The place did not have parking. The parking is a third party valet. The valet did not give us all the info. After making a payment for 3 days he tells us that we have to bring back the car to him by 8 or park it on the street EVEN THOUGH WE PAID FOR IT. The room was clean but the comforter was torn. Wouldn’t recommend this place

Stayed here to attend an event at the Bell Centre. Location is perfect for this- an easy <10minute walk. There are lots of shops and restaurants on the block and it’s very walkable. There is however no on site parking, and the valet parking was full when we arrived. We had to park several blocks away in an underground facility which was ok but not great. The building is a bit old and the elevators VERY slow to wait for. The rooms were clean and simple. Would stay here again as long as I didn’t need car access during our stay. Check in staff were LOVELY and so kind. Upon checking out the desk staff was a bit curt, but not unprofessional.

Overall, good value for the price - it is very noisy at night, though with lots of surrounding bars/pubs, so be mindful of this if booking! Room was clean and staff were friendly, but slow elevator.

The hotel is in a good location to restaurants and shopping. Parking is limited and the receptionist suggested a lot across the street. He stated they charge $40 a day. We went there and the attendant wanted $60 a day. We went 2 blocks over as suggested by a different parking lot for $18 a day that was indoor. While staying there one of the two elavators for the 14 floor hotel was out of service. The fitness room was also not available. The room I stayed in was run down, but clean. It had a deck with a great view. Being so close to the street came with alot of noise at night time. Room service came once and forgot to replace the towels. We were able to get a couple clean towels from the front desk. The breakfast was random and usually not ready at the stated breakfast times. They would put out food randomly and the women who was in charge of it was miserable and mad everytime we saw her. She would be slamming things around and walking around with the worst looks on her face every day. Tables were dirty often. They had complimentary water and coffe in the lobby.

No enought parking for the guest staying, or at least not parking for my car the nights we stayed, I had to find my own on a different street, the ballet is only until 2100h, not amazing since there is not Parking in Montreal and all the roads around are a one-way very inconvenient we ended up in jimmy's garage parking on the next road over montageire I think. The facility was fine very noisy, bring earplugs and headphones wear both to sleep cause it is Montreal, the breakfast was fine, continental, good heure of service, but again not enough place for guests to sit and eat we had to hoover until a table was free. For the cost it was reasonable.

Hot water took 10-15 minute to get warm, our bathroom was falling apart, the price was too high to be woken up by construction every day at 6 am, the carpet smelled very bad in the room, the room was not clean (dirt and spots all over the lamps and tables) bathroom in the lobby was never clean only thing was staff was very nice and helpful and it was a good location

No parking on site as advertised, just a few blocks away. Sheets & bathtub were dirty, there was a lot of hair on the sheets. We were given flat sheets to change it ourselves. I would not recommend the Location young family especially at night, we arrived late from our flight. Every night I got woken by people outside or coming in from their night out. If you’re there to party then it will be a great location for u because bars are just door steps away.

Good friendly service. Enjoyed the hot breakfast included. However, the room and corridors were shabby. Carpets and drapes were old and tattered. Pillows needed to be replaced. Room was clean so shabbiness was no fault of housekeeping.

We picked this place specifically because cause it stated they had on site self parking, or valet. We got there to only valet service available, away from site (which is fine), but we had to pick up the car ourselves the next morning. So we paid full price for half a service - the valet person was very sweet tho and very friendly. Rooms are poorly insulated, we could clearly hear people talk and scream from the street until 2am and we were on the 6th floor. We were given 2 face cloths and two towels only for 3 people. However, the room was very clean and the location was somewhat convenient. The pictures were definitely making the place look better than it is. Would NOT recommend with a baby/young kid.

Great proximity to Bell Centre & Metro. Rooms were clean. Minor maintenance needed, such as wallpaper peeling in spots in room. Overall, enjoyed the stay, beds were comfortable. Would stay again.

Nice room for a big city. Clean, had fridge, microwave and coffee maker. AC made a bunch of noise, but since it was cold outside, that wasn't too much of a problem. Reported it to desk on check out. Very convenient to restaurants, shopping and Bell Centre. Would stay again

The building looks very tired and old. Room service was absent for one day. The plumbing had problems where only very hot water was coming out of the cold water line. No cold water one morning. So no shower. Place needs a major overhaul.

The room was big, clean and the hotel location was perfect - centrally located and walking distance to the events. Strong water pressure in the shower, but the carpet outside the bathroom was always wet due to this. Tried to not get it wet, but nothing really worked. Elevator a little slow, older building, overall good.

Staff were friendly and location is excellent! The hotel and rooms are clearly a bit dated, mostly clean but starting to look bad with stained and peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, however rooms were cleaned well. Breakfast was included but would not recommend as it was incredibly crowded, chaotic trying to get food, and no room in the breakfast area to sit. Valet parking was also mentioned and while someone does helpfully guide you to their offsite lot, you need to go with them and walk back, as well as pick up your own car when leaving so it is not real valet service. Overall great location and solid place for a nights sleep, but it is dated and amenities are lacking

It’s located at the heart of downtown so you can have access to many stores, shops and restaurants but that makes lots of noises especially due to a few pubs around. You hear people late night who scream and fight. The room has minimum facilities that is normal for a 3-star hotel. The faucet was loose and mirrors were very dirty. The worst experience was the guy at breakfast. He hit me and made the coffee at my hand poured and burned my hand. He didn’t even apologize for his behavior 😠😕! The staff are not very welcoming except our check in lady whose name is “Puma”. She was the best part.

However, when we returned to the room later that evening, we found that we couldn't access it. We went downstairs to speak with the service staff, and they informed us that our belongings had been packed up because they had given our room to other guests."

Really excellent location. Right on Crescent street and half a block from St. Catherine. Ample shops and restaurants and Bar. I do suggest this hotel to the younger crowd who will be there for the nightlife. If you're not a nightlife crowd, the area is noisy. We stayed on the 10th floor and heard the noise until 4am. Again this is during patio season. I dont know what the area would is like when it gets a bit cold outside.

Overall, this hotel is ok as a budget option if no other choices are available. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but the dealbreaker for me was finding yellow and red stains on the pillowcases. breakfast was extremely overcrowded, to the point where I wouldn’t consider it a perk when booking this hotel.

The room was a good size and 'did the job' but had faults, which were poinyed out to the staff in the form of a written list..there were no apologies just 'ill pass it on to the manager'! The breakfast room was extremely basic (we have had many free breakfasts at comfort inns and know its basic but the rooms been ok) and not clean...was disappojnting.
