Radisson Hotel and Conference Centre London Heathrow

When we arrived at approx 4pm, the carpark was absolutely rammed full.I asked for help of advice at the hotel reception and the woman was not interested. We went back out to try and find a space and drove around in your carpark for over 30 mins. We gave up and went to get dinner. We returned and had exactly the same issue and drove around for 30 mins further. In the end we had to park on double yellows. Worried, we went to the front counter to check in and ask if our parking was an issue and they said we can park on yellows it's fine. Why didn't the woman tell me that at the beginning? Also to note, she said there was an convention. If that's the case why were we not informed? Were guests of the hotel. It didn't feel like it though. Once we finally checked in, we ordered extra pillows which took 3 calls down to reception over the space of 40 mins before we got them. The TV in the room.. The TV in the room was broken and repeatedly turned itself off. called down to reception and no one ever came up, so we gave up trying. took a video and photos of the TV broken I think given this entire experience, it would be reasonable ror us to ask for our money back

This was a one night stopover to pick up my daughter from the airport. The hotel is massive and really nice. I loved the pool (was like a bath) but shame no swimming lane so it was tricky to swim a length without getting in the way of others. Lovely sauna and steam room too. I had room service which was delicious and quick. The hotel is very close to the airport so very convenient. The room was a small double which was fine for just me. I would definitely stay again.

The parking management was abysmal. Non existent.

I didnt like how they waterblast all the crap from the coutside of the pool, into the the pool while you're still swimming in it too. Have a look for millions of black floaties if youre game enough to try have a swim.

Everything I expected. Great gym, room was suitable and clean. Good breakfast.

Very difficult to find a parking space, cars being abandoned anywhere. The restaurant wasn’t open, being substituted with a buffet which was luke warm, crunchy pasta being a highlight. The electrics in the room made a noise all night making it difficult to sleep. Also very expensive, £15 for a pint and a small Coke Zero……

Great location and good value for getting to Heathrow terminal 2 early morning. Liked having the option to have a swim & relax the afternoon before travelling.

Great swimming pool and good 😌 on-site restaurant for dinner.

Upon check in we were given a room which was not ready and had previous guests unmade bed and dirty towels. When we went back to reception, we were given new room and new room had dirty towels. Really unhappy with the cost paid to have such bad experience !

Arrived at 23:00 hrs. Checked in and went up to room only to find it had not been cleaned. Informed reception but despite requesting that someone come up and meet with me a card for an alternative room I had to go back to reception with all of my luggage to collect it. So from arriving at check in to getting to room was 20+ minutes - not acceptable. Mistakes happen but you should be able to resolve.

Parking here is unruly, cars parked on double yellows, this time two coaches blocking the entrance. Front of house is lovely, leisure facilities need some TLC and the conference bedroom I stayed in this time hadn’t been vacuumed or dusted, bedding was clean but otherwise left a lot to be desired. Raddison red side of the hotel was great the last time I stayed. Lesson learned.

Bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. Hotel acted promptly

The room was tired and in need of modernisation. The bed was hard and the pillows were lumpy. The bathroom was superficially clean but obviously hadn’t had a deep clean in some time.

The room was nice, but the bathroom wasn't cleaned. There was a used towel behind the bathroom door, and an empty face wash container in the shower. It was gross.

The lobby was dirty with old food on the coffee tables and on the carpet. There were rarely clean glasses for the complimentary water.

Old and very dated room let down this stay. Really poor cleanliness in the room, bathroom was dirty, dusty, holes in linen. Very disappointed.

The rooms never seem to be cleaned at a consistent standard. Found sweet papers from a previous guest when I took occupancy this last time and a time before the toilet seat was dirty. The TV screen was faulty and kept turning off automatically

When we arrived at the room, there was rubbish all over the floor from a previous guest including their room card, discarded wrappers from food/plasters (band-aids) However the breakfast buffet was really good

Nice large well appointed rooms. The shuttle is only twice an hour to airport from 5:10am with high demand, so we took an uber that weas fast and roughly the same price as 2 seats on the shuttle

The lights in the room are too dark

Check-in was smooth. This was probably the quietest room I have stayed in especially given it's proximity to the airport.

Convenient location for connecting flights at Heathrow, helpful staff, weird decor and style. Jarring lighting, black walls and ridiculous paintings. Perfect for a quick stopover but I’m not sure you would want to stay very long. Also incredibly busy.

Location great for LHR Terminal 2/3. Disappointed in the room, small, old, dirty carpet, bed uncomfortable and pillows flat. Bathtub dangerous to get in and out. Too expensive for a disappointment. However, the AC worked well and fridge in room good. And location convenient.

No answer when calling reception from the room or from the airport after numerous calls. Consequently ended up spending £28 on a taxi after a 36 hour journey. Carpet’s threadbare. Breakfast selection good but infrequently topped up. Not great for the price.

Service was friendly and efficient! Reception staff and restaurant staff in particular were friendly and helpful!

