Leonardo Hotel Milton Keynes

The TV channels didn't work except for one, and kept cutting out. Lifts in morning near check out took 20 mins

Excellent hotel very clean and modern, food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful Parking is optional and not included it’s also not on site, ( used car park opposite Purple Zone is cheaper for 24 hour stay

The hotel was lovely and clean. The receptionist was very attentive and knowledgeable. Breakfast was very nice with a lot of choice available.Good location to explore the area with lots of restaurants near by.The Only downside was no parking at the hotel, you had to park across the road on a pay and display.

Clean and Friendly staff but room was next to a very noisy lift that woke us every time someone used it! We were offered a coffee as compensation for disturbed sleep all night working for a global hotel chain myself this was disappointing

It seems clean enough, and the staff was polite and professional. It feels like an old hotel the carpet in my room looked dirty and a part of it was missing, the worst however are the elevators/lifts they are 19 years old and you can tell the middle one is the worst it sounds like it scrapes against the sides and it jolts noticeably i felt mildly unsafe riding it.otherwise great place with pleasant staff.

Hotel was in an ideal spot to access shops, nightlife and restaurants. Across the road was paid parking (although we unable to log online). We paid cash each morning which was fine. Hotel breakfast was nice although staff struggled to replenish items due to the amount of guests. One lift was broken and this caused a considerable delay. Cleanliness could be better, carpets required hoovering in the corridors/bedroom and deep cleaning. Bed was very comfortable and towels clean.

Needed it as a base for a trip to MK theatre. It was ideal for that. Walking distance to town centre. Easy parking opposite. (Parking costs apply). Noisy location but room I stayed in was well sound-proofed. Very comfy bed. Shower-head was in need of updating, and bathroom door didn’t close unless I locked it. But all said, for the money, it was good value and I would stay there again if in MK for another event. The staff I interacted with were all very friendly and helpful too.

Absence of a smart TV in a 21st century hotel of this stature. Absence of parking when the Travelodge next door provided parking and smart TV facilitates for half the price.

Hotel is modern and well-furnished. Bar/restaurant area very pleasant. Staff all friendly and welcoming. Parking not on site but very close and easy to access. Lots of pubs/restaurants nearby, easy to walk around. I would recommend this hotel.

Two nights in Leonardo Hotel, Milton Keynes as attending conference in hotel. Good buffet breakfast. Bar prices typical of hotels. We would stay here again should we revisit Milton Keynes. Best to book breakfast as part of B&B deal as £10 per person. It is £12.50 if not part of B&B if book it before tbe day but £14 if just turn up on the day. Parking in pink zone opposite hotel very reasonable at 50 pence per hour between 7am and 6pm.

Tied room. Bed not level and uneven and water pressure in the shower terrible. I heard everything from the room next door from their phone call to his coughs. Positive big TV

Not much to say really, semi decent hotel. But the previous cleaners hadn’t done a great job. A few bits of rubbish had been left in the room.

The carpet was stained and dirty, shower was not of right temperature, shower too stained with moulds. Heating wasn’t right temperature and goes off.

The room is average for £150/night. Bathroom poor, not so clean and mould on the ceiling. Breakfast was also poor.

The room was shocking. Stains on the carpet. The whole room felt unclean. I didn't want to touch much because of it

While i wasnt disappointed overall i didnt think this Leonardo hotel matched the Leonardo i stayed in London. My stay was fine and i thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast with its excellent choices and standards of food and presentation. My bed was comfortable and linen clean. Shower was fine and had hot water. Being on 10th floor meant lovely views. The room however was unimaginative and overly simple. Sadly the skirting boards were very dirty (stains) and dusty in places. On the Friday night i stayed there were doors banging loudly until just after 11pm, it would be helpful if all doors had dampeners on them for softer closure. Also to my surprise i could hear traffic even on the 10th floor, it wasn't constant but very noticeable were the motorbikes.

Hotel good but expensive for the rate I paid. Had an Exec room with an adjoining door. Neighbour had TV on a moderate level but woke me as you could hear ever noise from each others rooms

Overal a nice hotel. Modern comfortable rooms. Due to being central, the noise of drunks and screaming and people constantly using the car horn went on past 02:00am. Shower is nice and powerful, however due to having no pressure setting or a head that swivels you end up getting freezing water on you until it warms up. If you try to turn it on from outside the shower the floor starts getting soaked. But overall really comfortable bed and room, good size TV, good amenities. Staff are very welcoming and helpful.

Rom was ok, there was a large stain on the carpet under the desk, internet was very slow on the 10th floor. bathroom could have been cleaner. Breakfast selection for €15 was poor

Room was fine - nice spacious bed. Excellent location for a social evening. Not a lot of choice for breakfast but what was there was nice. The shower was very weak and only just about warm on both days.

Noisy even on the 10th floor. You can hear the lifts all the time through the night even though we were quite far from the lift itself. Also lots of noise from the bathroom. Bathroom really old and not very clean.

Issue with the room key / card at check-in however was resolved with a replacement.

Wonderful hotel, great value for money. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was top notch and the breakfast had great variety. I would certainly recommend!

I’ve stayed here several times and I’ve always had amazing customer service. However, yesterday’s check it was actually disgusting service. Went to check in desk no hello just ‘one night’ in a blunt voice, then ‘no breakfast’ then she stared at me. I felt very off put and she was extremely rude. I feel bad for all the other staff working there, no ‘have a nice stay’. We are human talk to us with respect we are paying you for your good service, honour it. I am now on edge and taking another chance on this hotel, as a frequent visitor.

