My room was very spacious both times I have stayed. This would have been a five star but there was garbage from a previous guest wedged behind the microwave in my room, which of course syarted making me wonder what else may have been overlooked. I would still stay here again for the delight of it being 21+. I am able to sleep soundly. Also would be great if they sacrificed some parking for a pool and fitness center. Or if they made parallel parking near the entrance. Staff was super friendly. Wish there were a rewards program. If there is, I have never been offered to sign up.

Property wise - very nice! Friendly staff. All the right slots and video poker games. Area near the hotel has nothing to offer. But for a couple that doesn’t mind staying about 20-30 from the strip, would highly recommend

Staff is wonderful. They are remodeling, so there are no in-hotel restaurants. However, they are compensating with low priced rooms (no resort fee), credits to the new Bullet Train Restaurant and slot play. The bed was comfortable and room was very quiet. Convenient location on the way to/from Vegas.

Staff were very helpful and professional. The facilities were clean. However. The air conditioning was a wall unit and could not keep up with the heat. There is no fridge or microwave in the room. The hallways were hot. The elevators broke multiple times during my stay.

Only given one tiny bar of soap and two towels for a double bed room with family of three. Had to keep switching the soap between sink and shower. Shower floor was in poor condition, stained and moldy.

The room was very spacious, comfortable bed, and clean UNTIL you get to the bathroom. The bathroom itself was clean but the shower was horrible. I don’t know if it was mold or just the porcelain wearing off but the entire rim between glass and shower frame was black and disgusting. My husband and I didn’t even use the shower because of it.

Our room was adequate, but 2 things stuck out. There was no soap to be found. We did have shampoo and conditioner, but no soap of any kind. Thankfully we brought our camping bag in. Also, there was some sort of concrete mixture hardened all over the floor.

Room cleanliness was not what we expected. Did not take showers because of condition of shower. Carpet was out dated and just had a dusty smell to it. Elevators to upper floors were not in good condition. Maximum number of people to each elevator was four. That to me says “they are not that safe”. I spoke with the manager when we left and mentioned to her the above items of concern and passed it off. She offered no apologies or anything.

This hotel has quick access off the freeway south of Vegas. We utilized the nice large parking lot as we were pulling a small U-Haul trailer. The hotel was older, dark and smoke smelling, Although we never did see anyone smoking. The large room appeared to have been freshly painted, was very clean with comfortable bedding. With the exception of the interior of the shower, the bathroom was clean. The shower needed some good scrubbing, especially along the edges. The shower was very small. We were only there for a few short hours to get a night sleep as we traveled on to Phoenix from the northern part of the United States. We wanted something with quick access off the freeway and good parking as well as a decent meal. This place provided those services and the pricing was very reasonable. However, I wish they would clean up the shower. That was a little gross.

Check-in was quick and easy as I'd done it online. Same with check-out. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The coffee machine was appreciated. The only thing that could have made the experience better, would have been if there had been a microwave and mini-fridge in the room.

Super comfy beds, cozy room and nice amenities. TV is much nicer than what’s provided in most hotels, sink outside of the bathroom is a little silly but you make do. The only complaint is the construction or the renovations happening, which i’m sure will result in a better, cleaner hotel.

easy check in and comfortable bed. One out of two elevators was working and it was jumpy. Carpeting was well worn and newly renovated bathroom had broken floor tiles. Would be nice if the rooms had frig and microwave.

The price was fair. The hotel is attached to a casino and truck stop area so it attracts travelers from the interstate. The room I had was quite noisy with sounds coming from other rooms and outside traffic.

We had an issue with the tv that they couldn’t fix so they moved us to another room. We had a small dog with us. I selected them because they said they are pet friendly but the website said nothing about a charge. When I checked in is when they said it is $30 more with a dog. I think that should be told up front not once you arrive and are checking in.

The room was clean. It ended there. No soap except for three tiny shampoo containers, The tv didn't, went down to talk to the very sullen clerk,he replaced the batteries in the controller without saying a word. No people skills. I got back to the room the next evening, room not made up. I talked to the front deck, finally got tv fixed. Never did make up the room. It goes on, not going back.

I did not actually stay the night I had reserved. It turned out that although it said ‘pet friendly,’ my cat could not be accommodated. BUT, I give it an excellent review on service since Jared at the front desk went above and beyond by making a few quick calls to find a nearby place that would allow my cat. Thanks again Jared! You are awesome!

I had a medical emergency when we were checking in and Ben from security was a wonderful help along with the other personnel that came to our assistance. Then on our second day my wife lost her phone and again came to our aid and made it so much easier than it could have been to get it back. High praise to everyone we came into contact with during our stay.

Excellent value for the price. Good location and the rooms were recently renovated. It’s obviously an older building, but it adds to the overall character. Super close to the strip, or you can enjoy yourself right there at the property. Will definitely stay again.

It says it has truck/RV/bus parking. When we asked the desk personnel told us we had to park at the TA. That’s quite a jaunt in 104 degrees. Then it says they have two restaurants. They are both closed till Nov. the desk personnel told us there is Pizza in the Casino, or we can go to Sonic or Dunkin Donuts. We drive a commercial vehicle. We can’t just jump in and drive three miles to Sonic. They gave us a coupon for the Bullet Train. Never explained what it was. We had to contact Wyndham to find out where we could get our breakfast. That was where. Thank goodness it exists because that’s where we got dinner. It was delicious very disappointed in staff. Rooms are old. Elevator was really squeaky. Like it needs maintenance. No fridge or microwave. Not impressed.

Comfortable room in an older property. Decor needs updated, and casino smells of cigarette smoke all the time. Rooms are non smoking though so not a problem there. Iron Rail restaurant is diner style with plentiful portions and lots of seating. Service was quick and staff very personable. We only ate breakfast there and did not eat at the steakhouse or the pizza place. All 3 are located in the hotel as well as the casino which takes up a lot of the first floor. Only downside was a few inconveniences due to a movie being filmed in the casino one day while we were there, so we had to wait or be rerouted around the building to get to our room. Reasonably priced rooms, but when all is said and done, I would pay a little more at a hotel with a pool/hot tub and without the cigarette smells.

Restaurant was really good. Easy to get food comps with little play. Renovated 5th floor was nice. Sportsbook needs more reliable hours. Staff seems to set their own. Video poker pay schedules were ok.
