Great location right by the Plaza Des Armas. Easy walk to ferry (Isla Magdalena) and to restaurants and shopping. Rooms were clean and spacious. Good breakfast. The lobby is above ground level with no elevator - so you do have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs

Buen hotel, las instalaciones son antiguas pero bien mantenidas. Importante destacar que no tiene ascensor y antes de llegar a hacer el check-in hay que subir un par de escaleras. Es importante para personas con movilidad limitada. En general muy buena atención.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the neighborhood seemed very safe. The Punta Arenas seaside is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The wifi in the hotel was practically non-existent. The air-conditioner in the hotel was non-functional. At night they used to switch on the heater so high that sleeping was very difficult. We had to open the window at night from the second day onwards even though it was quite cold outside. We had to risk catching cold over not being able to sleep at all because of unbearable heat. The hotel is on the 3rd floor and they have people who will cardy your luggage up and down. The breakfast was quite ordinary. There aren’t that many great hotel options in Punta Arenas but if you book early enough you will surely find better options.

This is an old hotel; it has been renovated and it is impecably clean. The location is optimal to explore the city and to reach the tours. However, this is more most important - there are stairs for everything: to reach reception, to go to the room, to for for breakfast, even the restrooms in the lower flower have steps. Not a problem for young people, but anybody with mobility issues should be aware of it. Beyond that, a lot of us to excursions leaving very early in the morning, and it would be nice to have a coffee or some fruit when leaving in morning; we missed breakfast both days.

Fomos muito bem atendidos, com uma limpeza de grande nível. O Hotel nos surpreendeu pela ótima localização e atendimento. Deixo para melhorias uma atenção quanto ao café, pois tivemos que sempre solicitar a entrega de sucos, cafés.. O café servido é básico, nada em especial. Mas são muito cordiais e educados.

Hotel é confortável, atendimento dos funcionários sao super educados, tira todas as duvidas dos hóspedes com redação aos passeios. This hotel was ok, but not my favorite place in Punta Arenas. The staff was very nice and the location is conveniently located in the centro. But that convenience comes with noise--lots of it. It quiets a bit at night, but there is quite a bit of street noise and bells ringing from the churches plus the hotel seems old (our room had a skeleton key--I've never seen one in real life!) so you hear people walking around and you know when someone is showering. So if you just want a centrally-located place to lay your head, this hotel will do just fine. The area is ok, not safe or unsafe, and parking during the day can be a nightmare. But Punta Arenas itself is a city I can't wait to return to!

On arrival found they would not accept debit cards for payment, and would not accept, dollars or sterling. Luckily we were able to make a transfer direct from our bank. All other hotels the same. Suggest you pre-paay ALL bookings with all hotels in Chile, could save a lot of heartache. Also in Chile it is now impossible to purchase a local Chile sim card for your phone - so make sure you have an e-sim installed before you travel.

My kids have a very early fliight and requested this from the front desk when we checked in. She said there is no problem (packed breakfast & taxi availability to the airport). My kids followed up that early morning and the staff assigned that morning does not know anything. This could have been relayed and handed over to the next staff. We had to contact a Chilean friend who gave us a number to call a taxi who came and took us to the airport. Although we liked the location of the hotel, it would have been great if this important matter was taken into consideration. Thank you.

Estadia ótima. Hotel na área central, perto dos principais pontos da cidade. Café da manhã muito bom, quarto super espaçoso. Destaque para a equipe da recepção, que foi muito atenciosa, nos ajudou com transfer para o aeroporto e facilitou a logística para que pudéssemos tomar café da manhã. Tudo excelente!

