Excellent location. Quite even though we were downtown. Has a fan instead of central AC so it did get warm.

This is a GREAT hotel. Well situated in the center of Mexico. Very clean and the staff is outstanding. The only problem (and I think they should really try to solve it) was the very low quality of internet connexion. Very unstable at all time of the day. It is OK if you are just there for a few days and visiting, but if you need a hotel where you can work, it is not going to be pleasant. A few good restaurants nearby.

The hotel is ideally located for souvenir shopping and local dining. Its most suitable for visiting the 3 main monuments, Palacio de Bellas Artes, Mexico City Metropolitan Cathedral, Alameda Central park and Zocalo. The area can sometimes feel a little unsafe late in the night, but we did not have any issues.

Great location, clean and nice, with a great breakfast in the restaurant, and a great staff -- very nice -- with only one problem. It was unusually hot for CDMX, and there was no air in my room. For most of the year, that is not a problem. And there was a ceiling fan. But it was hot, without cross-circulation. Still, I'd stay there again.
