Great location We had to change rooms as the air conditioning didn’t work in our room. Just $100 pesos for a taxi to the airport.

I did not participate in the all-inclusive but the grounds were clean and the staff is very friendly. Check in and check out was amazing.

The restaurant had a limited selection of food the night I stayed. I did not get into my room until 6:00 as the cleaning crew were very busy. The air conditioner didn’t work and when I asked to have someone come look at it, the front desk said in 5 minutes, but no one came! It’s getting antiquated. Chairs are wood and uncomfortable to sit on.

This was our 4th time staying there. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. This time we were very disappointed in the restaurant food and lack of food. The bar was non existent. Our room was rather run down - curtains off the hook, shower leaking water all over floor, only one outdoor patio chair, couch was old and not very comfortable to sit on. We really hope they address the problems.

We stayed just one night as it was near the airport. Room was clean and comfortable, amenities were good. There was water in the room. We had a great balcony that we unfortunately didn’t have time to utilize. Older hotel with lots of character. The grounds were lovely and on the marina. Dinner at La Palapa was not fancy, just basic but decent and service was great. We left early in the morning so didn’t access breakfast. Would have been nice if they offered muffins and fruit to those leaving early. Other than that we’d definitely stay again for short visits.
