The key programer is from the 80s & I had to run up & down the stairs 3 times the 1st time they gave me my keys cuz they didn't work. They didn't work in the alternate entrances, so had to keep going to the front entrance, the elevator was broke, there was leak in the ceiling in the lobby & they had towels & trash can catching the leak AND..it's 100° and the pool is closed

We stayed there because my daughter wanted to stay at a hotel that had a hot tub and pool. Hotels website has this listed as being there but it's not going to be up amd working till October.

Pool and hot tub are closed at the time of our visit. Had to switch to different hotel. Convenient to have a kitchenette in the room for longer stays.

Unfortunately thr pool and jacuzzi were still not open. The breakfast needs a drastic improvement, steamed bacon and what seemed like powered eggs isnt exactly appetizing. While the room was nice as other reviews mentioned the infrastructure of the facility definitely needs some TLC.

Things that they do not tell you prior to booking: They make you pay a$250 cash deposit. They would not accept debit/credit card for deposit. Pool was out of service and I specifically asked what time does the pool close. Too many suspicious people hanging out in parking lot by the mom and pop casino next door. Elevator was out of service the day I left and had to carry a large piece of luggage from the second floor.

This property was horrible. Non guest coming in and using ice machine. The pool was not available for use. The carpet in the halls were dirty and stained. The couches in the rooms dirty and stained. The bed sheets were stained. The bath tubs looked dirty. The staff was friendly only good thing about this place

It needs total renovation and the one elevator needs fixed, we were very afraid it would stop going or drop to the bottom.

Building and grounds were tired and old. The pool was closed the front door broken , carpets stained and curtains torn. The place needed t a refresh to bring it up to the standards based on stays at other hotels under this brand

Exercise machines were broken, pool was closed, horrible breakfast (potatoes undercooked), onion bagel only, no waffles even through they have a batter dispenser), homeless people in the parking lot, shower sounded like it was going to crack, elevator sounded broken.

The desk staff was helpful at check-in. And the bedding was clean. Things went downhill from there. The hallways and rooms reek of cigarette and cannabis. It's a strong and pungent smell. You cannot get away from it in a non-smoking room. The elevator creaks and pops all night. There are stains on the carpet (in the hallways and rooms, some are sticky) and furniture. The shower fixtures are loose and the shower drips all night. The lobby is the most presentable part of the hotel.

We were very impressed with the staff. The people we talked to at the front desk were all very helpful and courteous. The "breakfast" lady was very accommodating. However, The whole facility is in need of an updating. We had a broken screen in our room. The bathroom showed signs of mildew. The carpet was grimy and the curtains were shredding. The fire door at the end of the hallway did not shut tightly. The money we spent could go towards updates. If not, this place could become just another flophouse in the not too distant future.

Place was a ghetto. Old, smelled, dirty, elevator falling apart. Window coming out of the frame in our room. We got rain and wind in our room through the window pane. Please reeked from all the pot smoke. Just discusting.

DISGUSTING!!! STAY AWAY. THIS PLACE IS FILTHY. WE DID NOT STAY DUE TO 1ST ROOM DID NOT GO IN AGGRESSIVE DOG ALMOST BIT ME. THEN THEY TRIED GIVING US A ROOM THAT WAS UNHEALTHY TO SAY THE LEAST. NO REPLY FROM THE MGMT OR OWNER IS WANTED. ONLY MY REFUND YOU NEVER GAVE ME. I PUT IN FOR A DISPUTE WITH MY BANK. THEY SHOULD NOT RENT THESE ROOMS IF THERE IN THAT KIND OF CONDITION. SADLY I DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS...AND THE LADY WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND LOUD.

The hotel was very dirty. We were there for a college graduation. If we could have switched hotels, we would have. The carpet in our room was disgustingly dirty. The mattresses were sooo uncomfortable. There were stains on the chairs and there was mold in the shower. Sooo unclean. It smelled bad a while there was a non smoking policy, the elevator and halls wreaked of weed. We stayed out of our room as much s possible due to the dissatisfaction we felt.

