When we arrived, the hotel garage was full so we could not park in it. They said we could park on the street. The next day I received a ticket to pay for parking on the street. At that time, I could have moved it into the garage but I did not because I thought I could park on the street. The hotel never told me that it would cost me to park on the street. When I asked about parking, it would have been nice if they told me all of the details since I could have parked free with them.

Great location right in the center of town with a number of bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel overall was well appointed and maintained with all the the usual amenities excluding a fridge in the room, however arrangements can be made to have one, also staff were able to keep to snacks cool for us prior to our early departure to Patagonia. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Sebastian, who helped us on numerous occasions! Lastly, the hotel restaurant and bar were also very good, a lovely spot for dinner after long day excursions.

Our stay at Hotel at Hotel Cabo de Hornos was perfect, we had a lovely, comfortable room, the gym is clean and modern, staff super helpful and kind. Great breakfast and the hotel is beautiful. It is in a perfect location, walking distance to everything. Highly recommended!

Nice building and location. Half the staff were unhelpful and disinterested. No free parking as advertised. Only 4 spots in front of the hotel otherwise you are left to park your car on the public streets and deal with local parking officials.

Das Hotel macht eigentlich auf den ersten Blick einen recht großzügigen und ordentlichen Eindruck. Das ändert sich sofort, wenn man die Zimmer und Hotelflure betritt: völlig abgewohnter und schmuddeliger Teppichboden überall. Das ist nicht nur ästhetisch grauenhaft sondern auch hygienisch eine Katastrophe. Der relativ günstige Preis kann das nicht wettmachen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr begrenzt für ein so großes Hotel. Ein Teil der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption machte einen total gelangweilten und völlig lustlosen Eindruck. Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert.

This is a beautiful hotel right in the Punta Arenas town square. My wife and I arrived late and left early so we didn't get to useany amenities but the room was exceedingly clean and comfortable.and the hotel was gorgeous. Honestly, I was shocked with how nice it was - definitely exceeded expectations. Also the bed and shower were both excellent. Would highly recommend staying here if looking for a place in Punta Arenas. My only regret is that we didn't spend more time here.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. We were fortunate to be in Tower 2 with a wonderful view of the sea. The room was spacious and newly updated with individually controlled thermostats. We later found out that the rooms in Tower 1 still needed to be updated and there was no air conditioning! So ask for Tower 2! Breakfast was included and had a wide variety to choose from!

This is a lovely hotel with really great staff. However the rooms are hot and those facing the street are very noisy if you have the window open. Rooms need individual climate control. Other than that it is a really great place to stay in central Punta.

Everything was great except: 1. The bed was bouncy ( it moves way too much) 2. The police should have been called because of all the loud racing car that drive around the park all night long — until 4-5 am. I had thee worst night sleep ever because of all that car racing noise.

The Cabo de Hornos is wonderful! I stayed one night on the way home from Patagonia, and found it comfortable, lovely, welcoming and peaceful. Highly recommend to travelers. The staff was particularly helpful.

They mixed up our rooms / had only one room when two were reserved . Miraculously found the second room when I showed them the print out. No explanation, No room service NY Eve dinner reservation was also lost ( had to show Voucher) to get seated then terrible service Asked for manager but apparently No one was available- would Not recommend

I did not like that the front desk staff would not allow an early check in even though the room was ready. Check-in time is 3pm, and that is the RULE. Seems foolish to ruin an opportunity for a goodwill gesture. On the bright side, the hotel restaurant food is amazing. The best food I had in Chile.

Receptionist who took care of us was so helpful and informative. We had a few logistics to work out (e.g., storing our bags as our ship's arrival was before check-in hours, getting local currancy on a Sunday, finding transport to the airport to pick up a rental car) and the receptionist patiently helped us sort out each detail. Stay at the hotel was wonderful and it all started with a warm welcome at reception.

The decor and feel of the hotel is wonderful, from the lobby to the room, it’s beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and the staff are lovely. Opposite the square, and walkable to the bus terminal, cafes, restaurants etc. Would recommend to anyone staying in Punta Arenas.

Very good stay and good value, booked online very easily. Everything worked smoothly, rapid check in on arrival, nice spatious and very clean room, quiet. In the 'new' tower part so very fresh appearance. Comfortable large bed, good shower and bathroom, good internet access. Breakfast extensive and fresh. Daytime and evening menu also good. Dining area also part of the upgrade only a few years ago and a good spatious area and atmosphere. All staff friendly. Check out as rapid as check in.

Fantastic hotel, the superior room with seating area, table and chairs, luxury shower room, big king size bed was exceptional. The restaurant menu was excellent and food quality great value. The breakfast buffet was superb, eggs cooked to order, cold meats and cheeses, breads, fresh juices, fruit and a selection of baked cakes. Coffee on tap just fill up as much as you want. Dinning area was again luxurious designed. Staff were helpful. The location just perfect for walking around Punta Arena and exploring restaurants. Value for money hotel with luxury.
