Good place to stay. I have stayed here many times. The only suggestion is to add the number of power outlets. In today's world, we are constantly using our devices, the rooms need power outlets next or near night stands. This trip I had to find a hardware store to buy an extension cord.

Location is great, but the hotel itself leaves some room for improvement. The bathroom door of my room cannot be closed because the door is slightly bigger than the door frame. One of the two elevators have problems with the sixth floor button. Staff are friendly and helpful, but the hardware is a little lacking.

Great location, sidewalk in need of repair, great hot shower, internet stable. The view out of my window was of rooftop ventilation vent. Inside view to top it off. Not very pretty! I guess for the price ok, but next time I’ll request a better view from the window.

En general estuvo bastante bien, la atención del personal excelente, muy amables, solo que en cuestión de limpieza no me agradó tanto, el bidet tenían vellos, como que no lo suelen lavar mucho y el lavabo también me lo entregaron con vellos, lo cual significa que no lo lavaron bien pero fuera de ello todo muy bien, sobre todo la atención del personal

Upon opening the door to our room, there was a very strong awful odor. The room looked run down, and the bed was hard with old bedding. The shower had hairs on the walls and the toilet had plumbing issues. Do not be fooled by the photos that are advertised.

Service was great. Unfortunately my room stunk like pee and dirty feet. Some nights were noisy. Maid services were not the best as I found black hairs on my bed sheets and bathroom was not clean thoroughly found old hairs 😥 . Front desk was excellent as the restaurant

en general esta bien por el precio, los empleados la mayoria muy amables, las instalaciones un poco viejas, la alfombra del cuarto muy manchada y algunos aditamentos como el recipiente de hielos muy viejo y desgarrado por el uso, limpieza mala, encontre cabellos de mujer en las sabanas, yo tengo el cabello corto e iba solo, recipiente de hielos no lo revisaron y el huesped anterior lo agarro de basurero y no tuvieron la limpieza de revisarlo, dos cajones con servilletas usadas, si buscar un lugar cerca del consulado de VISA americana como fue mi caso esta excelente, unas por otras, llegas en 7 minutos caminando.

Excellent location, short walk to Insurgentes metro and all sorts of bars, restaurants, nightlife. Between the hotel & Insurgentes is an amazing cafe pickup window - no seating but strong coffee and some pastry/sandwich options. This is a no-frills stay, not even a mini fridge or microwave (my fault for not checking). We found the bed a bit small, if you are sizeable, consider a room with 2 beds. The shower had excellent pressure and was plenty hot. There's a lot of traffic noise if you're facing the main road - the windows have slats at the top that open for circulation that don't block out the noise. The person who checked us in failed to give us the WiFi password (as foreigners we didn't have cell service) and didn't explain the room safe/lockbox that you have to put 500 peso deposit to get a special lock and key. Not a big deal but it was confusing if no one explains how it works - we should have used Google Translate to communicate. The overall feel is a very dated hotel, the carpet is long past due for a change. It's clean and a safe location, good if you intend to explore the city but not the best choice if you plan to spend a lot of time in the room.

Very convenient location to Zona Rosa, Roma Norte and the Reforma. Very walkable. Safe at night. Room was clean and everything worked. That said shower drain was quite slow; shower pan quickly filled up…not a big bother. No plugs by the bed so I couldn’t use my cpap machine. My extension cord wasn’t long enough. Had to charge phone and watch at desk away from bed. Always seemed slow at that plug. Found bathroom plug to work much better speedwise and charging unit wouldn’t overheat like at desk. Hard to adjust temp without a fan or room specific AC. Was hot during the day. If I opened window…lost some privacy. At one point a little girl staying in the room across the central open space was waving at me and I could see a parent walking behind her. If I closed the curtain I lost any ventilation. At night they sometimes ran a central AC. If window open at night…party/bar noise can be noticeable. Cleaning staff was nice; desk clerks often seemed bothered if I had a question or required assistance. My door key had to be re-programmed twice. I stayed longer in CDMX but did change hotels. Although I gave a 4 overall, doubt I will return if other options exist.

Morning receptionist was amazing, she let me check in a little before check in time. Afternoon guy was more than happy let me stay in same room when I had to extend unexpectedly one more night. Check in process is quick and fast. Hotel is safe, quiet, nice friendly bellmen, near subway, bars and restaurants. Right in middle of 2 great areas you can walk to. It is bit older hotel, no frills, but great if you just need a place to stay.

El personal de recepción no tan amable como debería de ser la atención al Huésped. Yo trabajo para la industria Hotelera y de Servicio al huésped y el servicio de algunos de recepción muy nefasta. Turno de 3 pm en adelante.

Nos tocó un temblor en el piso 5 El personal Organizó muy bien La evacuación del edificio. El inmueble se siente muy bien construido. sin embargo tuvimos una mala experiencia con el personal del restaurante que no los quería proveer de agua para beber.

Great location and within a few blocks choice of places to eat. The price was fair and I will return. Plenty of hot water and internet was stable. Easy Uber ride to TAPO.

Great location and within a few blocks choice of places to eat. The price was fair and I will return. Plenty of hot water and internet was stable. Easy Uber ride to TAPO.
