Savera Hotel South Ruislip

3 Day business trip, hotel very nice but needs modernising. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, On site restaurant is recommended as the food was lovely. Perfect for travelling into London as the tube station is literally a 2 minute walk away.

Booked this hotel for a trip to London as it had car parking and was very close to the London Underground. Can’t fault the hotel. Car park is continually manned so extra peace of mind when leaving your car there. Check in was quick and easy. Staff very friendly. Room was clean, with a nice comfortable bed, complimentary tea/coffee tray, bathroom was also clean, with complimentary toiletries. Room was serviced, tidied, beds made, bins emptied and tea/coffee replenished every day. Lounge/bar was clean and comfortable, with friendly, attentive staff. Large selection of drinks available. Restaurant was very nice, excellent food and reasonably priced (10% discount for hotel residents too). Good Wi-Fi included and tv with free view and sky channels. 30 second walk to the London Underground station next door and a 30 minute tube ride direct to central London. Excellent stay, excellent hotel, excellent service - can’t wait to come back.

I have stayed several times at this hotel mainly because of its parking facility and the ease of access to central London by train to Marylebone. The alternative Central Line tube route is also good, more frequent, but very slow. Fit the first time this hotel had started charging for use of the car park and this was not notified at the time of my reservation.

Absolutely superb previously it was a Ramada and has been taken over by a lovely Indian family who have made their own They have an Indian restaurant on site and the rooms are immaculate with comfortable beds and pillows. The shower is very powerful. Parking is super convenient and very safe with a guard on all time The bar as well, Stocked has a lovely Cobra IPA that I’ve never had before I will definitely be back

Great one stop once again, we must have been here 20 timrs now. We keep coming back because it is so convenient to get into London with great Parking.

Great hotel location for Wembley and London,train station next door. Parking available for stay for small fee. Clean hotel. Continental breakfast was great. Lovely little bar area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

For the price this hotel is a great base to explore London attractions. 5 mins from the M40 junction, safe onsite parking (chargeable) next door to South Ruislip station which is both a Tube and National Rail line. 2 stops from Wembley stadium and 3 stops from London Marylebone. The other next door neighbour is a Greene King pub. Sainsbury\'s is opposite and the "Old Dairy" retail complex is a couple of minutes walk along a pedestrian path to be at Asda Superstore, Nandos, McDonald\'s and other stores and restaurants. The hotel itself is fairly old fashioned and probably needs a refresh but that is reflected in the reasonable prices . But it is fair to say, everything is clean, the included breakfast was a nice bonus with premium Croissants and cold meats, cheeses, juice and toasts. You can pay extra for hot food but from my experience today, nobody took that option. The room itself was fine, small with a standard double bed, drawers and wardrobe, electronic safe, hairdryer, kettle and a plug in heater. There was some sort of built in climate control but i pressed all the buttons and it didn\'t seem to change anything. The bathroom was old and very tired but again it was clean, the water was hot, the towels fluffy. I would suggest they invest in a refillable pump container for shower gel and shampoo etc rather than the tiny plastic bottles. All in all the hotel is good value for money and the location is great and well serviced by many amenities you would need in a stay.

Would have liked a longer bar service , bar food or at least a limited menu up to 12 pm . Only 2 towels in a family room .

Good location. Plenty of parking only £10 for entire stay. Good breakfast. Furnishings a bit worn & bed not the most comfy. Overall good value

The hotel was very dirty and tired, we were charged for parking when it said free parking on a website. Only continental breakfast was available in the price. The heating did not work properly,

Really helpful staff on reception. Very clean room and bedding was spotless and smelled nice. Room looked dated but very comfortable. I had the continental breakfast one morning, it was really nice. I had the cooked full-English another morning and it was cooked to perfection. The dining area is clean and smart, the staff working there, friendly and helpful. Right by South Ruislip station so useful for travelling into London etc I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Poor condition and room smelt of BO

The hotel is just about acceptable for a short stay, needs updating, there was mould on the bathroom ceiling, the bedroom window was broken, the woodwork needs attention, the shower temperature is not controllable. Bed was reasonably comfortable, continental breakfast was ok. On the whole ok for the price.

