Amazing 5 Bed / 4 Bath Residence with Pool / Spa

I'll start by saying I've stayed in probably 50 vacation rentals so I have a lot to compare to, but this is my first rental in Las Vegas. First, I think the current rating shown is a little over inflated. I don't feel like this is a 10-star property at all. Not that it's bad, but that's not the rating that it deserves as there are truly great properties out there that those ratings should be reserved for. Check-in and communication with the host was great! As far as cleanliness is concerned, the property was cleaned but there were things like dust falling from bathroom ventilation fans that clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while and leftover toys from previous guests under the couch that were found when we moved in. Fixtures, furniture, and decor were about average for what you'd find in a rental. Nothing was very comfortable at all. Pool area could use some attention as it looks a bit neglected but we only used the hot tub. Crazy that you can't use it past 10pm though! We felt the kitchen was a bit below par when it came to what utensils and appliances were available as well as the quality of what was there. Very cheap cooking utensils, many barely working, warped frying pans with flaking off non-stick surfaces, dull knives, etc. We ended up having to purchase some essentials like a potato masher, meat thermometer, and a kitchen knife. This place definitely has potential and I hope the property owners take this feedback to improve other's experiences.

My wife, four daughters, and I spent five days at this property and it was outstanding. Plenty of room with a great pool and spa, excellent location, nice neighborhood. Highly recommend.

The pool was lovely. Could have used some kitchen storage bags and foil but everything else was well stocked. Lovely touch having snacks and candy for us to enjoy.

We had family from Az, Ca, and Co meet there and had a great time. Very large and well appointed home. The pool and spa really helped keep us cool. Thanks!

We loved the house 5 bedrooms and so many bathrooms were amazing for our crew of guys while we worked on our project at F1. The hot tub and pool are amazing and included in the cost. We like to cook and the kitchen is great! Also lots of stuff to play pool table foosball darts and more Eddie and Michelle were easy to get a hold of. Will stay again!

The house was as advertised, beautiful, clean, lots of fun games, the pool was clean and lovely. Michelle and Eddie were very helpful, checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, and were very nice. We did have trouble getting the spa to work, but maybe it was operator error. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved staying here. The pool was great and we really appreciated the snacks you provided. It was also nice to have the Kierig coffee pot and pods provided. We brought our own beach towels because we did not know there were towels on property. I don’t know if we missed that in he discription or not.

The house was perfect for our family. We had a beautiful pool, pool table, darts, fosz ball, outdoor games, board games, etc. The hosts were great to work with. We highly recommend it.

This house was perfect for our family of 5 with three teenage girls! The private pool was perfect and we really enjoyed the game room with pool table, dart board, and arcade games. Some parts of the house could use some updating, but overall we enjoyed being able to cook our own meals and being so close to the strip without the hassle that the strip entails. We would book again with this property company - the original house we booked had a problem with air conditioning and they were able to accommodate us elsewhere in a similarly appointed property. Overall, we were very satisfied with our trip!

My group of 7 family members stayed here as a central location to explore so many places nearby. It was clean, well stocked and the owners were quick to respond to any questions I had. The layout of the house was great for adults to be able to chill after a long day exploring the desert or the strip. If we ever visit again I would pick this home for sure.

This property was fantastic. It was clean and well organized and in a great area. Communication with the host was superb. My kids loved the games at the property and we have a great visit to Law Vegas.

Perfect house perfect amenities perfect location and neat and clean to the max. The owners were wonderful to deal with and communicate solutions to any questions regarding house set up and amenities! Couldnt be happier with our stay! Ty !

First, Eddie and Michelle are the most communicative, flexible hosts we have ever worked with - we would not hesitate to rent from them again and it's likely we will! In our group were 8 adults and two grandchildren. Some guests flew in from the East Coast, some from Denver and some from California. The five bedrooms and four bathrooms easily accommodated all of us. The house was spotless when we arrived and the flow of the house meant we weren't stepping on one another's feet. The City of Henderson restricts the hours (for noise purposes) that one can be in the pool but that is where we spent most of our time. Many thanks to Michelle and Eddie for helping make my 70th birthday and family reunion a very special gathering!

We had a wonderful stay! We had plenty of space for children, spouses, and grandchildren. We were in town to support our son at a triathlon at Lake Las Vegas and the house was the perfect distance to the race as well as our trips into Las Vegas. This home is well cared for and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice.

I'm not sure how we got 90+ degree weather in October but we did. The pool and spa were thoroughly enjoyed by all from the 12 year olds to the 50 year anniversary couple. The house is spacious and amenities were well thought out. Property managers were responsive and so helpful! Called our first day and checked in during the stay. Answered questions prior to and during our visit. Even shipped a package back to me I accidentally sent after it visit. Would definitely stay again!

We came to Vegas with the family for 5 days. We had 10 of us. The house was in a great location for us to get to the game, the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon. The owner Eddie checked in on us on the 2nd day to see if we had any questions or if we needed anything. We asked for some wash clothes and a few extra towels and within a hour or so they were brought to us. We did have a few younger ones with us and with the kids they had some fun games for them to play. Though we were not here much it was a very nice place. Everyone said the beds were comfortable. I can definitely recommend this home for your visit

My Group was here for a Annual Bowling Tournament. Celebrating 10 years with this League. Location was awesome because we Bowl at Sunset. Host/Eddie was awesome. Will definitely look forward to staying again next year 2026. Loved everything about the Home! Definitely will stay again!
