初めて利用しました。この３０年間、マニラのいろいろなホテルを利用してきました。しかしこの価格でこれだけのサービスを提供するホテルに泊まったことがありません。コストパフォーマンス最高のホテルです。建物は少し古いですがしっかりメンテナンスされていて居心地が良いです。最近のホテルはバスタブが無くシャワーのみの所が多いですがしっかりバスタブもあります。トイレは温水ではありませんが簡易型のウォシュレットがついていて日本人には有り難いです。朝食はメニューも多くて大変美味しかったです。プールは大人が利用するには小さいですが子供たちで賑わっていました。スタッフの方も親切でした。よく教育が行き届いているように感じました。セキュリティもしっかりしています。徒歩圏内にレストランやセブンイレブンもありますが大手のデパートなどからは少し離れているので車での移動が必要です。率直に良いホテルだと感じました。

the room and building is clean and nice. the time of my visit on the hotel the pool is not available. they offered an option having swimming into another place but sounds they don’t really into it. the elevator waiting is too long and having the stair also was confusing about the exits. upon checking out is also a dilemma that without proper information you need to go to the first floor first for the check out and wait for a couple of minutes instead of going directly to the information counter at the ground floor.

エルミタ地区の端にある中級ホテルです。空港のような荷物検査が入るたびにありますが、スタッフは皆さん親切で笑顔で気持ちの良い滞在ができました。室内は清潔で広く、毎日ミネラルウォーターが補充されます。冷蔵庫の冷えもOK。アメニティーは、シャンプー・コンディショナー・シャワージェル・歯ブラシ・スリッパ。朝食（毎日6時から！）はフィリピン料理が主ですが、パンやフルーツ、シリアルもあります。アジア人は朝が早いのか、結構混んでいます。ロビーのカフェのコーヒーも、安価で美味でした。イントラムロスやロビンソンズ、博物館等にも徒歩圏内で、ホテル周辺にはレストランやセブンイレブンがあり、大変便利です。当初は鉄道を利用しようと考えていましたが、最近日本人を狙った強盗が多発していると聞き、空港⇆ホテルは送迎をお願いしました。価格以上のホテルだと思います。

Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Older hotel needs some improvement carpets in the room have a musty smell and are worn out. The very dirty curtains in the windows of the room was the biggest eye sore. The white curtains were no longer white just a shade of gray from dust. Please replace them in an otherwise very nice sized room with all the amenities. Please also think about a room safe for valuables.

よかった点・1キングベッド・ルームから2シングルベッド・ルームへの変更を受け入れてもらえた。・寝てしまって部屋から閉め出されたルームメイトをロビーで朝まで過ごさせてもらった悪かった点・オレオレ詐欺の電話を取り次いだ。具体的には次の通り。チェックアウト当日7時30分頃，フロントから内線電話でチェックアウト時刻の確認の電話がある。その後，電話の受け入れの確認なく，外部からの電話に切り替わる。外部の電話は女性で，片言の日本語で「私わかりますか」と聞いてきた。怪しく思いながらも，私にはフィリピン人女性の知り合いがいたのでその方かと思い会話に応じると，2000ペソ貸してもらえないかとのことであった。そのほか含め会話の端々から知人ではないことが明らかであり，電話はそれで切った。同日，別室の日本人にも同様の電話がかかってきたと報告がある。・なぜホテルは私の名も知らないはずの第三者からの電話を取り次いだのであろうか。そもそもチェックアウト予定時刻を第三者に漏洩させる気であったのだろうか。・それまでの良い経験がすべて吹き飛んでしまうほど悪い印象で終わった体験となった。

Such an amazing hotel and above all else the staff! The entire staff provided a high level of professionalism and was always courteous and extremely friendly and respectful. They definitely demonstrated what hotels should strive for. I will without question be coming back to this hotel the next time I’m back in town!!

I did not get the room for two members of my family in spite of the booking confirmation and Itinerary number that I showed to the two staff as proof of evidence. It took almost 2.5 hours of discussion and explanation and we ended up still not getting the room we are entitled. According to the Manila Prince Hotel staff, the booking confirmation I have was not in their system. That is not my problem if it’s not in their system the fact that I have an evidence of paid booking and confirmation they should give us the room we paid for. I demand a refund for Booking Confirmation number 182749, Itinerary Number 72814725454045 because I did not get this room that I paid aroundAus$111. This discussion with the 2 staff happened between approximately 12am to 2.45am at front desk of Manila Prince Hotel. It was very upsetting that we were treated very inconsiderate that time. What we only need is to get the room we paid for to be able to rest for few remaining hours of our booking.

A clean hotel, with spacious rooms, as well as swimming pool and a work out room. Staff were helpful and friendly, and helped me getting taxis.No public transport closeby.The breakfast buffet (included ) was varied - with fruits, cereal, or hot options. There are several places to eat running along side of the hotel. However it is situated in an area where I didn't feel comfortable walking at any time - especially as a single woman. The streets were not clean, and the pavements are uneven, so easy to trip on. There are armed police standing guard outside.

The reception attendants were so helpful and the foyer is large. Breakfast had plenty of choice. The rooms are very big and spacious and clean. Very good shower pressure. The pool was the only slight let down as water was cloudy and lots of dirt floating around. But overall an excellent hotel option. Great location, only 15 minute walk to Rizal park, or SM Mall.

1. Close toUN avenue, safe area and good location to LRT and historical site 2. Breakfast too simple, just like the 2-star one. Very salty scramble egg and other dishes, need to improve! Average Hotel in the center of Manila, just few minutes away from Intramuros. Rooms are quite large, bathroom is ok but no shower gel provided! Breakfast buffet, many choices but just average quality. Staff quite friendly and ready to help.

The breakfast was catered to Filipinos with very few western choices. Even though the staff was very friendly, they did not seem that they knew how to even cook eggs. The food was tasteless and unseasoned. It seemed that all the cooks were students and they were learning on us.
