No había elevador solo uno pequeño no apto para ñ Personas de la tercera edad

Todo muy bien solamente que si hay que esperar el elevador ya que el otro está en construcción.

Personal de recepcion y botones muy amables, buena ubicacion para tramites y compras en el centro histórico. El estacionamiento pequeño pero lo tienen bien en resguardo y no dejas tu llave

Overall the property is clean, the only thing is that the prime elevator was out and the other one is very slow.

No alcancé estacionamiento y me mandaron a otro estacionamiento a 3 cuadras

Tienen meses con el elevador principal en mantenimiento y solo funciona uno que es para el personal y muy pequeño, varias veces hay que subir o bajar de las habitaciones por las escaleras ….

Tienen dos elevadores, el principal y otro de servicio, hace tiempo que me hospede y no servía el elevador principal, ahora continua así y el elevador de servicio es pequeño (2pers) y muy lento y no da abasto, hay ocasiones que hay que subir o bajar por las escaleras ....para personas mayores es un sacrificio y mayor riesgo ....urge arreglar esto e instalar a/a ya que con ventiladores no basta en época de calor ....

El estacionamiento es exageradamente pequeño. Para sacar tu auto es complicadisimo. Lo que no mencionan esque el estacionamiento está sujeto a disponibilidad y si no alcanzas lugar te mandan a llevar tu coche a otro hotel que está a 3 cuadras de distancia. Pésimo servicio

All went well but parking was a big problem. They did not have available parking on site. From day 1,we asked to have access to on site parking for the second night because we needed to drop a family member at the airport. Still no parking available. One of our family member had to walk about 4 block around 2 am to get the car. On the way back from the airport, we were not able to return to the what we were. They said do not return the parking will be closed. They said go back to your original hotel for parking which we did. When we return to the airport and after talking to them, they gave us access to the Marlowe parking and to our surprise, the parking lot was empty. This was very unfortunate. El estacionamiento fue un problema grande. Al llegar al hotel nos dijeron que no habia cupo en el estacionamiento y nos mandaron a otro hotel. Pedimos desde la primera noche accesso al estacionamiento en el hotel porque la segunda noche utilizariamos el coche a las 2am para ir a dejar a un familiar al aerpuerto. Aun asi no nos dieron espacio en el hotel. Un miembro de la familia tuvo que caminar a las 2 am en el calles para llegar al estacionamiento del otro hotel. Cuando informamos que regresariamos al hotel despues del aerpuerto, nos dijero que no podiamos regresar a este hotel que teniamo que ir al Marlowne. Al final de viaje, el el Marlowne, despues de todo, nos dieron acceso a su estacionamiento y lo que nos sorprendio es que el estacionamiento estaba vacio.

Hotel junto al Barrio Chino, a una cuadra de Bellas artes. El elevador principal nunca sirvio, se tenía que subir por un elevador muy pequeño, la caja fuerte estaba fallando y opte por no usarla. El personal muy atento y amable. El hotel No me dió ningún beneficio por ser socio oro de hoteles .com, como un vale para bebidas o una habitación superior.

Room was clean and fairly contemporary. Small, no air conditioning but a fan in the ceiling. If someone in the same stack showered you definitely heard it. Internet was hit and miss. We were there 5 days and sometimes had to go to the lobby for access. We were there during Chinese New Year. Went on several days and you definitely heard the drumming and fire crackers. Restaurant was good but was a bit of a guessing game as to when they took credit card or not. Ask first. Restaurant was closed Sunday night. Lots of food in Chinatown across the street. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Considering it's in Centro I would stay again. Ask for the Pasteleria Ideal up the street. Also enjoyed Tok's on Av. Juarez for dinner.

Limpio y buena atención por parte del personal

Excelente hotel, habitaciones cómodas, limpias y la atención del personal es de primera, muchas gracias!

La ubicación es excelente, está muy cerca del Palacio de Bellas Artes, cerca del Barrio Chino y a pocas cuadras del Zócalo. Hay varias opciones para comer cerca, además de que el hotel tiene su propio restaurante. La habitación era espaciosa, sin ruido, y todo muy limpio. Estuvimos muy a gusto en el hotel.

El hotel esta bien ubicado, muy limpio. El unico detalle es que los cuartos no cuentan con aire acondicionado.

Propiedad muy linda y bien ubicada en el centro histórico a una cuadra del Barrio chino, limpia y segura, el personal dispuesto a apoyarte en lo q necesites. Mi única observación es q el hotel es algo ruidoso y no soy ruidos externos, sino ruidos de sus tuberías y sus calderas y demás, por ejemplo si se baña el del cuarto de a lado, el ruido de las llaves del agua son muy fuertes

Amazing room and service! Staff was very welcoming and helped with our luggage. Room was big and beds comfortable, location is great, walking distance from a lot of historical spots. Definitely will come back.