The carpets are filthy everywhere in this place but the beds were nice and soft and clean and the bathrooms are not too bad. Older property

Messy hotel. Very dirty. Everything is banged up. Floor, carpet, cabinet, doors, walls etc

The room had stains all over the carpet, along with dog hair. The curtains were stained, the room smelled musty, and the walls in the bathroom inside the shower looked like there was mold. Very unhappy with my stay

Hotel is in poor condition and smells very bad throughout. Filthy carpet, stained bedding, hallway walls have patched holes every where but not painted. Everything’s is extremely outdated and pictures do not match the hotel conditions

Clean, convinient location. Didn’t like the noise we could hear from other rooms above and besides our room. The refrigerator and ac were also very loud.

The place is old and in need of work. Mold was painted over in the bathroom and the plastic tub was noisy each time you shifted weight in it. There are gaps in the window frames, so during a good wind storm it sound like a 50's western movie as the wind whistles through the window gaps as you try to sleep. On the plus side, the breakfast was good, but there's only one person taking care of things like getting coffee and restocking food, and she was overwhelmed. She needs a raise!

Online photos showed renovated rooms. Room was not renovated. It was clean, but outdated. Very nice fluffy towels. Weird, small pillows.

The tub sounds like it was going to break. Because it squeaks like it was going to fall apart or break or crack. Really bad design

People renting there like an apt..constant noise in floor above..stomping etc...

Great location for a stay near family, convenient to a ton of places in Henderson. The place definitely needs some TLC/refresh though. The staff was really nice, check in and check out were super smooth.

Room in poor shape. Drawers would not stay in. The curtain and table was upside down on another table. Tiny tv. Not the best option it is quiet though and the staff was nice. 3rd floor getting off the elevator smelled of partial stale cigarettes and visible stained floor.. to time clean up. And fix up. Very outdated

Overall it was a good experience except for the door not locking in the first room I was given and I had to sleep with an unlocked door all night. Stressed me out a little bit. But the next day I was given a new room and all was better.

Old Hotel Renovation needed

Love the large well appointed room. Lots if seating and plug ins air conditioner keeps it cool while it is 112 outside. I wish it had a smart tv so we could watch our own shows

The front desk person was horrible. I reserved this room for my daughter and her two friends along with my ex-wife who took them to a lacrosse tournament nearby. They had to drive up from San Diego after school/work on Friday and arrived at 1am and then the clerk wouldn't apply the credit card I used to book the room. My daughter had to call me at 130am to wake me up to pay and he STILL wouldn't take my credit card. My ex had to use $500 in cash to pay when that was for food/gas and expenses. Terrible!!!

The staff is always so kind and helpful. We have stayed here several times and they seriously are very friendly and find solutions to any problem. I once forgot some cash, and it wasn’t a small amount, and they held it for me until I went to pick it up. They were so friendly and willing to assist, it gave me so much peace of mind that my money was safe. It was like leaving it at a friend’s house. Thank you to the staff that helped me!

Check in and check out were a breeze. The staff on duty at those times were very friendly. The hotel is a little dated, but overall, we had a very nice stay.

It was a thanksgiving weekend getaway. We are from San Diego the hotel send me a link to pre check in and I did before we left. We arrive late to the Hotel and the first thing the gentleman at the counter said that we were a no show and the rate was going to change I was very upset at that hour of the night we were also tired so I didn't want to argue with him and he just gave us the room. I told him that I will talk to them in the morning. Next day they told me that there was a miss understanding and that everything was ok. Also from five days we stayed there two days our room was not done. I will think twice before we stay there again

Staff friendly but had a bug crawl on my sheets. Manager offered another room and apologized. She refunded my stay because I left shortly after checking in.

I enjoyed the breakfast and it was a little different on different days. There were some problems with our room, but the staff was super friendly and prompt in helping resolve our concerns. There aren't a lot of amenities but what they do have to offer they do well.

