Pool is small, it wasn’t high season and it felt a little crowded .

The stay here was definitely a disappointment. Our balcony had bat feces and really wasnt able to be enjoyed. Also every day they were shooting photos for their website so they had the restaurants closed or the beach beds. It was very inconvenient and an upset. Also there was people above us and their cigarettes kept getting thrown onto our balcony along with their food! I told the front desk about it but nothing was done. This hotel has so much potential to be amazing but unfortunately I wouldnt stay there again because I dont feel like they cared for the people that spent money staying there. They were focused on the perfect photos to have for their website!

This was a great 3 day spot to relax and eat good food. Not a great beach due to the rocks, but the service that is provided is top notch. Cesar & Jorge took great pride in going the extra mile to make sure our dinner was spectacular. Edgar also did a great job during our stay. Overall if you want a small quiet spot with excellent food and good service go here. Bar pool could use more shock or a good cleaning. Water was a little foggy.

We thought the property was beautiful but unfortunately they were doing construction right outside our room wall the entire time. We paid for a suite but couldn’t be in it because of jackhammers. They said construction would be from 11-6 (they notified us with a note under our door the first night there) but it was from 8:30 to 7 and LOUD! Deafening. Then the pool was closed for a photo shoot. Then the one restaurant that was supposed to be open (the other two were closed for unknown reasons the entire time we were there) was closed for photo shoots for advertising. My husband talked to the manager who then let us in the restaurant. (We paid for all inclusive so it was disappointing not to be able to try the different restaurants). With that said , we were really impressed with the staff at pool and restaurant. They were so nice and worked hard. Paul at the pool made our day! Alan and Armando were awesome at the restaurant. The welcome massage is a nice touch. We won’t return because the construction really ruined our splurge on an expensive suite with its own jacuzzi on the deck. This location was walkable to the Malecón which was nice. The food was decent, but more American, so if you are looking for authentic Mexican, go to nearby restaurants like El Andiergo. The manager was apologetic about the construction when we complained and we were told we would get an email with two nights free in the future but I’m not sure we will go back (and haven’t gotten any emails)

Liked small, all adult, great pool, room was clean & spacious and all the staff were excellent (friendly, helpful, professional). Fitness Center was not that great, definitely needs to be updated.

Great hotel. Good service and nice facilities. On the beach. Breakfast was excellent. I got the honeymoon room. I love the terrace jacuzzi with ocean view. The beach was not sand, it has small rocks. One day, the room didn’t have water from 12pm to 4:30pm.

The hotel, room, pool, and staff were excellent! The beach here is too rough to enjoy, though. If swimming in the ocean is important to you, there’s a high probability that the waves will be red-flagged for your entire stay. But, if that’s not your thing, this place is perfect. It’s right on the beach and the views are gorgeous.

Very nice hotel. Clean, comfy, with wonderful seaside amenities. All pictures repeat this place very accurately. 5-star service. Check-in process is very slow, but they customize your stay right then, which is super cool and worth the wait.

The spa is quite lovely. Excellent staff. Luz, a massage therapist, gave me the best swedish massage ever! Good steam and sauna and first class spa.

This property is great for beautiful views, cleanliness, quiet atmosphere and great location. The rooms were clean, the balcony had a great view, the pool areas was well kept, the sunsets were amazing, and the staff was helpful There were two drawbacks. First, the beach is rocky. While it appears sandy in pictures, there are rocks galore beneath the sand and in the water. It is not a great place for ocean swimming. The second drawback was the main restaurant. The food and service was great, but the portion sizes were ridiculous. If you order a steak, you get maybe 4 ounces. If you order scallops, you get 3 of them. If you order a salad, you get a cupful. So un less you are not hungry, don't eat there. Or erase order two entrees and pay double.

Villa Premier was an excellent resort with beautiful roomy rooms that were spotless. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the restaurants had excellent food and service.

The stay was just OK for the elaborate price. I have stayed at more gorgeous upscale hotels for way less a night. The neighbouring empty property was garbage filled and it’s what you can see from your balcony. Don’t look right lol! Small details were missed, like a rusty razor blade left by the Jacuzzi tub when we checked in. I was supposed to get a free bottle of wine upon check in and they made it weirdly difficult to get that.

Rooms spacious and very comfortable. Small touches like the welcome sparkling wine and neck massage, choice of pillows and room scent. The try to accommodate every need - so pleased with our stay! We also like that it is right on the water, but exiting the front door leads to cobblestone streets and a 5-minute walk to shops restaurants and the Malecon.