Me abrieron la habitación a la 1:30 am, estando yo sola, dijeron que por que mi estancia se había acabado un día antes cuando no fue así, después dijeron que yo había hecho check out, que de nuevo les dije que no. Estuve muy asustada, no pudieron manejar de manera adecuada la situación, tampoco se preocuparon por cómo me encontraba ni como compensar la horrible noche que pasé por qué no pude dormir después de eso. Además las puertas no cuentan con cadena para evitar que alguien pase en caso de una situación como la que viví.

Great location with helpful staff

Unfriendly and not honest front desk, I was in hospital more than a week , They inform us filtering water is safe we know that tap water in Mexico is so bad but when they say filtered water is ok and middle of the night when we out of water and we trust their word that's so unprofessional way to do this business only with one time drinking from filtered water .

I have stayed here a few times and it gas always been a nice experience. From the bellboy, to the recepcion, everyone is very helpful and professional. I will continue to patronize this hotel when I am in Mexico City. You can't beat the location either. Most major attractions of the Historic Center are located within walking distance. Thank you Hotel Marlowe.

The staff was super welcoming, they have their own staff of taxi service Carlos was the best to take you places in the most safely manner and hos driving skills are incredible! I'll be coming back to this hotel, specially for the staff and location.

My 2nd stay was AMAZING,great room -my favorito since now 🙂,the staff was amazing costumer service BIG SHOUT OUT to Elizabeth from desk, the gentleman who greets us at the door at night very amable!!!! We will definitely be back.

Las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado, bueno lo acepto. Pero el dia 22 de nov 2023 la "srita" que se encontraba en recepcion (temprano 10 am) de mal modo a mis solicitudes: facturar, ya habia facturado antes, no le estoy pidiendo que escriba un libro y cuando le pedi la clave de internet me señala y dice "ahi esta" El problema no es lo que dices, el problema es como lo dices. Respecto a la factura me contesta que debia solicitarla al ingresar y previamente otro empleado me habia indicado que al salir (ponganse de acuerdo) yo lo solicite por WhatsApp y un dia antes de salir. El resto del personal bien, sobre todo las de limpieza, amables todo momento, pero basta una persona con mala actitud y prefiero quedarme en otro lugar.

Se nota que es un hotel ya entrado en años donde todavía se respira el ambiente de los 70´s y 80´s pero que se ha sabido conservar y adaptar a las necesidades modernas. Te da un sensación de seguridad a pocos pasos del Palacio de Bellas Artes y la Alameda, el Zócalo está un poco más lejos pero se llega a pie sin problemas

Great location, just of the madness of the city. One block to Bellas Artes. Walking distance to everything, next to the Chinatown and Reforma. Great access to all types of food for every pocket. Great staff, slow elevator and good sleeping quarters, if a little noisy depending on the consideration of the guests. Mostly families and business travelers. Recommended, and I'm very picky.

Excelente ubicación en el centro de la ciudad y de sitios turísticos como en Zócalo, Palacio de Bellas Artes, el Barrio Chino, Frikiplaza y Parque la Alameda. Muy cerca de estaciones del metro.

Es un excelente hotel, muy céntrico y el servicio es estupendo.

La zona centro te permite acceso a muchos comercios y restaurantes pero es sucia, muchos vendedores ambulantes, un poco insegura.

Excelente hotel en alegre y colorido Barrio Chino de México, muy cerca de todo en el centro histórico. Volveré.

I liked the location, Zocalo, Bellas Artes, and so many other landmarks within walking distance. I did not like the bar, not stocked woth variety. But staff was great! So friendly and helpful.

El hotel está súper céntrico. El personal es súper amable desde que llegas y durante toda la estancia estuvieron al pendiente de nosotros y nos ayudaron a conseguir los tours a los lugares que queríamos visitar. Las habitaciones están limpias y cómodas. Tienen lo necesario (toallasz, shampoo, acondicionador, crema, nuestra habitación tenía tina así que también había burbujas). Tiene un filtro de agua. Tv. El restaurante no es caro, la comida es rica, los platillos están bien servidos y las comidas completas están muy bien. El servicio es bueno aunque un poco lento. La verdad si volvería a quedarme ahí.

Location very good for reaching sights like Zocalo, Palais des Beaus Artes, etc., as well as shopping streets. Great staff will call a well-priced car for you, and helpful on orienting you to the city, etc. Plenty of hot water, only Spanish Language TV channels, convenient hotel restaurant, quiet for sleeping, my room had fan not a/c, comfortable bed and quality sheets, full service hotel.

Buen hotel. Limpio, centrico, camas comodas y restaurante apropuado.

El Hotel es de lo mejor y todo personal muy Amables y Atentos, lo único que no me gusta es que Restaurante no tiene Buffet