It is a good stay, comfortable, the breakfast is good. But I wouldn’t go back because, the key cards constantly kept not working. And most of the staff was nice about it except for one staff member whose name is Mona. And she got nasty when I told her that my key card wasn’t working again and it kept doing it and she accused me of putting it near my cell and accused me of doing it intentionally . Which I didn’t keep it by my cell phone it would just stop working for no reason, daily! She made me so uncomfortable, during my nine day stay I felt dread every time I would have to go and ask to have the key cards reprogrammed. So she made my state miserable.

I’m from out of town and stayed at this hotel for a football tournament. Upon getting checked in, the lady was very nice and helpful. Went up to our room to get settled in all to have a leaky roof and a wet bed. Went back downstairs and again, lady was super helpful and got us moved asap! The next room we got, the tv was broken as well as the dresser. Went back down stairs and unfortunately there were no rooms available so she assured us she would send maintenance up to fix the things. We left for dinner and came back, tv still not working but we were so exhausted we just went to sleep. In the middle of the night I get up a lot to use the restroom because I’m pregnant and hit my leg twice on the broken dressed due to the drawers not staying in place. First thing in the morning, I speak to the lady at the front desk who lets us know the supervisor will be in at 8a. We left for the tournament came back around 11a, asked to speak with the supervisor and the lady at the front desk was unhelpful and rude! She stated “the supervisor is busy dealing with a big group” so I responded “ well what about the customers who are here now”. She proceeded to say “I have two options, get a refund for one night and leave or switch rooms” she couldn’t do both apparently. I asked to speak to the supervisor again when she stated “ she’s just going to tell you the same things I did, VERY RUDE” there is not enough space to review the whole encounter but it was not pleasant. GM was also unhelpful.

I’d like to start off by saying the manager was extremely friendly and kind. She was the best part of our stay. Unfortunately one side of the front glass double doors was broken. Instead of repairing or replacing it was just held together with duct tape and a paper saying do not use. The back door of the hotel that has easiest access to rooms and parking was extremely finicky and often did not open so you’d have to walk all the way to the other side to be able to get in. The only back area where service animals or pets can relieve themselves has tons of broken glass everywhere and is very dangerous for their paws. On top of all this, there is an employee named Mona. She was incredibly rude to both me and my husband. We have a service animal for a condition not seen to the eye. Not only did I feel discriminated against by her but we felt extremely uncomfortable attending breakfast. She would not allow us to eat the hotel breakfast (that we’ve already paid for) in our hotel room and made a scene about it in the hotel lobby. Even though I watched several other people bring breakfast back to their room instead of dining in the very small breakfast area. The way she harshly spoke to us made us so unwelcome and confused why we were singled out. Later that day when we returned to the hotel, both of our key cards were magically disabled. To avoid her and further issues, the next few mornings we chose to pay more and order out for breakfast which we ate inside our hotel room

Nice room, quiet, good location with many restaurants close by, breakfast was very good

This location was perfect for me, it’s away from all the chaos but an easy drive right to the strip. Just needs a little makeover! :-) I will definitely book again

A lot of homeless around the property.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Place needs updates badly. Plumbing issues. Breakfast was fine. The area is not walkable but it is somewhat convenient for Henderson and Boulder City.

Good for trucks and trailers. Little ghetto. But clean and seem to be safe. I had a uhaul with a car on a auto tower. Had no issue. The front desk was friendly and nice.

The pictures were from another property. We booked for a kitchenette on Expedia. The property was older with nice employees but the area felt unsafe around it

Kind of a sketchy area with little parking. Property showed wear, but was fairly clean. Breakfast okay (sausage, egg, potato, waffles). All said, this was what I expected for the price.

It worked very well for us, since it was quite close to relatives and friends we were visiting in Henderson, NV.

