수영장 사진찍기에는 좋음. 하지만 수영장 바닥이나 벽면 타일 이탈된게 너무많음. 긁히고 잘못하면 다칠 수 있음. 룸 컨디션의 경우 3성급정도 생각하면 됨

Great pool, great gym, great rooms, great breakfast. Same breakfast everyday so you will get tired of it during the 2nd or third day. A 10-20 min drive to district one depending on the actual traffic. But Grab is cheap so it’s ok. Over all o love this hotel. Very nice and very clean and quiet. Rooms are spacious too. Not too many things walking distance FYI. But like I said it’s grab (uber) is cheap. I would stay here again. But if you want to stay and walk all over district one then I recommend you look into district one.

Beautiful hotel but only had 30 banana lounges by the pool so very difficult based on the size of the hotel to get a seat, it’s also a wedding facility so on weekends half the pool area is closed and all tables and chairs are used for their functions. Restaurant was excellent. Be prepared to wait 5 minutes minimum for the lift on every occasion.

Sehr umfangreiches Kontinentales Frühstück von westlich hin bis zu vietnamesisch und gar indisch. Leider schmeckt nicht alles. Vietnamesisch aber sehr gut! (3,5/5) Unterkunft sehr sauber, entspricht soweit 5 Sterne Standard. Sehr schneller und zuvorkommender Service - nichts auszusetzen. (5/5) Es wird Essenstechnisch sehr viel a la Carte angeboten, jedoch nur Dim Sum Buffet probiert - sehr gut! Wir haben ein paar a la Carte Gerichte probiert, zumal als Zimmerservice und auch beim Pool. Etwas teurer für Vietnamesische Verhältnisse und kleinere Portionen. (3,5/5) Infinity Pool mit dieser Aussicht ist einmalig. Pool jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es haben sich bereits mehrere Mosaikfliesen gelöst.(4/5) Es gibt ein Spa, da haben wir eine Manicüre in Anspruch genommen. Nichts auszusetzen. (4/5) Wir haben als kleine Überraschung zum Geburtstag ein Stück Torte bekommen, was ebenso sehr gut war. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Erfahrung, entspricht im Großen und Ganzen 5 Sterne Service zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Diesen bekommt man nicht bei internationalen Ketten wie jw, Hilton etc. Das la Vela haben wir jeweils 3 Nächte im Apartment und 3 Nächte im Doppelzimmer Besucht. Das nächste Mal kommen wir definitiv wieder. Wir geben (4,5/5)!

Staff and room were excellent. Large rooftop pool had great views but limited number of lounge chairs and many loose pool tiles (cut my toe). Large breakfast buffet with a lot selection.

Location was good, rooftop pool is amazing. Late afternoon into the evening, the rooftop bar came alive with great music and atmosphere. Rooms were adequate, an outstandingly comfortable and huge bed. Shower was tricky to get working with an odd tap set up. Lifts were terribly slow. Excellent gym, one of the best equipped we've seen for a hotel. Overall very good, Hotel is just starting to show its age.

Our stay at this hotel was okay, not sure if we would come back to stay again. Everything looks shinier and nicer on photos than the actual room and amenities. The pool doesnt look as nice irl. - Location is good, right at city center so you could grab/taxi anywhere faster and cheap. There're ATMs on the 4th floor as well as outside. - Room: was clean when checking in. But the housekeepers didn't clean/vacuum the floor at all. We had to ask them to vacuum, and they didn't even have proper tool for the job. I noticed they were a group of very young peoples and seem too busy chatting than cleaning. - Security was an issue for our stay. Some workers were fixing the balcony door for our next door neighbor and needed access to our balcony to help their locked out worker on the neighbor's balcony, and if we were not in our room, they would have just use their admin key to go into our room, to our balcony. We lost some shirts here. - Receptionists and concierge were nice and helpful. - Bathroom was nice and clean. We had issue with the motored curtain, had them came up to fix twice but the issue never resolved. - The elevators were so small and terribly slow. They have so many elevators but it seems only 1 or 2 works every time. We have to wait for a long time every time going up/down, it could take 20 mins which is ridiculous. That's why there is always a long line of 30 peoples most of the time waiting for elevator from the lobby. - Gym is nice and enough for workout.

