Our room was very clean and we didn’t hear our neighbours at all which was great. The hot tub really, really needs work though. It was barely hot, and the jets are awful. Absolutely awful. After a day outside exploring it’s nice to relax in a hot tub, and this hot tub did not do it for me.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Walking distance to downtown shopping and additional restaurants. On-site restaurant, Terra, was very delicious and convenient hours. Parking limited, but plenty of free parking between 9pm-9am on the street. Staff very friendly.

Felt more like high-end motel. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We were looking forward to using the pool and hot tub. When we arrived, found out they were closed for 2 weeks. Neither Crimson nor Expedia told us even though these amenities featured prominently in all descriptions of Crimson.

Great hotel with spacious and modern rooms. Views from the balcony were incredible. Staff were friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant was fantastic. Parking was fairly tight and busy so we had to park on the road, but we were still always able to park close. The lift was out of order which was slightly inconvenient for carrying in luggage, but we were made aware of this at check in.

Nice hotel. Good location. Smooth check-in. Our kids enjoyed the pool when the weather was too wet to go outside. We stayed for a long weekend Saturday to Monday, and there were two things that we did not like: The pool was closed for maintenance on Monday morning, so we could not take the kids for a swim before leaving. The restaurant (which served a very good breakfast to us on our first morning) was closed Monday morning, so no breakfast was available at the hotel. It would be great to schedule the unavailability of these services midweek, so the weekend crowd can fully enjoy their getaway.

We had a great time at the Crimson!! The location is excellent. The service from the front desk was fabulous! My only feedback would be the cleanliness of the pool floors - Same bandaids stuck for days which was a big turn off for us. However, we will definitely be back!

Staff were nice, property close to everything. There was so much dog hair in our room, it smelled like wet dog. we had to ask for it to be vacuumed twice and it still was unsatisfactory. When we asked for a different room, the hotel was too full and we couldn’t be moved. My husband and I both have allergies and this was not enjoyable.

We stayed at the Crimson at the end of August for 2 nights. It was a good location, nice views, clean and comfortable. Some reviewers talk about the trains but we had absolutely no problems with the sound of passing trains ever. The staff were nice, water pressure & temps good & beds were super cozy. Only complaint would be that we had a door connected to the neighbours & could hear them clearly chatting. I’m sure if you request non connecting rooms it would be fine. Aside from that everything was great! Would stay again!

$550.00 a night in fall the room that is very small and dated and a queen bed. The bathroom is small with no counter space. We had no space to move around in the room. It’s fine for a sleep but nothing more. All the amenities such as a safe, kettle, fridge and microwave were there. Don’t expect a free bottle of water. Restaurants are walkable. Due to space in the room we would not stay again.

Location is great, conveniently located near gas station, and restaurants. Price is pretty steep for just a place to sleep in. Should st least come with comp breakfast for that price. We asked staff for an extra towel but never came. Parking is very limited.

For the main part I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the only complaint would be that we got told 2 different things from 2 different front staff about the free breakfast. One said we got it since we stayed a couple nights and the other said no since you booked on a third party page plus we had to show our pursuit card upon check in which I did. So was a little misleading cause we didn’t know who to go by. Other then that the room was kept clean, pool was well kept

At the eastern edge of downtown Jasper, the Hotel is good. One “Heads up” to patrons… there are 2 parking lots for the hotel! The second one is just a bit west from the first. Lots of shopping and dining choices. All of which is walkable from the hotel