We were looking for a quiet place to stay in our visit to Vegas, we did not wanted to stay on the strip. We loved the Henderson area where the hotel is located. The hotel is nice the staff is really really nice very supportive, excellent customer service. The breakfast is good with enough options to have a nice meal in the morning. The only little thing is that they didn´t do the beds in all our stay so that´s was uncomfortable for us as when you arrive tired from all the sightseen of the day and the adventures we arrived to the bedroom to find out the beds were still messy, and for us that is an important thing, but other than that everything great.

The hallway had a terrible smell to it, thankfully the room smelled fine. The gym equipment didn’t work due to it tripping the breaker when the elevators ran. The hot tub was out of order. I got a pre-packaged cheese danish at breakfast that was moldy. The beds were fine and the lady at the front counter was super nice. It’s obvious this hotel could use some attention though.

Do NOT stay here! The rooms are old and outdated, there is a musty smell, breakfast is a joke, and the staff were rude. I wasn’t expecting a 4 star resort, but this was the last hotel we stayed at after a 10 day trip and by far the most expensive and worst quality experience. I should have known at check-in when the ladies next to me were grilled by the front desk worker for having 3 people in their room instead of 2. She made a big deal about how it cost $10 more to add another person. She was pretty rude about it. When we got to our room it had a musty smell to it. The furniture was very worn and old with cracks in the wood. Let’s talk about the ‘breakfast’ that is advertised. ‘Breakfast’ ends at 9:30.The next morning my kiddos wanted to sleep in so I went out to grab them some food at 9:10. When I got there, the gravy, coffee, eggs, sausage, and all other hot items were gone and it was obvious they were not bringing any more out. I asked the very grumpy woman cleaning up if they were bringing out more coffee and she begrudgingly went back to make more. The ONLY items available was a do it yourself waffle maker (just one), bread and bagels that were individually bagged in ziploc bags, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. There was also a big sign stating breakfast items could not leave the breakfast area. EXCUSE ME?!? There was a cup with eggs in it and toast in the toaster. The lady cleaning asked if I was going to eat it. I told her it wasn’t mine. She rolled her eyes. SO RUDE

This place has a true breakfast - like most of the hotels I stayed at before COVID. Not super fancy, but filling. I think they even had an evening light meal offering - when I checked in it was up and running, but I was never back at the hotel around this time during the rest of my stay. My room was spacious, very clean and the towels were fluffy. The bed and linens on it were great, pillows were some of the best I've ever slept on.

The property/room had nice amenities. Comfortable pillows and beds. The only negative was breakfast was never hot or even warm.

We judge a hotel on whether we would return or not and we would return to HS a heartbeat. Yes, as others have said, the hotel is dated but their rating reflects that. It is comfortable and a great place to stay. Pros: Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Loved them. Hot breakfast (potatoes, sausages,bacon, biscuits/gravy etc) was changed daily and tasty. Delightful staff replenished everything quickly. Pool was closed for most of our visit but our family enjoyed the hot tub when it was finally opened. Within walking distance to great restaurants and a supermarket and central to sites away from Las Vegas and the strip. Check in and check out quick and friendly. Cons: The wifi was sketchy and unreliable. We often had to scramble for the access code early in the morning. Limited streaming. No recycling, which is a pet peeve. Did not need this but hotel was not handicap accessible and we felt for people who struggled with this at the hotel. At the very least, modify the outside doors, so everyone can enter the hotel easily.

The hotel was dirty. There was no blow dryer in the room it was broke off the wall, the fan in the bathroom screamed every time you turned the bathroom light on. The breakfast was brutal and the guy working the front desk at check out clearly didn't want to be there.

Property was decent for the price of the weekend we went. Breakfast was decent as well better than most. Few things broken around property. Drawers of dresser, and back door entrance. Staff was friendly, except one staff she does kitchen elderly lady. She overall is nice but very controlling on how things are run in the eating area.

I like all the options they had for breakfast! The Biscuits and sausage gravy were really good. The room was nice,clean,and spacious. I loved having the kitchenette.The beds were super comfy.