I’m writing to make a serious complaint regarding my recent stay. From 10pm until 6am the room next door was playing loud music, shouting, and talking continuously. It was obvious they were under the influence of *Class A drugs*, making the situation not only disruptive but completely unsafe. I tried to contact reception, but the in-room phone wasn’t working. Being on floor 10 I couldn’t just pop down easily in the middle of the night — so I emailed reception twice, clearly explaining the situation, and still no action was taken. The fact that this was allowed to go on for nearly 9 hours with zero intervention is completely unacceptable. I had no sleep. 1/10

When rebranded from Jurys felt the hotel was on an upward curve, its now deteriorating i.e. 5th floor multiple stays now and all rooms stayed at very dated. VIP Perks not recognised by the hotel on numerous occasions most recent 8 separate rooms booked no one offer discounted drinks vouchers or room upgrades........unsure if Expedia or Leonardo's fault..........

Issue at checkin where no key cards could be issued. Both manager and receptionist rude and flapping around. Duty manager took me to room and let me in and promised keys would be put under door later on. This never happened 10 minutes after being in room. Door was opened with no knock whilst undressed. Great hotel, staff were really helpful

Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights for our anniversary and my partners birthday. The first night went okay, friendly bar staff and receptionists, that is until it becomes evening time... our second night involved a situation where the police were contacted and we were given advice to ask of the hotel. Mainly for cooperation purposes involving cctv footage. This is where it went south. The “duty manager” of the evening whose name is Ioannis, was extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. When asked the information we needed he had no answers, which is sometimes the case as we know. However he had no resolutions also. And when asked simple questions like his name, we were told to “read his badge” This accompanied by his rude mannerisms, eye rolling, huffing and puffing made us feel like we were merely chewing gum on the bottom of his shoes, an inconvenience. After a back and forth about having his name he then called security over to make us seem as some sort of aggressors. Eventually, the next day we were given the information we needed after a 5 minute chat with another staff member. All this information “the duty manager” could have provided us. Overall I’d say don’t even bother staying here unless you want to be treated like you’re a problem or inconvenience. Horrible experience, and ruined our entire weekend.

Second time in 3 weeks booked number of rooms for a work trip no one in the party recevied a 20% drinks/food voucher on either visit, no one had an upgrade despite rooms being available.

The hotel is loving and clean very friendly staff excelent choices for breakfast quiet area, some restaurants very near, walkable to centre shopping and theatre.

Good value very handy for MK Central

Very nice hotel, but in noisy area, near bars open until 1am and our room was pretty noisy, they had an event on the first night, which was extremely loud, although when speaking to reception they tried their best to accommodate and mitigate the noise. Would stay again, but maybe need a room other side of hotel

Great location for the train station and bars and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly and efficient service. Great price too.

Very nice modern hotel, fabulous location for everything you need in Central Milton Keynes. Walking distance to train station, restaurants and the fabulous shopping centre.

All good at this hotel except for the noise at night in the corridors and outside . Near the hub so understand .

Great location and easily accessible

The hotel itself was nice. Unfortunately, other guests were quite noisy in the early hours, returning to their rooms, talking really loud and slamming doors. The staff were all pleasant and friendly. And the breakfast was nice with plenty of selection.

Shower was could clearly broken because bath and sink had hot water shower was cold only Food in the restaurant was so bad the fish and chips were inedible and refunded from the bill

I've stayed at this hotel many times before, and happy to see that the hotel have finally added 2 yes 2 coffee machines in the breakfast bar! There are even coffee cups to go ! Well done. Unfortunately, the selection of fruit is far from ideal, however, there are plenty of typical English breakfast foods to enjoy. The room is clean, spacious, and even had a tassimo machine with pods! Iron and Ironing board were also in the room. Checkin was fairly fast, and on check out they have an option for express checkout. The staff are always very helpful! Parking is never an issue as there are many spaces across the road, with EV chargers and free parking from 7 PM till 7 AM which is handy! Many restaurants and bars within couple of minutes walk which is handy if I'm travelling with collogues or clients. I would happily stay there again.

Arrived at 3pm stood at bar 15 mins no one came so we left. Came back 9.30pm bar area was cold.brakfast was shocking everything was cold very disappointed even after complaining the stuff that came out after was still cold .its like the hotel is going bust and they are cutting corners ie no heating on not many staff .Room was outdated and shower area was grubby looking .

Check in was a pleasant experience and when I asked if we could have a quiet room we were upgraded to an executive room with fridge. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We’ve stayed here on numerous occasions over the years and I’d say the breakfast wasn’t as good as usual. The dining room is getting shabby and stains on chairs off putting. To be fair a lot of guests were down for breakfast and it wasn’t so easy to choose what you wanted to eat. the food wasn’t being replenished quickly to meet demand, eg I was looking forward to fried eggs but I couldn’t wait as I’d already plated the mushrooms and bacon. I liked the gluten free cornflakes. They’re portion wrapped to fresh. Good choice of breads. We didn’t get croissants as none left at 8.00am. They might have been replenished later. Good choice of items and there are healthy options too. As usual the waiting staff are busy. They have activities to do on their phones and need to discuss with colleagues but they are always friendly when approached. I’d say breakfast is okay overall. The hotel isn’t perfect but there’s nothing that I’d want to complain about and happy to stay again.

Good location and good rooms. Staff are always very helpful. Only ever small issue is at breakfast when supplies run out, nothing major though.

Breakfast is poor, in particular fruit and healthy eating. Coffee is poor. This is a 4 star hotel and one would expect quality.