Lovely clean comfortable hotel with excellent friendly staff. Right beside downtown for eating out with lots of options available. Paul the pool attendant was great and very attentive- cleaned my sunglasses regularly! Bar staff for snacks during the day by the pool were excellent.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. However, they really made my friend mad with their guest policies and we were there for his birthday, so I am not happy with what went down. Also in terms of cleanliness, on my last day I used a "fresh" towel after my shower that had makeup on it (fresh makeup not stained that were left after washing), also my bed sheet had various stains on them. I expected better cleanliness, especially for the price they charge.

Room was good however we were on the end and overlooked an abandoned lot with squatters. Poolside food was mediocre at best. Very friendly staff but slow to respond to requests for extra coffee and other items.

Hotel was beautiful, staff was hit or miss. Room was lovely with amazing view.

I’d you don’t need sleep, or like noise from the room next door, this is the place for you. Asked at 3 am for someone to stop the noise next to us, with no luck, even though I’m told staff went to the room. Air conditioning is spotty, and extremely noisy as well. Sw up pool felt as though it was a hot tub that hadn’t been cleaned in a while. They should remind people the bathrobes far away wouldn’t stay here again

The staff and service were lovely. The hotel itself was disappointing. Our room was dated and furnished in a way that I would not expect from a luxury hotel. The room had no view, and was situated next to housekeeping and maintenance closets that were used from early morning to late at night. Despite the great service, there's no way I would choose to stay at this hotel again.

Overall it was ok. First room had no view, so asked for higher room which was arranged on 2nd day. The overall room is nice and good sized. The staff is extremely friendly throughout the hotel. The food was okay. We found a great restaurant nearby that we frequented a few times during our stay.

I upgraded to a nicer room, and it was amazing. The upgrade fee was not that much. The room had a living room and kitchen. I also had a view of the ocean. It was very relaxing. I also was able to get laundry done. The person who cleaned my room left untreated in the room, too. It was a great place!

Beautiful rooms with ocean view. Friendly staff. We enjoyed the different sitting areas by the pool and beach. Great experience.

Splurged on a suite and it was magnificent! Large spaces and very well designed. Great views too.

Pros-good food, easily walkable to the boardwalk, very nice views. Restaurant and housekeeping staff was great. Cons-it was slow season but we were rarely offered drinks and always had to track down a server around the pool, requested a Nonalcoholic beer option in advance and again at check in but had to go buy our own until more than half way through the week they finally got some after talking to a manager. intro to the property was guided by someone trying to sell us on going to a sales pitch for a rooms package and was aggressive about things when we said we weren’t interested. Our “butler” was not helpful and I had to ask for one item to be ironed four times before it got done. The beach was very rocky and I would not consider it a swimable beach area.

Terrible service , if you opt out of “ all inclusive” they treat you like an outsider. You are the last priority for anything. Asked for Coffee pods and some milk and water at 8 am, did not see it when we returned to the room at 5pm, were provided with this at 6 pm after multiple requests, Staff, specially at the bar could Do with some effort to smile or provide better service! Even the coffee pods in the room was charged separately, upon reviewing the charges we noticed They billed us additional donation amounts not authorized by us, Was later removed, with signatures ! ‘Couldn’t be bothered’ attitude, Not worth it !

The location is great, with lots of places to walk to, but not as crazy and loud as the romatic zone (but thats within walking distance too!) The staff was helpful, friendly, and attentive. The only downside we found is that the pool closes at 7 pm.

We had a great experience checking in, the gentleman who checked us in was great We had a spa treatment that was excellent. The restaurants were great, food was great. Pool and service was fun and friendly. Checking out I had not such a great experience with the manager the 25th, a little rude and abrasive, when I asked for my bill to be explained to me Other than that my stay was very enjoyable.

Most staff were helpful and friendly. All-inclusive was a bit confusing; we befriended a few people at the bar. They left before us, the bartender(s) put all their drinks on our check then asked us to tip based on the entire amount. Either do better at tracking tabs or don’t require all-inclusive guests to have checks. (Bring cash for all tips and prevent confusion on room charges.) Property is clean yet noticeably an older property that has had updates. Food is fine. Not terrible but nothing to write home about. (One step up from big all-inclusive resorts.)

Truly a boutique hotel!!! The staff treats you like family!! For real. The location couldn’t be any better. You can walk safely in a quaint town to many restaurants snacks shops ect…. Peppe’s tacos are absolutely amazing. Al Pastor like never before!!! You can also walk maybe 10 minutes to the malecon!! So fun!!!

