Hotel gym was excellent - the equipment was versatile and I had the whole place to myself. Check-in was easy, dog friendly so that was a bonus. In hotel restaurant was accommodating for meals to take-out to bring up to the rooms. Parking was convenient though the spots were tight and very low overhead. Room was clean, nothing that blew us away but tidy and beds were comfortable. Would stay again, location is convenient for anyone doing things in the downtown core - close to the highway as well if you are commuting around.

Nice staff, very clean and comfortable rooms. The Delta have beautiful and comfortable bicycles for rent where all of the proceeds went to the Ottawa children's hospital. What a great idea. Unfortunately there was a "Furries" convention at this hotel and they literally took over the entire lobby, elevators and just about every common use space in the hotel with their large costumes and inconsiderate attitudes. It was cute at first but then became annoying when several elevators were missed due to large costumes, couldn't move in the lobby and slamming doors all day and evening.

Globalement, nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Le personnel est poli et serviable. L'emplacement est pratique et sécuritaire. Il y a une épicerie juste en face de l'hôtel. La piscine est propre et il y a quelques accessoires de jeu pour les enfants. Il y a désormais une salle de jeu accessible sur demande et après avoir signé un formulaire de responsabilité contre les bris etc, toutefois les raquettes de ping pong étaient déjà toutes brisées lorsqu'on nous les a remises et il n'y en avait pas d'autres, il n'y avait plus de balle pour le babyfoot, et les autres jeux étaient brisés... Nous avions pris l'option déjeuner et nous n'avons pas regretté. Variété, fraîcheur, cafés spécialisés. Il faudrait toutefois prévoir plus de places au Salon club, car chaque matin il était bondé et nous devions patienter et demander pour avoir des sièges. Autrement, nous avions une chambre au 11e étage. En général tout était propre. Toutefois, nous avons découvert des lentilles de contact laissées sur le détecteur de fumée (!?) et un bonnet de douche (usagé?) sur une patère. Le tapis était un peu douteux, il y avait des taches par endroit. La bouteille de gel douche était vide... Bref je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux vu le prix que nous avons payé.

The stay was ok, front desk was extremely friendly and helpful! The staff was a delight. The rooms definitely need better attention to detail because dried globs of ketchup were on the drawers & the toilet still had the cleaner all over it, we had to clean it off. Beds weren't super comfortable.

The hotel and its location are great! My room was VERY noisy and as such I wasn’t able to sleep. I found out later that the noise was due to the elevator that was right beside my room. Rooms adjacent to the elevator should not be offered to anyone.

Pool was excellent. Such a large pool! Restaurant was very good, lots of options. Junior suite was amazing. Lots of room for four people (two adults and two kids) and a dog. The carpet in the rooms was a bit dated and the bathroom was a bit small, but otherwise the rooms were excellent. We will definitely come back the next time we visit Ottawa. Thank you for your hospitality and warm welcome.

La chambre était propre mais la salle de bain était minuscule. Nous ne pouvions fermer la porte de celle-ci lorsque nous étions assis sur les toilettes. La douche est aussi petite. Impossible d'être deux personnes dans la salle de bain. Le comptoir de la salle de bain était endommagé. Le tapis a eu de meilleures années.

This hotel is well situated in downtown Ottawa. While it’s a little farther from some main attractions, the area is very walkable. The building is a bit older, but it was clean overall. The beds were comfortable, and the lobby was welcoming with helpful front desk agents. On the downside, our bathroom door didn’t close properly, the shower had low water pressure, and the bathroom itself was quite small. We could also hear guests in the room next to us, though we did have a connecting door, which probably made the sound carry more. I’m not a fan of carpeted rooms, but that’s a personal preference. One convenient perk was having a Tim Hortons in the same building for a quick breakfast.

It’s dated. The room was so so clean but tiny! Bed was comfortable. The usb charger to plug in my phone charger didn’t work which was a hassle. Otherwise, the gym was nice and big but not enough weight selection (5-50lbs only 1 set is not enough).

