La habitacion estaba de lujo, muy espaciosa, limpia, cama cómoda y aire acondicionado que funciona bien. El Personal ya sea del Lobby o el Restaurante me atendió muy bien, ya que son amables y atentos. Lo único que me desagrado del Hotel fue que no le están dando el correcto mantenimiento a su Alberca en el Ultimo Piso. Ya que al entrar a la alberca, sentí que el piso y la paredes estaban todas viscosas y resbalosas, lo cual es indicios de algas o mohos; además de que al tocar la pared que estaba viscosa y se me quedo pegado el olor a agua estancada o en estado de descomposición en los dedos de la mano. Creo que deberían de estar mas atentos al estado del agua y superficies de la alberca, y no solo meterle cloro de manera periódica. (Tal vez hasta necesitarían meter Fungicida o algo)

El traslado al buscarnos al aeropuerto se atrasó un poco a causa del trafico, al devolvernos para el aeropuerto fue excelente y súper puntual. Todo muy limpio, el personal excelente. La piscina tenia mucho clorox y el olor era fuerte, pero el aera y todo super bien.

The Bad: The pool, sauna, gym was on the 6th floor, NO WHEELCHAIR ACCESS; my husband has to pull me up the stairs. The Good: Other than the above, the property was beautiful, clean, quiet, friendly, and room service was FAST!

Todo fue excelente!!! De inicio con el servicio incluido del traslado desde y hacia el aeropuerto que considero muy valioso y excelente por su eficiente disponibilidad 24/7, comodidad y seguridad. Al ingresar a las instalaciones se aprecia su pulcritud, comodidad, grandes espacios e instalaciones de primera que se conserva en la habitación, disponibles aún para grupos grandes en un solo lugar (en mi caso fuimos 6 personas). Continuando con el atento servicio, amabilidad y gran hospitalidad de todo su personal ante cualquier consulta y solicitud. Los servicios disponibles incluyen una alberca techada con control de temperatura, gimnasio y sauna, todos disponibles en un amplio horario desde temprano en la mañana hasta tarde en la noche. El hotel también cuenta con una cafetería abierta las 24 horas, lo cual complementa su adaptabilidad, disponibilidad y flexibilidad de horarios en prácticamente todas sus amenidades. Finalmente, pero de gran utilidad, se cuenta con un cajero automático en la sala de espera de planta baja y el hotel tiene convenio con un servicio de taxis de confianza y seguridad para traslados redondos a sitios de interés, así como tours a los mismos. Como conclusión, mi familia y yo tuvimos una experiencia sumamente agradable las cinco noches que nos hospedamos, aprovechamos la ubicación céntrica del hotel y todo lo antes mencionado.

Lamentablemente el transporte del Aeropuerto al hotel no funcionó, esperé 40mn en el lugar indicado y no llegó. No es claro cuándo pasa, al llegar en el mostrador me dijeron que tenía que llamar, aunque en la confirmación me dijeron que no hacía falta. Puede haber muchi tráfico por lo que si sólo vas a dormir te recomiendo un hotel más cerca del aeropuerto. La habitación es cómoda y el personal amable. La sábana tenía manchas de sangre, desagradable.

Great attention by front desk staff. Room was super clean, everything excellent condition. Buffet breakfast was varied, abundant and fresh. Overall I totally recommend this hotel in an excellent location very close to the Mexico City International Airport.

Walls are too thin you can hear everything your next door guest is doing, saying. Room entrance door is super narrow, it was ok for us but not idk for a large and tall person. Bathroom door did not close all the way. shower door did not close and water was spilling outside, and shower head was pointed toward the outside of shower and couldn’t be moved. Bathroom smell like sewage.

this hotel is OK but nowhere near the category of "wonderful" as it is touted on hotel.com website. Good: clean room with comfortable beds Bad: nowhere to sit except a rickety, desk, chair, flimsy door with no security lock, lots of noise from other rooms and hallways. There are many better options in the area.

Service was great! The staff was nice and happy to help with anything needed. The hotel was nice and clean and so were the rooms the only thing I had issues with was the AC it didn’t really cool the room. Other than that my stay was great!

