Room was wonderful and clean, we had a great, restful night. Pool was good and hot tub, too. Be aware that you’re paying $19 per night for parking. We watched the planes landing at the airport out of our window. No noise, though. Was great!

We needed the shuttle for the airport. I even called a couple of days before my arrival to make sure but when we got there, the shuttle was already full. We were very upset. The next time we will choose another property.

There is construction going on in the hotel. No breakfast and it is on expedia. The rooms was very basic. In one of our rooms there was someone elses tshirt. I dont believe the rooms are cleaned. No microwave in the room. Im very disappointed.

The Hotel was under construction. My room was nice and new. The Hotel lobby was nice and upgraded. The only thing I have to say negative is that when you spend so much money on the renovation spend some extra bucks on changing the 20 year old thermostat.

Was put in a room that had a connecting room. Could literally hear everything the room next door was saying, so loud. Hotel was accommodating, moving to another room. Secondly, housing keeping was knocking on the door at 0930 in the morning. Thirdly, checked out. Went to leave but could not get out of parking lot. Had to back up and go back inside. I was informed that I needed a code and I was not charged for parking. I filled out the parking form when checking in, so I’m not sure why the front desk didn’t charge me.

The property is well kept. I wasn't happy with the fact my chamber maids did not make the bed for the third person I paid $30 a day for. I had to prepare and make the sofabed every night for them. This should have been done by the staff. Complaining about it didn't help. The staff was indifferent

Even though a crowd from an Air Canada cancelled flight was waiting in the lobby, a separate attendant welcomed me and got me checked in expeditiously. I loved the clothes steamer in my room (in place of iron & ironing board. Very quiet floor provided solid rest. My room was immaculate and had all that I needed. Love being a Bonvoy member!

We had a nice confortable stay. Staff at the front desk is not welcoming and friendly, seemed arrogant and rude. Also there is no buffet served at the restaurent as mentioned in the hôtel details on Expedia. We had to take a la carte breakfast and food quality as well as service was average and prices so high

This hotel is an excellent choice when staying near the airport or in st Laurent for a tournament. They have great options for larger families that other hotels don't offer (room that fit more then 4 ppl!) The only thing that would make this hotel a 5 stars would've be to offer a continental breakfast with each stay. Have it included with your stay even if it's not eggs and meats, have grains and fruits with coffee and tea and juice available for the guests.

I called before making my reservation and I asked them specifically what the pool is the jacuzzi was functional they confirmed to me that yes once I booked and I showed up at the pool the jacuzzi was under repair I was very disappointed also the waiter at the restaurant with very bad attitude very unpleasant
