Room is very very clean though old. Bed was perfectly made, linen is super clean& crisp. Room is of good size for 2. Crockery/ cutlery/ microwave/kettle all there if u need. Dish soap/ hand soap/ bath soap/ shampoo all there too. We made use of the room for just a very short time. We spent the night to avoid driving back to Melbourne after the penguin parade. Dedicated parking lot for each room.

A great option for a Phillip Island stay. Close to the Main Street but quiet & peaceful . I stayed in a King room which was spacious, had all the facilities & was up to date decor wise. I will have no hesitation in staying here the next time I visit.

Nice lady checked us in. The only other contact was with a guy who I assume was the husband of the lady that greeted us at check in. I went to the office to ask if he had a TV channel guide. He said no and asked me why I was asking. I told him that I was looking for a channel that might have the local golf tournament on. He then asked me where I was from and how long I had been in Australia. I wondered what relevance that had to my question. I told him and he suggested that, basically my question was stupid, as in Australia there was no golf on TV....and there were only three channels that they had on their tv subscription. I left, thinking that he seemed rude and condescending and I was going to be unable to watch the golf. When I returned to my room, I scrolled through multiple channels that were available and found golf on channel 92. I have no idea what the guys problem was but he obviously did not like my inquiry and had no clue as to his TV programming. I would never stay with them again, despite the nice room and great location in Cowes.
