Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely lady on the front desk. She asked if I had children and gave me some bits that would help them to enjoy their stay too. Throughout our stay the team were very helpful, with advice on local amenities and info on the hotel. The pool and changing area were very clean

I am disappointed that; 1. Hidden charge for the parking £15 overnight, when I specifically searched for free parking. 2. The only other reason I chose this pool was because it had a pool, which has significant restrictions such as adult only swimming, not mentioned using the app, which meant we couldn’t use it In essence the only two specific criteria searched for are failures and actually incorrect.

Staff were so lovely at the Holiday Inn however we were absolutely gutted to find out the pool was closed when we got to the hotel. It was the only reason we chose this hotel in MK. 3 hours after check in I received an email from the hotel to say that the pool was closed and we could cancel for free

The hotel was lovely, nice restaurant and breakfast was great. Really lovely, friendly staff. Plenty of shops around. Only downfall is that I thought the hotel cost included the parking, however this was an extra £15 per day.

I was disappointed with the stay at the hotel as we selected this hotel only for the swimming pool with my son. On arrival no one informed us that the swimming pool was out of order from the previous Thursday. We found out when we went down to use the pool. If the holiday inn staff would have informed us in-advanced or at check in but nothing. Poor customer service. Secondly the rooms are large and very comfortable but the shower water pressure was terrible even for a man getting showered. Would certainly consider staying somewhere else when back in MK. As I normally stay at the holiday inn shepperton and have never had any issues. So hope this is a one off but it did dampen the trip with my son.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The hotel's main areas were clean and functional for meeting up with other business parties. The food at the hotel was excellent, including the bar menu options. The bedroom area was clean and functional but looked onto the foyer/ restaurant area, which was noisy. There was a door onto a balcony but this could not be opened and with no other window the room was slightly claustrophobic ( the air-con system was rather noisy also). The bathroom could have been cleaner and some of the fixtures replaced. Saying that the staff were great and on that basis, I would be willing to stay here again but request a room on the outside of the building that had windows which could be opened.

I stayed here because I attended theMotogp. The hotel was a 17 minute walk to Milton keynes train station or a 5 minute drive. Plenty places for dining, and very quiet area. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, I highly recommend. The room itself was ok. I wish there was a refrigerator and microwave. There was no power outlet next to the bed. Weirdly enough, wash clothes wasnt included with the linen. The staff were great. I would consider visiting again.

Room was larger than expected, nice and clean. Very hot but there was a tower fan in the room that helped a little. Bed was clean and comfy, pillows were a little hard but at least there were 2 each. Had a room with an internal view into the atrium/bar area which was unusual but nice, natural light came into the room from there.

Rooms are blisteringly hot 24/7 due to an antiquated air circulation system. The “air conditioning” system does not actually condition the air. All it does is blow hot air around the room, even on its coolest setting. Spoke to other guests and they had the same issue. It was so bad I woke up roughly every hour due to the heat. I resulted to wetting a flannel and placing it on me whilst I slept to try and keep cool. Eventually I woke up earlier that I’d like, got fed up, went for an early breakfast and checked out as soon as I could. Spoke to the front desk and they said the building is incredibly old and is in the queue for a revamp, however it’s a long way down the list. Staff were kind and helpful, but I absolutely cannot recommend sleeping in this hotel till they do something about cooling the rooms down.

I was expecting a standard hotel but was very surprised by how much I enjoyed staying here. Apart from being clean, having parking on site and lovely restaurant, the staff made the trip! The young man on reception (I wish I remembered his name) was just lovely! Very friendly and helpful and kind. He took time to talk to me and make me feel so much better after my very long day at work. The waitresses in the restaurant were also really lovely. Helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

The welcome on arrival at reception was really warm and inviting.Staff were really polite and all questions or requests were addressed. Having been to a musical festival and coming back in high spirits, it was wonderful to be served by bar & lounge staff Mandy. She had such high energy and was a total delight to speak with. Overall, my 1 night stay was good vale for money.

The room was amazing, as was the hotel. The colleagues serving breakfast were exceptional, very friendly, genuine and gave great customer service. Only criticism I had was check-in. Young man on desk was very flat and felt disinterested. He processed my check in well, but failed to mention my room numbers or which floor I was on. However, young lady on the desk when I checked out was the opposite; warm, friendly and genuine.

A Truly Amazing and Unforgettable Stay! My recent stay at the Holiday Inn was absolutely amazing, thanks in large part to their exceptional staff. We were there to celebrate a very special occasion: our anniversary and our daughter's birthday. From the moment we arrived, we were met with incredible hospitality. The front desk staff, especially Cristina, was so friendly and welcoming. We were celebrating a double milestone, and Cristina had clearly listened to the notes provided. To our complete and lovely surprise, we found a few treats left in our room for the occasion. This unexpected and thoughtful gesture truly made our stay feel special and personalized. The staff at this hotel are truly outstanding, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable and warm experience. We can't wait to come back!

After spending 1 night in the room that we originally got and due to some issues with room and cleanliness, I requested at the reception if our room could be changed. The staff member at the reception, by the name of Tiana, was very apologetic and straightaway offered to change our room and gave us an upgrade as we were still going to be spending 2 more nights. That was a very kind gesture from the hotel group. This was our first time at the Holiday Inn, as we always book Premier Inn. But Tiana saved me from not booking Holiday Inn again! Thank you so much.

Pretty simple one night business stay at the hotel. Short distance from the train station and the business hubs which made commute by Uber or taxi easy. The breakfast was pretty simple and below my expectations from the peak rate that I paid.

We stayed here the night before visiting Bletchley Park. We enjoyed the lobby bar. All the staff were really friendly and attentive. Our room was comfortable and adequate. Breakfast was really good. Well cooked, tasty and plenty of choice. The breakfast staff were also friendly and welcoming.Hotel is in walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants, a big supermarket and shopping centre- not that we had time to go there.

We had a lovely room with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is in a great location if you want to be in the centre of Milton Keynes. We eat in the hotel but if you fancy a night out there are loads of restaurants near.

Nice hotel, love the glass lift, good location, cant go wrong for the price, could do with walk in shower also weird you have to pay for room service in person downstairs. But all in all no issues, would book again!
