It was disappointing that the fitness center was not free. There was no shuttle to the strip. The hot tub was full of kids. The pool was not heated. They gave us 20percent coupon and we couldn’t use it anywhere except the overpriced coffee shop on site.

The pool was really nice. Drinks were a bit on the pricey side at the pool though, cocktails for around $18. Was really smoky the one day, and the pool was closed due to a smoke advisory. Was a bit surprised they still charged the resort fee that day. We booked an ADA room and they thankfully put us in a room with a walk in shower as the original room had all the accessible options except for the walk in shower that one of our guests needed. Room was very clean, staff was very friendly. Lots of cheap and fancy dining options right on the resort. Was our first time staying off strip in Vegas and we would definitely stay there again.

After spending one night at Green Valley Ranch and seeing how beautiful the spa pool was, I decided to return for a couple of nights for some much-needed rest and relaxation. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. I arrived late at night and found a note in my room saying the water would be shut off—something I wish had been mentioned at check-in. The next morning, I learned the spa pool was only available to those with spa appointments. I tried to book one, but was told the spa was closed for a private event. I then asked about buying a day pass just to use the pool, but was told that wasn’t allowed either due to a private photoshoot event. Trying to make the best of it, I went to the adult pool, where I was told I could only sit at the bar unless I paid $35 for a lounge chair. Frustrated, I went to the family pool, which was nice—until they cranked the music up so loudI couldn’t hear myself think. If you want a decent off-strip hotel with a lively family pool, this might work. But for a peaceful, spa-like escape, look elsewhere

I felt like the hotel was worth the price tag. The rooms weren’t the most up to date and you could hear people in neighboring rooms and hallway. All employees I encountered were friendly. Pool was great, arcade was fun, and the food court options were good.

This is an excellent property. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool and outdoor areas are lovely. Gym and spa are excellent. Shopping and dining area nearby is also very nice. Highly recommend. Looking forward to staying here again!

Love staying at GVR but this time our hotel room bathroom was infested with drain flys coming out of the over flow part of the sink! We thought it was just a couple and went about the day but came back to 15 all over the sink and our toiletries items! I had to cover the holes with a make up wipes. And the bathroom room only came with two towels. Had to request 2 more. Besides that, we overall had a pleasant stay.

First room had black mold wverywhere in the shower, shower door was falling apart, caps for the sink wete missing, and stains in carpet. Totally gross. They upgraded us and the room was amazing and beautiful. But again, black mold in the shower. They need a major remodel . Wont be returning.

The shower leaked very loudly and of course you knew, you just didn’t care Bathroom not cleaned to standard, found a used shaving top on floor, not enough towels Dated decor, get new carpet, art, chairs. Also don't allow smoking anywhere inside, smokers outside. The best asset at this resort is the staff! All were outstanding in every department, valet, room service, front desk, everyone we met, even security

It was a beautiful property however I don’t know why you would put a family that is here for a sporting event and needing a lot of sleep next to a suite that had a bunch of party animals with a connecting door. It was loud and it filtered through the walls and floor, and it took several hours of calling security to have them come up to tell them to be quiet, which was disappointing. The room was also very dirty when we arrived and including rubber bands of people’s braces and hair and clumps in the bathroom and it had to be deep cleaned again. They gave us a small credit for dining at the hotel but I don’t think it was quite enough considering that we had to have the whole room cleaned again.

The rooms are a bit dated but the grounds are beautiful. The pool area is quite a scene. We were there during an October weekend when the hotel was sold out. For the elevated prices we had to pay, the hotel room did not really meet expectations as the bed was not that comfortable and the walls are thin (so we could hear a LOT of noise from hallway and neighbors). That said the location is very convenient and the casino restaurants are excellent.

Avoid unless you’re there to gamble. It’s not a comfortable overnight stay. It’s a mile drive from check in to parking lot. After hours, you can’t get the front desk. Phones don’t connect to concierge or front desk, only operator. Operator has to email the front desk to tell them to call me. Never did. Then couldn’t get help with privacy button so I wouldn’t get woken up. They sent an engineer and he never showed up. Nice room bet horrible service.

We've stayed here before, but our recent experience hosting our son's birthday was extremely disappointing. The hotel was not at all accommodating for children, and the front desk staff (Miles and Claudia) were unprofessional and disrespectful. There seems to be a significant issue with customer service training across the board, as even basic communication skills were lacking. Our room was dirty, and the promised view turned out to be of a stained, garbage-strewn rooftop. While our pool server was pleasant, the service was incredibly slow. Adding to our dissatisfaction, our attempt to resolve these issues with the manager claudi was unhelpful. The concerns we raised were not adequately addressed, which further compounded the negative experience. This hotel seems ill-equipped to handle families or provide timely, quality service. We will not be returning.

I’ve stayed at this property many times because the service can’t be beat. I was very disappointed with our service this time around. Every time we wanted a drink or some food we had to go find out waitress to place an order. We had a cabana and should have been checked on regularly but we weren’t. Makes me want to find a new resort to frequent.

This property is full of amenities on site but also within easy walking distance to The District shopping, Cheesecake Factory and Whole Foods. On site restaurant has a great assortment of dishes and amazing fresh baked quick breakfast treat items. The grounds are amazing with well kept landscaping and plenty of outdoor seating.. Great pool with zero depth sand entry also has cabanas to sit and enjoy the view or get close to the pool. About 15 minutes to Vegas Strip but only if you have a car or arrange transportation. Overall property is peaceful and a great getaway retreat whether you enjoy the casino or just staying in the area to enjoy everything else. Highly recommend and plan to stay again!

Hotel staff, couldn't be better. First class. Our hotel room was incredible. They upgraded us for a nominal uncharge and it was one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in (stone terrace, marble bathroom...). Dinner at the Botliglia was wonderful (food, staff and surprisingly even price.. and We received a 20% off coupon for staying at the hotel). Ordinarily this would have been a 5 star review hands down (and I'm pretty stingy with handing our 5 stars). The issue that I just can't ignore was the some of the amenities. The pool is mostly staffed by teenagers that for some reason, weren't that friendly. (It was a very hot day though and pretty sparsely attended) The spa is expensive and a little dated with limited amenities (fair gym, 2 hot tubs, a sauna, and a steam room). My $175 massage was so meh. meh meh. It made me sad. I was really looking forward to a nice rub and all I ended up with is a sore shoulder. Probably just bad luck. I'd give the place a 4.5 if I could. Go anyway and skip the treatment.

We learned during our visit that we are no longer considered VIPs as the agreement with Expedia has expired. To add insult to injury, the person at the VIP desk, wrote the wrong number on the room key and assigned us the last room on the floor. I had to return to the desk after discovering the mistake. I think I completed my 10,000 steps during the process; as the elevator closest to the room was inoperable due to ongoing reinnervation. Going to stay somewhere else next time as I don't feel the value for money here any longer.