EV charging not ready yet Parking garage is too low for the Tesla model x. I ended up scraping part of the falcon door on a pipe. Some paint came off. Now I need to fix it. The washroom in the rooms are too small. I can barely close the door. Even harder with kids. The rooms are too noisy, especially near the elevators. At 22 floors, the street traffic noise on a calm street was affecting our quality of sleep. Overall it was a bad stay with my families.

Staff at this hotel are friendly and very customer service oriented. Had an issue with air conditioner, went for dinner and was fixed by the time I got back to the hotel. Restaurant offers a good variety of food options and drinks. I am staying here again in two weeks.

The staff were so friendly - whenever you walked by the front desk they were always upbeat and chatty. Even the housekeeping staff when you saw them in the hallways would engage with you. Primary reason why I would stay here again. The location is excellent if you’re here in business. Not a far uber to the train station.

I had an extremely unsettling experience at this hotel that left me feeling unsafe and disrespected. Upon check-in, we were provided with a key card that gave us access to the wrong floor, which led to us （two girls）accidentally entering a man's room while he was undressed. We had no intention of disturbing him, but the situation was truly distressing. To make matters worse, the front desk service was unprofessional and rude. The woman who checked us in barely acknowledged us, and when we asked for clarification about the key card, she threw it at us and asked, "Do you want to see the manager?" The manager's explanation was that the elevators had been opened for all floors due to someone checking out. However, when we tried to use the same key card on another floor (our actual room on the 5th floor), it didn't work. This clearly indicates that the elevator access was not truly open for all floors, and this contradiction raised more concerns about the hotel’s security. The entire experience, from the poor front desk service to the unsafe situation of entering the wrong room, left us feeling disrespected. As two girls, we were put in a position where we felt vulnerable and unsafe, which is completely unacceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as no guest should ever have to experience something like this. Additionally, there was no shampoo in the room—only three wall-mounted dispensers, which contained conditioner, body wash, and body wash. :)

Great location. 8min walk to Parliament Hill. Also, LRT Lyon on site. Tim Hortons is in same building. Pool was great and rarely had more than 8 people there. Parking lot had in/out privilege and was convenient to room. My only complaint was room did not have a safe.

The hotel itself is pretty nice overall, but the surrounding area is fairly lacklustre, especially at night. Seems like more of a financial/business area. It was totally dead any time we went out. Fine if you’re staying for business and want a quiet area, but not ideal if you’re on vacation and looking for sites or activities in the immediate area. Downtown Ottawa is pretty small though, so a 10-15mins walk will get you to Parliament Hill and some sites there, and another 10-15mins walk beyond that you’ll find Rideau Shopping Centre, Byward Market etc. My wife and son went to the pool and said it was good, but nothing to write home about. The beds are much too soft for my liking and my back was a bit sore as a result. Hotel staff is nice and helpful. The Hostess at the restaurant (Prova) was nice as well. However, I only ordered take-out nachos, so I don’t have much opinion on the food besides the nachos hit the spot. Next time I’m staying downtown Ottawa I would probably try the Westin, or perhaps a boutique hotel closer to Rideau/Byward, but that’s just my personal preference. As it is the Delta is a perfectly fine choice overall.

Was a great property in downtown Ottawa to enjoy the historical sites that Ottawa offers. Some walking is required to see some of the sites but not to bad for the average person. Dining options are around, you just have to take a stroll to enjoy.

I must say that overall, this hotel is pretty good. My daughter really enjoyed the large saltwater pool, and having the Tim Horton’s in the building was pretty convenient. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced. It is about a 20 minute walk to the Parliament buildings and the market, but you can easily take the subway which is right across the road from the hotel. It is only two stops (a few minutes) on the subway.

Nice hotel, good location - walkable to all the city centre sights. Good views of the city from our room. Car park very convenient but be warned it’s a narrow & steep entrance down into it. Club room breakfast was advertised as continental but also included cooked options. This was the first hotel of our stay with a kettle rather than a coffee only machine which was a bonus for us.

Very small room with King beg and the smallest shower I have ever used. Property is very dated, cracked walls in bedroom with bloating drywall. Restaurant was dated and the pizza was worse than eating frozen grocery store prefab. The second restaurant was closed for renovations.