Awful check in experience. No available front desk staff, so I had to use the automated check in but this froze. So waited for someone to assist me. She Insisted on taking my passport details even though I am a UK citizen and had already paid in full two months ago. The room I was given had not been cleaned and looked like someone had had a party. I was given an upgrade room as replacement and this had not been cleaned also and I had to wait outside the room while it was cleaned. The food is expensive but poor quality.

When I entered, there was a big neon sign announcing that there team was there to greet me, but instead I was shuttled to a touch screen to check in on a computer. The computer could not find my reservation. So I found a person and was told to check in at the desk. Nobody was there, so I had to wait. When a person arrived, they didn't greet me, barely made eye contact. I handed him my passport. After a lot of silence, he asked me for my email address, which I found odd. I repeated it to him more than 5 times, and he didn't get. I offered to write it down. Turns out, he was signing me up for a mailing list for Radisson without my consent. Then he gave me my key and that was it. If more than 10 words were uttered, I'd be surprised.

I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson, however my tv didn’t work I rang down to the operator 3 times about getting it fixed and they said that they would send an engineer out. 3 times I had to ring down and still no engineer came

Check in: Digital check in did not work and got stuck on telling me I'd have to pay 0 GBP without the option to proceed. I then went to a desk with a large sign "Check In & Out here" over it. After waiting a while staff told me I could not check in there either. Eventually I went to another desk with no signs and was able to check in. The staff there was friendly and helpful. Breakfast: Breakfast was overcrowded already before 7am on a Sunday. The food was good though. The room: The bathroom had mould on the ceiling. Otherwise a fine and spacious room.

The lady that checked us in was probably the rudest person I’ve ever had contact with at a hotel. I asked a couple of questions and she answered, but her tone was so incredibly rude. I asked about getting to the airport in the morning. She gave me an incorrect answer. In the morning I found out we should have booked our transportation the night before. Luckily, the young lady working then was extremely helpful and made it work for us.

Check-in was terrible. The automated service didn't work, so there was a huge queue for a severely understaffed front desk. Room is very nice and the bed comfy

Very nice hotel, clean and close to the airport! One thing that wasn’t made explicitly clear was the at the shuttle to the airport costs Money, and that breakfast wasn’t included. That was a little irritating. I also had to spend $30 to Uber to the hotel since there wasn’t a bus going there. So it really wasn’t that much of a money saver to stay there vs a hotel on the airport property. Hotel was beautiful and nice but probably wouldn’t stay there again just because it would probably be easier to stay at a hotel at Heathrow and the cost, after all the extras added up, would be about the same

Very comfortable overnight close to Heathrow for next morning flight. Quiet, large room for a good price.

Hotel was good however you are not able to walk from the hotel to the airport and the bus is £8 per person and taxi £20 for a 10 min journey Not ideal when walking is not an option

Great location for Heathrow, only 10 min on Hoppa Bus Room condition and comfort good a little cramped. Bar service good, menu limited, over priced but pizza I had was Ok. I’ll use again

Enjoyed our stay, although, it was difficult to get a parking spot as the car park was quite full. Also, the automatic checkin was not working so we had to wait in line to check in. Dinner was not great in the Italian restaurant, but the Breakfast was amazing. We would go back just because of the breakfast.

Couldn't believe how bad the food was in this hotel. The restaurants are all bad with the Italian one being the worse of the bunch. I had to eat in both restaurants because the Italian potion was soo bad and small that I left there hungry.

Overall enjoyable stay & good hotel. Our shower leaked onto the floor as the seal had become dislodged (my partner ended up fixing it & then an actual gap in the main screen. We opted for the dinner buffet option and some of it was cold. Pizza left out under heat lights which weren't working. I asked for parmesan cheese for the Italian buffet option & was told there wasn't any.... a bit odd in an Italian buffet. Buffet breakfast the next day better but no fried egg. Bed v. comfy, room clean & good & overall enjoyable stay.

Love this hotel for early flights lit of LHR, especially great with the pre-booking shuttle at the self-service kiosk in the lobby (booked the might before, avoid the unreliable HopperBus!)

Check in went smoothly and the room was clean and looking as it had been recently refurbished. My main issue is with the bar/food service and their automatic addition of a 10% service charge on any bar order. Even on a drink order where you are standing at the bar and watching the bar man simply fill the glass and hand it over to you!

Fabulous, large room, comfortable bed, great breakfast, all amenities on site close to public transport and Heathrow. 100% will stay here next time in UK.

The hotel was comfortable, rooms were well laid out with nice bathrooms, my king size bed was comfortable and I had a good nights sleep after a long flight. Unfortunately I arrived too late to be able to get something to eat in the restaurant. I was told that room service was available, I tried 3 times to order food via room service but no one answered the my call. In fairness to the reception staff they tried on my behalf but to no avail.

Food choice is poor and of very average quality both dinner and breakfast. optional service charge added but asked for payments before given the bill esp at the bar in the restaurant. Car parking a nightmare.