There were bugs on the bed, and bathroom. There was no hot water for 2 days and the room was rundown. Not happy at all

Hotel is near airport and plenty of food options nearby. Room is clean and spacious and the breakfast spread is good too.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Service der einem 5 Sterne Haus entspricht. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich gut und sehr umfangreich. Der Pool ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, viele Fliesen sind bereits abgefallen, allerdings dennoch ein traumhaft schöner Pool mit tollem Ausblick. Es könnte mehr Liegemöglichkeiten geben. Die Liegen sind immer besetzt und man musste häufig mit Yogamatten auf die Bühne ausweichen. Einziges Manko: Leider war unser Zimmer nicht sehr sauber. Die Laken hatten bei Ankunft schwarze Flecken und auch auf den Kissen waren schwarze Flecken und der Fliesenboden, insbesondere im Bad war bereits seit unserer Ankunft sehr rutschig und schmierig. Wir haben dies dann versucht mit Handtüchern aufzuwischen um nicht ständig auszurutschen und wurden leider sehr irritierend beim Auschecken darauf angesprochen warum die Handtücher dreckig waren. Es war etwas peinlich sagen zu müssen dass wir den Boden damit reinigen mussten um nicht auszurutschen... Bis auf diese Sache war es aber ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir würden wieder kommen.

The room we stayed smelled, I think they need to clean, vacuum, or change the carpets. The breakfast options weren’t of my preference and the coffee was bad. The service and the staff were very helpful and nice.

En stor skuffelse. På ingen måte et femstjerners hotell. Slitte fasiliteter. Måtte bytte rom midt på natten fordi aircon sluttet å fungere. Frokosten var middelmådig med utrolig slitsom musikk. Støy fra gaten, så husk gode øreplugger. Fint basseng på taket, men nesten ingen solsenger. Drikkeflaskene på rommet var ikke inkludert.

The hotel looks great, especially the rooftop pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Look closer, though, and all isn't so good. The pool and view from the roof are great. Initially you walk through a bar area to get to the pool. It was only on the second visit that we realised there was a more direct entry point. Quite a few tiles on the walls were missing or broken. The room looks a good size when unoccupied. It's deceptive - the bed is very large and uses a lot of floor space. There is nowhere to open a suitcase that doesn't block pathways to the door, bathroom or balcony. It's not great to have to Steptoe over it or move it repeatedly to or from the bed. Also, there were only two electrical/charging outlets and one wasn't very accessible. There was a great selection for breakfast and the food was good. But it was spread over several areas in the breakfast room. That might be ok for some but I've been used to all the options being in a single area. In general, staff were welcoming, it was comfortable but there were too many little details that meant it didn't quite live up to the asking price.

The staff is wonderful and the room and property itself is clean. We got the Luxury Deluxe Corner room with was very spacious and had two balconies. Only downside to this property is the walls a thin and you could hear lobby noise, the room next to us and even being in the 22nd floor you could hear the street noise and the music from the bar across the street at night.

Fantastic hotel with outstanding views. Rooftop pool is out of this world. A wonderful memorable hotel, staff could not do enough you, so pleasant and extremely helpful.

Friendly staff though the hotel is a bit out of date like the carpet needs to be replaced. It’s not a true 5-star hotel. The pool view is very nice.

Nice big room. Bathroom very cramped. Great view. But it’s very dated and needs a lot of repairs. The pool has a great view but it’s missing heaps of tiles and the deck needs heaps of repairs. The hall ways look like it’s still in the 80’s. It’s stated that it’s a 6 min drive to the airport but it’s more like 20 min. Also didn’t appreciate when we checked out if they could help me with my review to get there KPI’s!!!! RED FLAG. Probably won’t stay here again. After the price we paid expecting a 5⭐️ but it’s not

Our stay at La Vela Saigon was a slight disappointment. For a 5-star hotel, the service was not as good as expected. We were not greeted by any of the staff as we walked in to check-in. All 5 front desk clerk were busy talking amongst themselves and did not acknowledged us when we approached them. And after checking in, nobody showed us how to navigate through the hotel nor did they show us how to use the amenities in the hotel. Staff and service was subpar and missing friendliness & positive interactions with their customers. The rooms were cleaned and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities.

