It was ok but further away from main attractions. The gym had only one out of 5 machines working. The service at buffet could have been better. The rooms were great with the exception of no water curb in the shower and that would allow water to flow out.

The place was nice. The picture had a sauna in it but there was no sauna. Additionally, when I checked out, I was stuck in traffic and had to check out late, and even though I was charged only for a half day, it still was the same price as a full day.

This was my second time here, and it was again amazing. Room was pristine - was very lucky to be on the top floor so the street noise didn’t bother me at night - and service from staff impeccable and prompt. Breakfast was also amazing. I absolutely loved how they had a filtered water fountain in the lobby to fill my water bottles, saved a bit of $$ from buying water bottles when exploring during the day. Will always stay at this hotel when traveling to CDMX!!

Doy 4 estrellas porque la habitación no estaba muy limpia, encontramos moquitos en la ducha, pasta dental en el lavabo, pelusas y cabello en el retrete. Dejamos una nota para la chica que nos dejó el letrero de que nos había realizado la limpieza de la habitación, le comentamos esto mismo. La alberca estuvo muy tranquila, la comida y el servicio está rico. Hubiera sido 10/10 si no fuera por la limpieza pero en general sí es lindo el lugar.

Es un hotel muy cómodo, tranquilo, con una excelente ubicación, alberca climatizada, restaurantes y plazas caminando. Lo único malo que en mi habitación en el baño no realizaron bien la limpieza anterior y había cabellos en el baño y olvidaron ropa de dama en el ropero y las de limpieza no se dieron cuenta y ahí la dejaron. Pero fuera de eso 10/10. Sin duda alguna, volveré a hospedarme ahí.

Excelente ubicación para visitar el Monumento a la Revolución, la Alameda y alrededores del Centro Histórico. Fácil llegar en variedad de transportes. Muchas opciones de alimentos y restaurantes de todos los tipos y presupuestos. La habitación fue cómoda y sus servicios adecuados. Al usar la salita, en ocasiones se escuchaban algunos de los ruidos de la habitación vecina (por la puerta si te interesaran dos habitaciones conectadas).

Es una muy buena alternativa, el tema es q si coincide su llegada con la de un grupo, fatal , todo se vuelve un caos incluso en el room service, pedí unos molletes a las 10 y llegaron casi a las 12 (según porq el restaurante cierra a las 10 y el late room service inicia a las 11) esto es en ese tiempo no hay nadie q te de el servicio por lo demás es recomendable

Habitación regular, el personal de recepción fue muy grosero con mala cara todo el tiempo y sin educación ni los buenos días te responden, el personal de valet parking con actitud super nefasta. Con excepción de el personal del restaurante y el bar de la terraza. No es la primera vez que nos hospedamos en este lugar pero si será la última.

The check in was terrible. Horrible customer service at front desk. Not welcoming at all. The hotel is clean and the rest of the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Beds - mattress are super hard and the blankets are rough. Not the place you want to stay for comfort This place is good for location other than the 2 abandoned buildings next to the hotel with a ton of homeless at nigh. If that doesn’t face you, great location in terms of walking distance to the monument and great restaurants.

En cuanto al personal del mostrador patético, cero tolerancia como si fueses a mendigarle una habitación, cero resolutivo y arrogante. En cuanto al manager la atención fue increíble, amable y atento. Pero les hace falta unas clases de ética y profesionalismo a los de recepción. Fue mi primera vez en ese hotel y cero contenta, creo que a menos que sea muy muy necesario volvería.

Voy a explicar mi queja en inglés y español: We have stayed at Casa Blanca appropriately 12 times over 6 years. Before this visit. the management always treated us well and extended minor courtesies. This will be our last visit, because this time, they treated us like trash. We always provide generous tips to the staff, and many employees have confirmed visitors from Europe and Asia almost never tip. There are several good hotel options in this area at competitive prices. I will miss the excellent service from the restaurant, room cleaners, and bell boys. But I will never allow myself to be abused by the Reception Management ever again. Nos hemos alojado en Casa Blanca 12 veces en 6 años. Antes de esta visita, la gerencia siempre nos trataba bien y nos daba pequeñas cortesías. Esta será nuestra última visita, porque esta vez nos trataron fatal. Siempre damos propinas generosas al personal, y muchos empleados han confirmado que los visitantes de Europa y Asia casi nunca dan propina. Hay varias buenas opciones de hoteles en esta zona a precios competitivos. Echaré de menos el excelente servicio del restaurante, el personal de limpieza y los botones. Pero nunca más permitiré que la gerencia de recepción me maltrate.

Mi experiencia en el Hotel Casa Blanca, cerca del Monumento a la Revolución, dejó mucho que desear. Al hacer mi check-out olvidé una chamarra de piel negra, la cual dejé claramente sobre la silla del escritorio en mi habitación. Me di cuenta el mismo día y marqué de inmediato, pero me informaron que el área de objetos perdidos no trabajaba ese día y que debía llamar dos días después. Cuando llamé en la fecha indicada, simplemente me dijeron que no encontraron nada. Me resulta muy frustrante e injusto, ya que estoy seguro de dónde la dejé y la reporté de inmediato. El valor económico de la prenda es significativo y la falta de seguimiento o interés por parte del hotel me deja la sensación de una pérdida injustificada. Entiendo que fue un descuido de mi parte, pero también espero profesionalismo, transparencia y responsabilidad de un hotel de esta categoría. La atención que recibí fue indiferente, sin ofrecerme una solución real ni mostrar preocupación por el huésped. No volvería a hospedarme en este lugar ni lo recomendaría.

We had a great stay at Hotel Casa Blanca. We were there for Independence Day and it was in a great location, close to el zocalo. The area felt safe and we were easily able to extend our stay a few more days. Service was courteous and accommodating. Would definitely come back to this establishment.

Staff was excellent with the exception of the young lady who checked us in. Very cold No expression no smile like she was doing us a favor. The restaurant and cleaning staff were GREAT. We had a problem securing the door to our room. The maid called maintenance and he was there in 10 min and fixed the problem quickly.

I loved my stay at this hotel. It is located just steps away from the revolution monument and musem. There are restaurants around the area. And if you like to walk like me, hotel is not too far from the alameda central park and the historic center.

Slipped pretty hard in the shower and bruised my leg and back, the floor is very slick especially when wet. The food is edible but not very flavorful. One order of room service for lattes and chocolate milk for the kids the milk was spoiled and sour, which they corrected as soon as we brought it to their attention. I feel like there are other hotels for less money with better location. Our room was facing a direct demolition, and the entire stay they were bulldozing and remodeling the entrance to the hotel so during the day it was very noisy in the lobby which we heard all the way outside on the roof lounging in the hammock. The ladies at the front desk are professional but very cold, not friendly nor welcoming. Just task driven, which is ok with me but can come off as rude to some. I did appreciate that they cleaned the room everyday of our entire 7 night stay. The pool is very small, again, you can find nicer hotels for same amount of money; or even less, with better food, views and amenities. Will not be coming back but it was acceptable for 1st time visiting MX city.

The location is a walking distance to the reforma street and all the business buildings around. 15-20 minutes to Zocalo. the room is very clean, the breakfast is excellent. the breakfast manager Germano is very friendly and professional. Safe location. Too many options around like restaurants. 20 -25 minutes to the airport. I highly recommend.
