It feels like a motel, and the hotel is not very clean.

The bedding was old and stained. My husband’s bed actually broke. The rooms smelled of the Chinese restaurant down stairs. The phone in our room didn’t work so

This hotel would be great for a group of teens looking for a place to drop their bags and go skiing. Our first room was on the ground floor near the maintenance closet. The tiles were freezing, and one of the heaters was broken. There were no lightbulbs in the bedside lights. The containers of soap and shampoo were empty and the room looked out onto an alley. The staff did accommodate us with a room upgrade after complaining. The upgraded room was better but still no frills (eg no mini fridge, water, instant coffee, bathrobe etc). The towels were small and there weren’t any towel racks to hang our face towels or to dry bath towels. Our room wasn’t cleaned the first day Only when I put a bag full of garbage outside our room door did it get cleaned later that day. Overall disappointed for the money.