Bedroom and bathroom were spotless. The bed was very comfortable and bedding fresh. The staff were lovely and the Continental breakfast was good. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was well presented at first glance, the team that welcomed us at the early hours of the morning were very polite and friendly. The room itself was rather outdated, there was pubic hairs in the bathroom, and found multiple on the spare bath sheet, the bath needed a good scrub. I required extra pillows as there was none in the room and the ones we had were uncomfortable. First night sleep was okay eventually as i was uncomfortable but the second night after requesting a few extra bits to make our stay a little more comfortable, i slept well. The room was not made up as requested via the door sign in the morning, so that was not acceptable. The evening staff at the bar were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, an okay hotel, could do with making improvements.

I have stayed here many times over the years. Yes there could be some updates to the rooms. The linen is always spotless.. and bathrooms clean. The staff have always been very nice and helpful when needed. I enjoy staying there.

The room was acceptably clean and equipped with all the usual facilities of a 3* hotel, except a phone in the room to contact reception. There was a locked door between mine and the adjoining room which I suspect to be a factor in my being disturbed repeatedly by the voices of the neighbouring occupants. On 2 successive nights I was disturbed repeatedly by loud conversation and boisterous exchanges between 2 and 4am. The slip of paper provided at check in had instructions to dial 0 for reception but there was no phone in my room. I’ve stayed here for work about 6 or 7 times and this was the only such experience. Breakfast staff were polite and attentive. My

First time I have stayed in a room at the front of this hotel. I have usually had a room at the back or side. Traffic and train noise was very noticeable. I was only staying for one night otherwise I would have asked to change rooms.

Terrible bed but decent distance to Wembley with quick train access at nearby station which was the main purpose I guess

I stay here a lot, it is perfect for the central line tube, and I go into London a lot, so it works for me. However, I am aware that the hotel needs some work spent on it, the rooms are a good size, but everything is tired, the shower works but is old, the sink drains slowly, the bed is clean but old - it all just needs a refresh and a bit of love I have never eaten in the restaurant in the evening, the food might be good, but it is just not appealing, again it feels un-loved the staff are nice, but are they proud of their hotel? they must be aware of its short comings?

Dated area a bit sketchy no usb for phone charge

We have stayed here many times in rooms on all floors. This time was Room 114, the air conditioning was not effective at all and despite trying to adjust the temperature lower it never got below 25°C. We tried with window open, that was worse, so we gave up and put up with the discomfort. We had a night from Hell. When I mentioned it to reception they said the air conditioning should have been working well, well it wasn't.

The staff were absolutely superb. Very efficient, courteous etc. All great ambassadors for the business. The room was very dated - in no way a problem for me and the room rate was very good for what you got. One issue: the mattress was very uncomfortable being very hard and feeling ribs. Internet was a little patchy via the wifi - sometimes you had brief breaks in service and sometimes videos buffered when streaming. Overall though this is a great place for the money and unbelievably convenient for the Tube station with lots of shops and takeaways on the doorstep including a Sainsbury's supermarket opposite.

The hotel is in an excellent area for commuters, the train is a few steps away. Across the street a big supermarket, local restaurants and even a church for people who love their Sunday masses. The are seems very safe. The hotel itself needs to be upgraded. Did not sleep well because it was hot and had to open the windows so the street and the train noises were disturbing. A ceiling fan would be nice. My medication had to be kept refrigerated so I had to take it to a friend’s house and visit just for medication. A refrigerator would be handy. ( I mentioned refrigerator to staff and I was told they could put it in the kitchen refrigerator for me) this is not safe at all for many reasons and would not encourage them to do this. The room itself needs some upgrades. The staff were very pleasant 10/10 though. Would I go back there? Not sure. By the way the internet was very poor.

Very old hotel, noisy beds.

