), breakfast buffet (continental, international and ethnic) and non-alcoholic refreshments are included from 10:00-17:00. 17:00-19:00 at the Club Lounge includes alcoholic beverages and light snacks. The pool is a bit dated, but it's a rooftop view with full sunlight in the Saigon heat, so that makes up for it. We stayed in the Club Suite room which comes with slippers and bath robes, and will definitely come back.

For a five star hotel, but did not provide 5 star quality. Found a stain in the towels, and 3 ants crawling on the desk. Breakfast buffet has good selection, other than that I dont think this shoulf be a five star hotel.

Unfortunately, we had to move twice due to water leakage from the frig and a very scary moment we found a rat in our room before going to bed. You can imagine how slept in the remaining days, one week after that occurrence.? This was our second stay at Windsor on our 2nd visit to Vietnam and a second thought about returning. The room is spacious and comfortable . The bathroom is clean but the bathtub is too high and could be a potential hazard. I was staying at the 18th floor that supposed to be a non smoking floor but I constantly bothered by the smell of heavy cigarette smoke. Other than that, my stay there was pretty pleasant. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The only thing that I didn't like is the abnormally height bath tube, it is a safety hazard for old people like me. I would refer a walk-in shower instead. Other than that everything else is excellence.

Unfortunately this property was an overnight recovery stop Checking in was a breeze and Tam could see we had a long day travelling. The front door staff and bagman done a fantastic job.The lady at front door had great perfume also. Check in is 4th floor here. The room was fantastic we were upgraded,electric blinds ,great bed great bath ,seperate shower also. An uninterrupted sleep was great so quiet we were on 21st floor. Probably the best breakfast on this trip plenty of dining room but food cold like everywhere.

I always stay here when I come to Ho Chi Minh City. One particular staff member that stands out is Minh. He works at the front door and lobby area. He’s friendly, professional, greets every guest including myself every time I walk in. Always helpful with any services I may have. He’s a valuable addition to the Windsor Hotel.

Hotel was clean and quiet. I was happy they let me check in early, and I was upgraded to the Club Floor. The hotel is in district 5 (Chinatown) and is pretty far from the main tourist areas. Taxis were required to get around as the neighborhood is not well-served by public transit.

Great value and in the middle of a ‘trade zone’ if you’re a would be importer of Vietnamese goods, especially clothing and jewelry. Some foods, too, though, like nuts and coffee. Not a center, however, of things to do or easily walk to.

The room was very clean, everything worked exceptionally well, breakfast was out of this world......it was one of the best breakfast I've ever had any where in the world, the staff was first class....we had absolutely no complaints.. We just didn't like the area where the hotel is located, still we felt very safe, so it was not about our safely. It's just that place around the hotel is unkept and not very pleasing to the eyes. But we would definitely stay there again.
