You can’t go wrong with the Fairmont. It was lovely. You will be walking a lot to get to the main lodge from your accommodations. I didn’t expect that. Also didn’t expect that parking is not nearby. I think you can call the front desk and they will send a golf cart to pick you up if you need assistance. Our room was updated and very comfortable. We went to town for all of our meals. The Fairmont meal and drink prices are definitely resort level. We wanted to stay at a park lodge and it was very nice but I would probably not do it again unless someone else was paying for it. The workout area was wonderful and the pool and hot tub was as well. In general I don’t like the idea of having to pay a daily resort fee. I feel it should be part of the room charge. Every staff member I encountered was helpful and friendly. The location is isolated from the town so you will need transportation if you want to explore the area.

Amazing place. We were out so much hiking and sight seeing we didn’t spend a ton of time there but it was very nice to recharge in between activities and the restaurants were incredible.

The atmosphere was perfect, and the whole family really enjoyed our stay. The amenities were excellent, and we loved all the facilities throughout the resort. One small inconvenience was that we had to wear robes when walking to the pool, but children’s sizes were not readily available. It would have been much more convenient if robes had been prepared according to the number of guests and their sizes in advance. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely enjoy staying here again.

The best thing about the place was going to lake moraine: beautiful scenery, seeing grizzlies and moose. The hotel was in a nice place, the rooms need renewal. The food was ok.