Hotel em prédio antigo, carecendo de alguma atualização, porém confortável e muito bem localizado, na Plaza de Armas, de onde se consegue fácil acesso a pé a muitos pontos de interesse (museus, monumentos, restaurantes, Mercado Municipal e o histórico Estreito de Magalhães) Ficamos hospedados 06 noites, e logo no dia seguinte à chegada recebemos um upgrade de quarto, para uma suíte muito ampla, com excelente banheiro e ducha. Na recepção, o gentil e simpático Gustavo cuidou de tudo, inclusive do nosso primeiro passeio, que saiu logo na madrugada, poucas horas após o check-in. O café da manhã é simples, mas perfeitamente suficiente. Estadia muito satisfatória e hotel altamente recomendado.
Hotel em prédio antigo, carecendo de alguma atualização, porém confortável e muito bem localizado, na Plaza de Armas, de onde se consegue fácil acesso a pé a muitos pontos de interesse (museus, monumentos, restaurantes, Mercado Municipal e o histórico Estreito de Magalhães) Ficamos hospedados 06 noites, e logo no dia seguinte à chegada recebemos um upgrade de quarto, para uma suíte muito ampla, com excelente banheiro e ducha. Na recepção, o gentil e simpático Gustavo cuidou de tudo, inclusive do nosso primeiro passeio, que saiu logo na madrugada, poucas horas após o check-in. O café da manhã é simples, mas perfeitamente suficiente. Estadia muito satisfatória e hotel altamente recomendado.

Great location right by the Plaza Des Armas. Easy walk to ferry (Isla Magdalena) and to restaurants and shopping. Rooms were clean and spacious. Good breakfast. The lobby is above ground level with no elevator - so you do have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs

Very kind staff; excellent breakfast; room looked exactly how it was online. Great location! Gave four stars because the room did not get dark (there was a window to the hall which lit the whole room, and it was a bit loud.

This hotel was ok, but not my favorite place in Punta Arenas. The staff was very nice and the location is conveniently located in the centro. But that convenience comes with noise--lots of it. It quiets a bit at night, but there is quite a bit of street noise and bells ringing from the churches plus the hotel seems old (our room had a skeleton key--I've never seen one in real life!) so you hear people walking around and you know when someone is showering. So if you just want a centrally-located place to lay your head, this hotel will do just fine. The area is ok, not safe or unsafe, and parking during the day can be a nightmare. But Punta Arenas itself is a city I can't wait to return to!

The hotel staff are extremely warm, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is full spread and delicious. They provide luggage storage. On request, they arranged our taxi to airport and prepared a to go breakfast when we had an early departure. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel!!

Estadia ótima. Hotel na área central, perto dos principais pontos da cidade. Café da manhã muito bom, quarto super espaçoso. Destaque para a equipe da recepção, que foi muito atenciosa, nos ajudou com transfer para o aeroporto e facilitou a logística para que pudéssemos tomar café da manhã. Tudo excelente!

This is an old hotel; it has been renovated and it is impecably clean. The location is optimal to explore the city and to reach the tours. However, this is more most important - there are stairs for everything: to reach reception, to go to the room, to for for breakfast, even the restrooms in the lower flower have steps. Not a problem for young people, but anybody with mobility issues should be aware of it. Beyond that, a lot of us to excursions leaving very early in the morning, and it would be nice to have a coffee or some fruit when leaving in morning; we missed breakfast both days.

Fomos muito bem atendidos, com uma limpeza de grande nível. O Hotel nos surpreendeu pela ótima localização e atendimento. Deixo para melhorias uma atenção quanto ao café, pois tivemos que sempre solicitar a entrega de sucos, cafés.. O café servido é básico, nada em especial. Mas são muito cordiais e educados.

Really lovely historic location and historic building (stairs required) with great views of the plaza with tons of shops and things to do right near by. Really wanted to love it but sadly no hot water in the evening and only a bit of warmish water the next morning. Along with very poor soundproofing from the room doors mean't you could easily hear everyone coming and going. Hopefully they can fix the hot water situation and try and do something with the doorways to isolate a bit. City center historic building your going to hear a bit outside but it's the sound from the halls that was really bad.