I like this hotel for the location and the price - a price which forgives the dated room decor. The staff are always very polite and helpful. However, this visit was very poor: The internet was largely not working. The wifi wouldn't allow devices to join (there was no DHCP for those that care). After they rebooted it that was fixed but the internet connection kept dropping (I was pinging and it was around 50% of the time) The hot water wasn't. It was warm for a little bit then cold. At first I assumed it was just because it had run out late in the evening when I tried it (though that would have been bad) but it was the same next morning. The bath plug in my room had no chain and couldn't be removed. To complement this it had a hole in the centre so water drained out only slightly more slowly than the bath filled from the tap. So - normally OK but not this time.

The nightshift management were extremely rude and told us to go to our rooms just after midnight when all we were doing was finishing our drinks..... then raising there voices and then taking our unfinished drinks away from us and throwing down the sink in front of us was totally shocking to say the least. the East Asian woman screaming at us to go elsewhere.... but no seating elsewhere was available. totally unprofessional.

Staff were absolutely brilliant, great that car parking was for 24 hours from check-in. Complimentary breakfast was fine, could pay for cooked items. Some TLC required though, bedroom carpet threadbare in places and mattress was questionable. However, amazing value for a short break and location next to South Ruislip Station was a bonus.

The moment I walked in I was spellbound, the entrance was that stunning. The reception, breakfast, bar and household staff were friendly, attentive and efficient. The Savera is close to home and comfortably priced, so we’ll bear it mind for out of town visitors.

Friendly and helpful staff especially Summer who went above and beyond to help with information on public transport and travel into London.

I’ve been a consistent client at Savera Hotel, booking 2–3 times a week due to frequent work travel. However, my recent stay was extremely disappointing. We had clearly informed the staff the night before that our checkout would be at 1 PM and even paid extra for the late checkout. Despite this, the cleaning staff knocked aggressively on our door at 10:30 AM, and again about half an hour later. The second time, one of them entered the room without knocking, which was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. As regular guests, we expect basic courtesy and proper communication among the staff. This experience has really made us reconsider staying here again. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their service.

Another stay here, on a business trip. No problems encountered all was good. Particular mention to the lady in the restaurant at breakfast, so helpful and pleasant, she always asks how we are each time we stay at the Savera.

Ideal place to stay for Wembley Stadium, just 10-12 minutes on the train from South Ruislip station a 5 minutes walk away.

A great location (next door to the tube - Central Line - and next door to a pub) Superb value, and a great base to explore London Add a tenner for secured parking, and that's it. Rooms were clean, shower was fine, bar was welcoming, breakfast (continental) perfectly fine. All in all, great value for money for a London trip

Very pleasant 3 night stay visiting London. Although 30 minutes from Oxford Circus, the Hotel is right next to South Ruislip tube station making it very convenient for travelling to Central London The hotel is comfortable and quiet. There are a number of shops and local services.

Perfect location on the doorstep of the tube, great staff, the room is just what you need. Great all round

Stayed only 1 night as we have done previously but decent hotel at a decent price.....handy (maybe a little too handy!!😃) for underground trains to the West End shows. Great location for us just off the M40.

Very pleasant stay - comfortable room, clean bathroom, good food in Indian restaurant. Very convenient location right next to South Ruislip underground station.

Friendly staff, clean hotel and conveniently next to the South Ruislip station. The mattress and pillow in the room are not very comfortable so not the best nights sleep. The breakfast is continental (from 7:00am) and we were happy with it for what we needed - toast, cereal, croissants, cheese, ham and cheese and hot / cold drinks (its approx £9 for full English). We stayed there as we were seeing Oasis at Wembley and would deffo recommend if you have a gig there - it takes about 20 mins for total journey from hotel to Wembley Stadium. We would probably stay again if needed.

The food was not very good at all not much choice we had breakfast paid for but all they gave us was continental style. Not much choice and bread was really bad. Would not recommend hotel to people as only good thing close to station

Close to the South Ruislip station for easy commute. The iron in the room came in very handy. It was clean. The included breakfast however is toast/croissants, butter/jam, hot drink, bowl of fruits, yoghurt. If you want eggs, bacon, beans etc, you have to pay for it.
