So many things wrong with this hotel... First of all, it is way more dated and run down than the photos show. Rooms have a lot of broken stuff (lamps, tiles, live wires in the open), AC is very loud, windows are covered with this old black film and dirt, so even though you >technically< have ocean view, you can barely see anything. Bathrooms are really cramped with those clingy fabric curtains. Staff is unhelpful and unfriendly. Gym has weights with loose plates, easy to injure youreself if not very careful. Pool filled with debris (leaves, baloon scraps), not cleaned at all over 3 days I spent there. "Sunset terrace" is closed an hour before sunset but same dirty windows make it obsolete anyway... Since its next to main road, expect extreme noise all day and night. Only positives were location close to old centre, beach and shopping malls. In general, I advise to avoid it at all costs!

The stay was amazing except for the part that I need to pay extra for some guest which will not stay overnight in the room
