the property does not have any carpeted rooms. Even though their photos show carpets in the room. This means they should lower their prices cause they are like any other motel....the beds are great....but that's about it......no elevator for the second floor.....this should be at 80% of the paid price of 120 CAD per night....the value I received is about 80 CAD

Parking is secure. The front desk was responsive to concerns. Some of the rooms are undergoing renovations; looking forward to when all the rooms are upgraded, including the bathroom and door hinges. Overall would return given the location and the great customer service of the front desk staff.

Nicely maintained, staff is cooperative about everything. Breakfast also available. Parkin provided with card access . I like to stay again.

Not sufficient parking inside gates

Small parking lot, so don’t expect there to be a spot for your vehicle if you plan on parking there. Heat pump head for AC for the room had a bad blower motor and was squealing loudly during entire stay. Should have been changed months ago from the sound of it.

The Room had foul smell in it along with the border of the door where the lock gets in was broken. Also no lift and limited parking. very disappointed will never go back

Old and washroom was full of mold.

The room was okay and surprisingly quiet despite facing the highway. The bed was very worn-in but at least clean. The main issue was the bathroom, which had significant mold stains on the ceiling and around the mirror (see photos). Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the upkeep and cleanliness in the bathroom were disappointing.

Sale et puant.

The rooms had cobwebs and spiders flying around - not a nice experience.

Clean room, staff was great

Our room was exceptionally clean. The beds were made very well. The washroom was really clean.

Je désire un remboursement, ce serait la moindre des choses. Si j'avais su que je ne dormirais pas de toute la nuit, j'aurais continué de conduire et j'aurais passé mon chemin. Pour 224$: odeurs de moisissure dans la chambre, moisissure dans la douche, entre les tuiles et sur la pôle du rideau de douche. Le bois de la fenêtre de la salle de bain est tellement pourri qu'il est plein de trous. Le drap de fond du matelas ne couvre même pas le matelas en entier, de telle sorte que mes pieds touchaient le matelas directement: vraiment dégoutant. L'insonorisation est horrible horrible, les chambres du premier étage tremblent si quelqu'un se tourne de bord dans son lit au 2e étage. Pour vrai, jamais je n'ai été aussi déçue par une hôtel Wyndham, mais vraiment, cette fois, je désire un remboursement. À la place des proprios, j'aurais honte de demander 224$ pour un tel taudis! Un hôtel, ça sert à dormir, pas à rester réveillée à cause du bruit et à être dégoutée par sa chambre. Je n'ai JAMAIS, mais vraiment JAMAIS été aussi dégoutée par une chambre de toute ma vie , que ce soit en Europe ou en Amérique du Sud.

Ants in the Room, building condition was poor.

Staff was professional. The room was clean and smelled good. Loved our stay.

The bathroom tub was dirty. There is no iron in the room. Not enough towels for two people

Walls are paper thin and could hear everything in other rooms.

It served its purpose as a one night sleepover enroute to Toronto. Room was spacious. Beds were noisy with every move.

I didn't like the beds at all so much noisy

I did not enjoy the squeaky beds (2 doubles -that were sunken in the middle from overuse) or the horrible noise coming from the air conditioner that sounded like a jet airplane landing in our room. Constantly. This loud sound made it very difficult to get a good sleep.

Great bed, nice staff, beautiful bathroom, but the hotel itself / walls / corridor feels quite outdated

I booked 2 non-smoking rooms. one of the rooms assigned to us had definitely been smoked in. we brought it to the attention of the front desk and they were very apologetic and found us new rooms side-by-side and even called after to make sure everything was all right. As far as the rooms were concerned, no more smoke smell and we were happy. beds comfortable and room clean. Unfortunately however we were on the first floor and there was so much banging overhead of us all night - in both rooms which woke us up and kept us awake so we didn't get much sleep. The place is badly insulated. I would only stay again if I my room was guaranteed on the second floor

Great for overnight stay. Clean, spacious room - looks like it is newly painted and renovated.

Very very small room. No wardrobe. Reception was not that good either. Cleaning staff was good.

Check-in was quick. Room wasn’t. Shower head broken - advised the reception he dismissed it. When we checked out the next day we told the receptionist that the shower head was broken and she rudely said we should have reported it - we said we told the overnight manager and he dismissed. Felt like the staff didn’t want to be interrupted with their phones. Wouldn’t recommend

The lady in the moning shift is not professionalShe doesn't know how to talk to the customer in a decent way. Sh's not a good staff dealing with the customer. She's very poor in customer relationship

Service was subpar they were not accommodating for anything, like a request for 1 extra towel and parking was limited.

Just there for an overnight stay but the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient if you are traveling. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

It's always a pleasure to come back to this hotel. It's calm, very clean, very friendly and helpfull teams both online and at the desk. I'll be back again soon for sure.

Hôtel agréable et confortable, situé à une heure en bus et métro du centre-ville. Quelques problèmes avec internet mais dans l'ensemble le séjour s'est très bien passé ... Je conseille cet hôtel surtout si vous avez une voiture.

Easy to get to Old Montreal by public transport

No walkable shops because of busy hwy but the room was comfortable and staff were friendly

A really pleasant hotel with helpful and pleasant staff. The immediate locale is rather off-putting with the industry and very busy road network. However once inside the hotel the road noise dissipated and a stroll down the side of the hotel takes one into a pleasant residential area with open park and a good restaurant. The hotel restaurant staff would benefit from better training for the staff on food allergies. I had one breakfast and one dinner, both of which were contaminated with gluten despite my alerting the staff to my problems. The result was a glutenisation episode so giving me a most unpleasant night which was largely spent in the bathroom.

Close to where I needed to go and easy access to the highway.

OK Stay. Only down side was the air conditioner mounted by the ceiling and blowing cold air directly on the beds. Convenient location on the highway.

Staff was very good, however rooms are not quite and not designed for sound isolation, so you can't sleep in quite! Parking is almost not available if many rooms are occupied. Internet is super slow so usually you will use your mobile data No breakfast except at small dinning area with shisha and expensive compared to places to go around

The room was clean and so was the property. The beds squeezed every time you turned over. The beds were horribly noisy. The attached restaurant for breakfast needs revamping. I simply wanted a slice of toast and an egg… but I couldn’t get it unless I bought the full big breakfast. So we left. I can’t say that I will come back and stay there again. I’d probably take my chances somewhere else.

I would not recommend this hotel. The hotel room was extremely small and the bathroom door did not close properly after a shower - I'm assuming the wood warped. The air conditioning was so loud that we had to turn it off at night, which resulted in our tiny closet of a hotel room having no air flow. The restaurant was also extremely overpriced where they charged $10 for two teas. Finally, the staff does not put customer service first.

This hotel was good, although the breakfast wasn't free. It would be nice if they could make it free.

Loved the clean rooms Hated the coffee - I should have been able to mix it myself. It was cold and I am fairly certain the server microwaved it.