The property itself is very nice! The staff was great. The surrounding area is very impoverished and the beach is too rocky to be used.

The location is great, with lots of places to walk to, but not as crazy and loud as the romatic zone (but thats within walking distance too!) The staff was helpful, friendly, and attentive. The only downside we found is that the pool closes at 7 pm.

Overall good experience. Slight pressure to do a time share tour. We opted out of the all inclusive cost so we could experience the restaurants of Puerta Vallarta. Great beach location and walking distance to the Malecon.

Convenient to the Malecon and a number of restaurants. A great getaway if you want quiet. Saw whales every day from our balcony.

When we booked this reservation, we had no idea that this hotel is a five star, four diamond hotel. When we got out of the taxi, we were greeted with chilled towelettes and a glass of champagne. The check-in experience it was like none other I’ve ever experienced. We were seated rather than standing at a counter, and the staff person gave us her personalized undivided attention. Our room was lovely with a beautiful view of the ocean. I’ve experienced quite a few all inclusive packages in my life. The food is normally mediocre. The food at this establishment was outstanding. My partner is vegan and they catered to his every need for every meal. He was in hog heaven. The staff was beyond warm and friendly with many of them striking up conversations, rather than just serving our food. Overall, our experience was outstanding. The only thing that could have been better, was the bed was extremely firm. We talked to the front desk about it, and they were quick to remedy the issue with a mattress topper. We would recommend this resort to anybody in our life and we will definitely stay there again.

On a scale of 1-10 I would give this place a 7.8. I feel the service, customer service and attentiveness is great. There was really no wait ever for drinks or to eat at either of the restaurant. We did the all inclusive, however not sure that was the best move as we ate off site twice in 4 nights. In my opinion the drinks at the hotel are just not good, I was a bartender and I want top notch, craft cocktails. Honestly the margaritas were not flavorful and that should be a staple there. Both restaurants are open air and the service is great at both. The table side guacamole was one of the better dishes. The upscale restaurant is nice and romantic, however the piano player and the violinist stop at 9pm. That resaurant also does not change their menu and they have very limited glasses of wine available and serve their merlot and cab cold...... not how red wine is supposed to be served in most cases. As I mentioned about the music cutting at 9pm, the music at the hotel was one of my least favorite things. Sure people want to relax, but there are also plenty of people in the swim up bar who are socializing, doing the occasion shot and want to let loose a little. The music is all instrumental version of very slow music, not romantic at all, something that literally puts you to sleep. They could even be playing some reggae or other mainstream pop. I'm not saying it should be a rager, but when you are playing a slowed down instrumental version of "more than a woman"

Love the staff, friendly kind helpful! Room was just okay . On arrival safe had to be replaced! Lights out, table in room unstable. After a few days our door to our room would not lock! This is far from a Deluxe Room. No upgrade was offered or any special treatment for being a Gold member. The all inclusive was a disappointment, because the menus are very limited and not many normal choices for dinners! Breakfast by far was the best meal everyday. Pool is wonderful and very relaxing. I don’t think we will go back to Villa Premier.

The room was amazing, beautiful ocean view. I was impressed with how attentive and caring all the staff were. I enjoyed the food, especially the coffee and fresh fruit. All staff were very accommodating of my gluten allergy. They even went out of their way to make me extra GF food. I felt very special. The themed night was a nice change from the two dinner options, and the entertainment at each was amazing. Cheers to Adán for his amazing service, presence, and attention to detail! The only issue I had was finding a seat around the pool or the beach. We were told if we leave our things for 20 mins then they would be brought to the front desk. But this wasn't the case. On that note, I think Paul is the hardest working, nicest staff at Villa Premier!

The hotel is beautiful. The staff were wonderful. The room was clean and kept clean. We will stay again however we would not do the all inclusive again. The drinks lacked flavor the food was a 6 out of 10. The buffet at the sister hotel had better food. We will eat and drink at all the near by restaurants next visit.

This property was absolutely gorgeous and so close to everything we wanted while staying in Puerto Vallarta! The service was outstanding and the food and drinks were everything you’d want while on vacation. We chose the all inclusive package and we’re so glad we did. This resort has the absolute best food and drinks at any all inclusive I’ve ever booked before. Our room had an ocean view and it was so peaceful & relaxing in the evenings hearing the ocean waves lapping on the beach. I felt safe throughout my stay and the staff were definitely my favorite because not only were they friendly but super accommodating. I definitely intend on staying here again. 10/10 recommend. Book this property to experience paradise.