The hotel, staff, restaurant and room were all great. The room was spacious and quiet with blackout curtains. The neighborhood was iffy but we didn't walk around so it didn't matter. We had a nice breakfast at the buffet which was very complete. It is a 15-25 minute shuttle ride to the airport depending on traffic and the terminal. Finding information out about the shuttle was frustrating. I sent 2 messages via the app and got no response. I sent a Whatsapp the day we arrived. By the time we got our suitcases I still had no info. Wr called earlier in the day and no one answered. I called again and someone answered and was very nice. She told.me to go out door 4 and look for a guy with black pants, a white shirt and a gray coat. Turns out, he had an orange sweater on, not a gray coat. The shuttle back to the airport dropped several people at T1. But when our turn came, instead of dropping us off at the Aeromexico departure spot on the curb at T2, he left us where the buses park in an obscure corner on the arrivals flooor which meant we had to get our 6 bags up to departures. It seemed strange and we felt taken advantage of for being foreigners. If it wasnt for the shuttle issues, I would.give this a 5 star rating.

A mi llegada el check in se hizo trade, hasta las 16.30 ya que no contaban con habitaciones limpias. Tuve que esperar en lobby durante una hora y eso afectó mis planes. Nunca me ofrecieron los desayunos incluidos en recepción y olvidé utilizarlos. La parte de la estadía estuvo bien.

Excellent service with a great and friendly staff. The place is clean and easy to get to from the airport 10 to 15 minutes. Use the shuttle from the hotel and you will need to schedule them to pick you up and drop you from airport to hotel. Use their taxi service for a safe city exploration and they will also pick you up.

The food at the restaurant is phenomenal. It was late when I got there and I was starving, but they still brought me a soup and it was great. The shuttle was a longer than normal wait at the airport after arriving Tuesday night, so this why I almost missed getting to eat dinner--which is crucial after air travel and ridiculous check-in times and no food. Room service is not appealing to me. I have ordered it before and been asleep from exhaustion by the time it arrived. Rooms are always clean and inviting. In the morning only one young man was working at the little cafe. When I arrived, no problem, but by the time he got my order there was a line of 4 very anxious men waiting and yelling at him. A manager came over from the restaurant, but not to help, only to ask him what the problem was. Anyone not blind could see what the problem was. He was by himself with no help, while others stood around at lobby desk doing NOTHING. This was literally RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER. They could have helped him and come over if a guest came to check out. The "NOT MY JOB" attitude was unappealing and left me disgusted. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they shrugged and did nothing to help.

Entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Room was spotless (one of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in). Airport shuttle was quick to arrive to us, despite our plane arriving around midnight. I highly recommend Hotel Riazor Aeropuerto.

My family stayed at this hotel 2 previous times, making this the third and last. My problem was with the front office reception. My parents (seniors) arrived before check-in. They made no effort to accommodate. We offered to pay for the previous night stay to get a room but they claimed they were all sold out. I tried callimg them days before to make arrangements but they never answered. When i finally got a hold of someone they wouldnt provide the managers name and had no explanation for giving room access until 3pm. They made no effort to share there were other rooms nearby for the time being. Nothing. We will never be staying here again. Horrible, robotic customer service.Im still waiting to hear from their manager. Its been a week.

Had some issues with transportation and someone needs it to pick up the phone. Had to call numerous times in order someone to answer the phone. Not acceptable waiting 45 minutes for shuttle to pick up and then 30-40 minutes to get there.

The property was great for staying near the airport and the food was excellent. I loved the free shuttle and they picked me up promptly, even though I arrived before the check-in time. My room was also ready, which was welcome as I had been traveling since 3 AM and was exhausted. I did not walk around outside as I would not have felt super safe doing that, but otherwise fine.

They have a shuttle office in Terminal 2 which is very convenient. Staff is professional and polite. Most staff are multi lingual. Rooms are very nice. Restaurant service is good. Room service is good. Food in restaurant is good, but not excellent. I recommend ordering breakfast from the menu rather than buffet.

Las instalaciones perfectas, el servicio muy cordial, las mucamas muy amigables y todo muy correcto, en el restaurante, ofrecía buffet y a la carta, decidimos pedir a la carta definitivamente el café tibio, la orden de pancakes duros y el pan dulce estuvo recalentado y lo comí duro.