We booked two nights, but basically stayed one night since we had to leave very early morning second nights. When we open the door, mold musty smells in the room, thought turn on the ac might help. But it didn’t. Called frontdesk, told them smells bad, mildew smells. Asked them to change another room. then they told us wait in the room. Housekeeper came with some spray bottle, housekeepers are very sweet but told them spray won’t help with mold, called again asked them change the room, then very rude guy came up after 20minutes and move our luggage to room next next door. It smells ok there, but irritated by rude staff and took almost one hour just to change the room. It didn’t feel welcome at all. Ordered wake up call, talked to two from the reception, never received wakeup calls. Doorman, housekeeper and resturang staff are nice and sweet but others specially staffs helps with luggages was very rude.

The only real issue I’d point to at this hotel is that it is located at a major traffic intersection — it didn’t affect noise in the hotel but limits walkability in the neighborhood.

Stort hotell, altfor mange gjester, tar derfor tid i heisene. God frokost. Veldig bra basseng. Stort område for å slappe av og sole seg. Trekker ned da det ikke gikk an å ringe verken til resepsjonen og romservice. Måtte gå ned. De skulle be romservice komme på døra, etter 30 min gikk vi ut og kjøpte mat.

Too big. Such a long wait to check in/out. Too many people at the pool. Others may love it. But, I prefer smaller hotels, with a more personal touch. I did not like the decor. Wall to wall carpet.. Great bed and pillows.

We had a great experience at La Vela Saigon and the whole family is very pleased. We had great service throughout our visit and we specifically want to compliment Jena for being such a sweetheart.

This is the 3rd hotel we’ve stayed at in Vietnam at a comparable price point. La Vela was far the best! Service is outstanding, rooms immaculate and modern and has great restaurants in the hotel itself. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, best we’ve ever seen with tons of options and complimentary iced Coffees made at the bar. Rooftop swimming pool is huge and the bar has great selection and very good food. Yes the pool has some tiles missing but does not detract from the amazing experience. The complaints about elevator waits is over blown, only once did we have to wait more than 5 minutes (and that was at checkout time). The hotel has 280 rooms and 4 elevators which is sufficient. Great overall stay and we would certainly come back to La Vela.

Staff is super friendly and helpful! My family was there early before check in time, but the staff at the reception was so nice and let us check in early. Definitely recommend!

Good location of the property which can easily book grab transport and reach within shortly. It is easy to access to large big shopping malls and many dining areas.

Great service however not walking distance to shops and restaurants in District 1. Clean however a bit of an older hotel

The hotel is very nice, the location is district 3 therefore approx 2km walk to district 1.

Room was quiet, clean and tidy.location was a little bit out from district 1, but an easy and cheap grab ride to locations. Pool was beautiful! Room service was good. Breakfast was good. Service was amazing!

Great place to stay and services in the hotel are spectacular. However, it is surrounded by very busy roads and there is not much to see as a tourist exploring in the nearby streets

So nice and quiet! Staff is helpful and kind, the best part of La Vela is the breakfast buffet!!! We loved every meal they offered.

I had high expectations for this property based on videos we had seen, however felt like it did not live up to them. The hotel room was nice, the bed very comfortable and the staff friendly. The letdown was the buffets. We had the seafood buffet one night, the dim sum buffet one night and breakfast buffet each morning. While there was a variety of different foods at each of these, the quality was not great. The lobster was overcooked and dry which was disappointing and most other foods didn't have a lot of flavor and a lot of items were cold even when they had just been bought out as 'fresh'. For the price you're paying, I would have expected more

Overall it was a great hotel however the lifts took ages, it opened the faculties up to a lot of people who do not stay at the hotel. Hard to get a day bed by the pool, the pool tiles were all falling off and the pool edging was dirty and run down. The coffee served for breakfast was terrible and the machine kept breaking down. The iced coffees were disappointing. Could not fault the service and offerings at the seafood buffet, it was 10/10.

Restaurants delivered so so food especially the seafood buffet. I would not recommend it at all as the seafood was not too tasty and the hot bar was not fresh at all. Rooms are cramped and very small window without balcony. Nearby area challenging to walk in d/t condition of sidewalks. I would not return but staff was pleasant.

The hotel was excellent. Nicky and his team were very attentive. We would definitely recommend this location to tourists. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection and everything is very clean.

An amazing 5 star hotel experience and superbly managed. Chic, bright and clean. Breakfast buffet is huge with variety of international food options. Staff are professional, friendly and attentive. The pool is amazing, warm, and huge. very nice! I would highly recommend this Hotel and will be returning at the end of our holiday.
