Stayed 2 nights

We have stayed at Fiesta Americana Reforma several times and previously enjoyed the hotel. Unfortunately, during our most recent stay, one of my wife’s belongings went missing. After we repeatedly followed up and escalated the matter, the hotel concluded that a staff member had accidentally discarded the item. Although we did not feel the available facts fully supported that conclusion, the hotel ultimately compensated us for it. Our main disappointment was the way the situation was handled. We had to initiate every follow-up and push for updates; otherwise, we were simply directed to call a toll-free number to check the status of the investigation. This experience left us with a bad impression, and we are unlikely to stay at this hotel or another Posadas property in the future. That is unfortunate, as we had previously enjoyed staying with this hotel group.

It could not be in a more centric location! The staff was extremely friendly and corteous. The property is a bit outdated but every clean. Would recommend if you want a great location to come back to after spending your day out and about.
