The hotel is very near to the airport so, it’s quite good to stay for one night, but when I ask the person who helped me checked in , if there is a bus going to the airport at 3am in the morning and the answer was no, one has to take a taxi, He was lying, there is a bus stop just 5 minutes walk from the hotel that serves 24 hours to the airport. Nene bus stop. The man is also rude. Next time I’ll take another hotel nearby.

This hotel is a dump! Only booked here as I made a mistake confusing it with another hotel. I’ve stayed here before & its no better than a year ago. You could excuse the very tired and worn out decor of it was clean. It is not. We chose not to eat here because a) ridiculously expensive & b) did not look particularly clean. 1 glass of house wine & 1 archers & lemonade £26. The room itself was quiet & overlooking the pool which was nice, however the bed linen was dirty as was the bath, the bathroom handle was falling off & unsafe, the lightbulbs flickered & the tv signal kept dropping out, Reception was unwelcoming and painfully slow - bar staff were more friendly but wouldn’t win any awards! Discovered that the hotel & conferencing centre is the same place as the ‘Red’ hotel although it’s the same building & Pricing of rooms therefore variable. The room I booked was not a cheapie. Save your money & book somewhere else.

Good hotel for easy heathrow access. All rooms and restaurant was good. Food was pretty good but expensive for what it was. Car park is busy but you can find parking. Would use again.
