立地が最高です。サウナが使えなかったのが残念。

施設は古いが清潔で満足。 ドアのキーシステムエラーでチェックイン後部屋に入れず2回もスーツケースを引いてフロントまで降りた。せめてエレベーターホールに電話があれば良いのに。ただし、対応は素早く適切で満足。 ブュッフェの食事は満足。朝食も種類が豊富で味も良かった。 数名で泊まったが人によってデポジットの金額が違うのが腑に落ちない。 カードでデポジットを決済したが、本当にキャンセルされるのか不安。

Hotel has good services with pool, gym and sauna. The breakfast is good as well. Rooms are pretty large and in good condition thogh the bathroom looks a bit old-fashioned - however everything worked well. This hotel has quite central location at Roxas Boulevard with nice views to the Bay area. You can walk to some places or take a Grab. The surroundigs towards the sea are ok but a bit scruffy though did not have any problems. Hotel has 6 elevators and you have to press for 4 different buttons to call the fastest elevator near your floor. It created funny situations as the elevator stopped at 6 empty floors on the way down. During our visit 3 elevators were under renovation. Hopefully after the renovation you must only press one button to call for the nearest elevator to your floor.

Room bedding no fitted sheet no sheets just comforter that is lousy no microwave Staff outstanding services very nice and freindly welcomming 6 elevator dirty outside and out and old very slow. Is not 5 star hotel. Dinning is very nice services and the food excellent Lobby security gaurd staff outstanding services .

We stayed only one night without bfast. What we can say is that the hotel is beautifully decorated, staff professional and the pool area is great. The beds are so comfortable, we woke up fully refreshed. Location and sea view were exactly what we needed - it is half way between the airport and city centre, and walking distance to the big shopping mall.

Yes, there was a bit of noise in the rooms because of renovation but they already inform us and it starts after 8 o’clock so it’s fine

The Hotel staff at check in were superb. I checked in quite late and they gave me an upgraded corner room which was great. I think the rooms are in need of a refurb. For a 5 star they are very dull and very brown. Even the furniture is old and tired. I assume they must be doing work on some of the rooms as there was work going on everyday, which i was made aware of at check in plus a letter in the room but nothing to pre warn before arrival. The tv was not a smart tv, which you would expect from a 5 star. We ate once for the lunchtime buffet which was almost 6500 php for 2 people which i thought was way too expensive. If i had known that i would have went to Robinsons mall which is 5 minutes away. The neighbourhood is mental, very busy with lots of traffic, but that is basically Manila in general. I will be back but will probably stay in makati as there is much more going on. But i will say the staff were excellent in every way. Thank you for making stay comfortable.

The spa is temporarily closed

Good hotel with amazing breakfast. Walking distance to shopping mall and 30 min taxi drive to the airport. The spar did not work- was on 2 week’s renovation- of which I was not mad aware hiring my booking process. Also the who’s upgrade to the tv system, so I did not get a chance to watch tv over my 4 days stay.

VIP room upgrade Bayview. Discounted food and beverages. Grand elegant old hotel. Nice pool.

There was a damp smell in many parts of the hotel including the rooms. It really could use a renovation.

This property has been consistent. Definitely needs a renovation. Shows wear and tear. I think after being upgraddd to a suite I prefer smaller room

For the price I found this hotel very average, the rooms were dated and in need of attention and overall overpriced. The breakfast was good and included in the room price. The other restaurants in the hotel we tried we found the food overpriced and well below average.

The hotel is ageing fast. Needs to be refurbished. Did not meet expectations of 5 stars.

Everybody was very nice and helpful to me, both the staff and the cleaners. The room was okay, however there was an issue with the shower head which made showering very difficult. The receptionist called Princess was also very pretty, which made going there alone worth it. Her appearance and manner very much suits her name.

Simply the best! Best view of Manila Bay, best luxury room, best bedding, best buffet, best staff! Great location too. No need to hesitate — you’ll fall in love with the Diamond Hotel.

Excellent staff very friendly and attentive

The staff was great when one of our friend needed medical attention. They were quick and responsive and able to transfer her to medical hospital. They handled this medical crisis properly and kudos to the managers who were working.

Very friendly and helpful staff, easy checkin and checkout. Lovely meal in the restaurant.

Nice stay! The staff and service is First Class!

Stayed for over a week. When I checked in I inquired with the hotel restaurant how much breakfast was. I was told it was 1400p. I decided to eat breakfast nearby for under 400p for the first 2 days. I went back to the hotel restaurant and then I was told I had complimentary breakfast. Wait a minute, I was told I had to pay. Well it turns out for the first 2 days I skipped eating in the hotel to save money. I did not appreciate the deception and misinformation. Please explain to guests what amenities are included. NOWHERE in my reservation did it say breakfast was included. I took my concern to hotel manager and got a rude attitude. Manager (Andi) offered a discount at the lounge. Placating with a discount is not what I was looking for. And I didn't appreciate the response: "What do you want, sir", with a disrespectful smirk on her face. There are many hotels in Manila. You have choices. Skip this one, you can do much better. Lesson learned for me.

Fantastic service from all the staff, the room was in great condition and nothing was a problem. Early check-in and late check-out were greatly appreciated and hugely helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The area is located in a great location, close to many malls and a very wide array of food options in the area.

マラテ地区治安が悪いと聞いていましたが、夜遅くは外出しなかったのでわかりませんが不安な感じはしませんでした。 どこに行くにも便利なところにあるので観光に便利です。 近くのショッピングモールも大変綺麗で良かったです。

Great hotel walking distance to US Embassy was under 10 minutes. Buffet for breakfast was amazing and reasonable. Close to lots of stuff.

Breakfast wasn’t good

The breakfast money was really good. Lots of different variation. And very attentive stuff. Working this industry myself as an executive chef and f&b manager for 30 years all over the world. I do believe though that the breakfast room is just to small compare to the size of the hotel. It always felt extremely crowded and hectic at any time. I also had a dish in the main restaurant for dinner which absolutely disappointed me since none of the items described on the menu matched the actual dish except the half half of lamb which was not declared as half. The description of the meal was a rack of lamb on Ratatouille with a rosemarine jus and asparagus. What I got was tomato paste, onions, carrots and the four pieces of rack of lamb. When I ask for the Jew I got a thick brown sauce with dried rosemarine out of the container. Nobody cared about asparagus or what Ratatouille actually is. I pointed this out but no one seems to care really. I didn't eat it until I showed it to the managers while I was in the restaurant (I hate wasting food) yet I paid full price minus my Expedia VIP 20% discount. All in all this is a hotel which would be a three-star hotel in Switzerland, but charges Western prizes to to visitors. I would also recommend more training in food knowledge to the waiters like a orientation about what they selling? And then again I have to remind myself I am not in Dubai or Switzerland or North America or Europe and other fancy places.

Upon arrival I was greeted with an upgrade. Inside the room, there was a variety of fruit as well as dessert. The breakfast buffet was a joy and the service at the restaurant. My last night was simply superb. I have you recommend this place and we will stay there again

Nice service. Customer service was amazing. All employees were great, however, there seems to be areas for improvement in the organisation for the management team... Breakfast was absolutely packed. Massive queue and no space for guests in the sitting area....

shower condition was wrong breakfast was not good taste

WaitIng time for breakfast is horrible. The line stretch faar out in the lobby. Preparer to wait 45 minutes to a hour to be seated for a breakfast you already paid for. The best way to be in a bad mood for the rest of the day. Expect more for the price

Great service, great ambience, food and drink at the hotel is way over priced.
