Holiday Inn Montreal Centre Ville Downtown by IHG

The only good thing of the hotel was the location and the staff. Was not expecting such a poor quality for pretty high price, so money definitely not well spent. The whole hotel needs to refurbished, the room was really dark and the furniture from the 80’s. Breakfast was a joke, no cold cuts, cheese vegetables etc. Would not recommend and would not stay there again.

The room itself was clean. The rest of the property was dirty and needs some help. The neighborhood was a bit sketch also

Everything is very good. The only downside is the layout of the drop-off zone. There's one queue for customers in cars and another for taxis. And if a taxi is parked there, it's impossible for the customer line to move. I had to wait 10 minutes before the driver returned. I was stuck with a car in front of me, one behind and a taxi beside...

The Website says free parking but i had to pay $30 + tax forbparking each night despite what Hotel.com says. The pool is shallow 1.3 meters in the "deep end" and its small. Good for kids and wading only. It had a lot of hair. Hair kept getting caught in my hands as i moved around the water. The gyms had a small Good hotel overall
